Compared with the prior art that the whole medical image is generally transmitted to the web front end from the server, the invention can realize the preferential transmission of the selected medical image to the network front end of the network image diagnosis system by segmenting the medical image to be transmitted according to the preset segmentation rule and selecting the segmented medical image according to the preset preferential transmission rule; through the preferential transmission of a part of medical image, can reduce the data bulk of transmission at every turn, under the unchangeable prerequisite of network transmission condition, promote medical image transmission efficiency to can make the doctor pass through the medical image that the network front end priority shows carries out pathological change diagnosis, shortens latency, promotes diagnostic efficiency. Meanwhile, after the selected medical images are preferentially transmitted, the rest of the segmented medical images can be transmitted to the network front end of the network image diagnosis system, so that the integrity of the medical images can be ensured, and the accuracy of diagnosis results can be ensured.
Further, as a specific implementation of fig. 2, another medical image transmission apparatus is provided in an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, the apparatus includes: a dividing unit 51, a selecting unit 52 and a transmitting unit 53.
The segmentation unit 51 may be configured to segment the medical image to be transmitted according to a preset segmentation rule.
The selecting unit 52 may be configured to select the medical image segmented by the segmenting unit 51 according to a preset priority transmission rule.
The transmission unit 53 may be configured to preferentially transmit the medical image selected by the selection unit 52 to a network front end of the network image diagnosis system.
The transmission unit 53 is further configured to transmit the remaining segmented medical images to the network front end of the network image diagnosis system after preferentially transmitting the selected medical images.
The segmentation unit 51 may be specifically configured to segment the medical image according to an annular segmentation order from a center to a periphery of the medical image; or segmenting the medical image according to the segmentation sequence from top to bottom of the medical image; or segmenting the medical image according to the segmentation sequence from left to right of the medical image.
For the embodiment of the present invention, the selecting unit 52 includes: a grouping module 521 and a selecting module 522.
The grouping module 521 may be configured to perform positioning grouping on the segmented medical images according to the image relative values.
The selecting module 522 may be configured to select a central medical image from the medical images after the positioning grouping according to a preset priority transmission central medical image rule.
The transmission unit 53 is specifically configured to transmit the remaining segmented medical images to the network front end of the network image diagnosis system in sequence after preferentially transmitting the selected medical image.
The transmission unit 53 may be specifically configured to preferentially transmit the selected medical image and the image relative value of the selected medical image to the network front end of the network image diagnosis system;
the transmission unit 53 may be further specifically configured to transmit the image relative values of the remaining segmented medical images and the remaining segmented medical images to the network front end of the network image diagnosis system after preferentially transmitting the selected medical image.
It should be noted that, for other corresponding descriptions of the functional modules related to another medical image transmission apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present invention, reference may be made to the corresponding description of the method shown in fig. 2, which is not described herein again.
According to another medical image transmission device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the device can be provided with a segmentation unit, a selection unit and a transmission unit. Meanwhile, after the selected medical images are preferentially transmitted, the rest of the segmented medical images can be transmitted to the network front end of the network image diagnosis system, so that the integrity of the medical images can be ensured, and the accuracy of diagnosis results can be ensured.
Further, as a specific implementation of fig. 3, another medical image transmission apparatus is provided in an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, the apparatus includes: a receiving unit 61 and a display unit 62.
The receiving unit 61 may be configured to receive a medical image preferentially transmitted by a server of the network image diagnosis system, where the medical image preferentially transmitted is obtained by segmenting a medical image to be transmitted according to a preset segmentation rule and selecting the medical image according to a preset preferential transmission rule.
The display unit 62 may be configured to preferentially display the preferentially transmitted medical image.
The receiving unit 61 may be further configured to receive the remaining medical images transmitted by the server;
the display unit 62 may be configured to display the remaining medical images.
Further, based on the medical image transmission apparatus, the receiving unit 61 is specifically configured to receive the remaining medical images sequentially transmitted by the server and perform processing of combining the medical images while receiving the remaining medical images.
The receiving unit 61 may be specifically configured to receive a preferentially transmitted medical image and an image relative value of the preferentially transmitted medical image.
The receiving unit 61 may be further configured to receive the remaining medical images transmitted by the server and image relative values of the remaining medical images.

The server 71 is configured to segment the medical image to be transmitted according to a preset segmentation rule; the segmented medical image is selected according to a preset preferential transmission rule, and the selected medical image is preferentially transmitted to the network front end 72.
The network front end 72 is configured to preferentially display the preferentially transmitted medical image.
The server 71 is further configured to transmit the remaining segmented medical images to the network front end after the selected medical image is preferentially transmitted.
The network front end 72 is further configured to display the remaining medical images.
In order to reduce the data volume transmitted each time, on the premise that the network transmission condition is not changed, the medical image transmission efficiency is improved, a doctor can perform lesion diagnosis through the medical image preferentially displayed at the front end of the network, the waiting time is shortened, and the diagnosis efficiency is improved; and the purpose of ensuring the integrity of medical images and the accuracy of diagnostic results, an embodiment of the present invention provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which when executed by a processor implements the following steps: segmenting the medical image to be transmitted according to a preset segmentation rule; selecting the segmented medical image according to a preset preferential transmission rule, and preferentially transmitting the selected medical image to the network front end of the network image diagnosis system; and after the selected medical image is preferentially transmitted, transmitting the rest segmented medical images to the network front end of the network image diagnosis system.

In order to reduce the data volume transmitted each time, on the premise that the network transmission condition is not changed, the medical image transmission efficiency is improved, a doctor can perform lesion diagnosis through the medical image preferentially displayed at the front end of the network, the waiting time is shortened, and the diagnosis efficiency is improved; and to ensure the integrity of medical images and the accuracy of diagnosis results, an embodiment of the present invention provides a network front end, as shown in fig. 9, including a memory 91, a processor 92, and a computer program stored in the memory 91 and executable on the processor, where the processor 92 implements the following steps when executing the program: receiving and preferentially displaying medical images preferentially transmitted by a server of the network image diagnosis system so as to perform medical diagnosis according to the medical images, wherein the preferentially transmitted medical images are obtained by segmenting medical images to be transmitted according to preset segmentation rules and selecting the medical images according to preset preferential transmission rules; and receiving and displaying the residual medical images transmitted by the server.

Claims (16)

1. A medical image transmission method is characterized in that the method is applied to a server side of a network image diagnosis system and comprises the following steps:
segmenting the medical image to be transmitted according to a preset segmentation rule;
selecting the segmented medical image according to a preset preferential transmission rule, and preferentially transmitting the selected medical image to the network front end of the network image diagnosis system;
after the selected medical images are preferentially transmitted, transmitting the rest segmented medical images to the network front end of the network image diagnosis system;
wherein, the selecting the segmented medical image according to the preset preferential transmission rule comprises:
positioning and grouping the segmented medical images according to the image relative values, wherein the image relative values are used for determining the positions of the segmented medical images in the whole medical image;
selecting a central medical image from the medical images after positioning grouping according to a preset priority transmission central medical image rule;
the network front end for preferentially transmitting the selected medical images to the network image diagnosis system comprises:
preferentially transmitting the image relative values of the selected medical image and the selected medical image to a network front end of the network image diagnosis system;
the transmitting the remaining segmented medical images to the network front end of the network image diagnosis system after preferentially transmitting the selected medical images comprises:
and after the selected medical image is preferentially transmitted, transmitting the image relative values of the remaining segmented medical image and the remaining segmented medical image to the network front end of the network image diagnosis system.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the segmenting the medical image according to the preset segmentation rule comprises:
segmenting the medical image according to an annular segmentation sequence from the center to the periphery of the medical image; or segmenting the medical image according to the segmentation sequence from top to bottom of the medical image; or segmenting the medical image according to the segmentation sequence from left to right of the medical image.
3. The method according to any one of claims 1-2, wherein transmitting the remaining segmented medical images to the network front end of the network image diagnosis system after preferentially transmitting the selected medical image comprises:
and after the selected medical images are preferentially transmitted, sequentially transmitting the rest of the segmented medical images to the network front end of the network image diagnosis system.
4. A medical image transmission method is characterized in that the method is applied to a network front end of a network image diagnosis system and comprises the following steps:
receiving and preferentially displaying a medical image preferentially transmitted by a server of the network image diagnosis system, wherein the medical image preferentially transmitted is obtained by dividing a medical image to be transmitted according to a preset division rule and selecting the medical image according to a preset preferential transmission rule;
receiving and displaying the residual medical images transmitted by the server;
wherein, the selecting the segmented medical image according to the preset preferential transmission rule comprises:
positioning and grouping the segmented medical images according to the image relative values, wherein the image relative values are used for determining the positions of the segmented medical images in the whole medical image;
selecting a central medical image from the medical images after positioning grouping according to a preset priority transmission central medical image rule;
the network front end for preferentially transmitting the selected medical images to the network image diagnosis system comprises:
preferentially transmitting the image relative values of the selected medical image and the selected medical image to a network front end of the network image diagnosis system;
the transmitting the remaining segmented medical images to the network front end of the network image diagnosis system after preferentially transmitting the selected medical images comprises:
and after the selected medical image is preferentially transmitted, transmitting the image relative values of the remaining segmented medical image and the remaining segmented medical image to the network front end of the network image diagnosis system.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the receiving the remaining medical images transmitted by the server comprises:
and receiving the residual medical images sequentially transmitted by the server and performing receiving and combined medical image processing.
6. The method of claim 4, wherein receiving the preferentially transmitted medical image comprises:
receiving a medical image which is transmitted preferentially and an image relative value of the medical image which is transmitted preferentially;
the receiving of the remaining medical images transmitted by the server comprises:
and receiving the residual medical images transmitted by the server and the image relative values of the residual medical images.
7. A medical image transmission apparatus, comprising:
the segmentation unit is used for segmenting the medical image to be transmitted according to a preset segmentation rule;
the selecting unit is used for selecting the medical image segmented by the segmenting unit according to a preset preferential transmission rule;
the transmission unit is used for preferentially transmitting the medical image selected by the selection unit to the network front end of the network image diagnosis system;
the transmission unit is further used for transmitting the remaining segmented medical images to the network front end of the network image diagnosis system after the selected medical images are preferentially transmitted;
wherein, the selection unit comprises:
the grouping module is used for positioning and grouping the segmented medical images according to the image relative values, and the image relative values are used for determining the positions of the segmented medical images in the whole medical image;
the selecting module is used for selecting a central medical image from the medical images after positioning grouping according to a preset priority transmission central medical image rule;
the transmission unit is specifically configured to:
preferentially transmitting the image relative values of the selected medical image and the selected medical image to a network front end of the network image diagnosis system;
the transmission unit is further specifically configured to:
and after the selected medical image is preferentially transmitted, transmitting the image relative values of the remaining segmented medical image and the remaining segmented medical image to the network front end of the network image diagnosis system.
8. The apparatus of claim 7,
the segmentation unit is specifically used for segmenting the medical image according to an annular segmentation sequence from the center to the periphery of the medical image; or segmenting the medical image according to the segmentation sequence from top to bottom of the medical image; or segmenting the medical image according to the segmentation sequence from left to right of the medical image.
9. The apparatus according to any one of claims 7 to 8,
the transmission unit is specifically configured to transmit the remaining segmented medical images to the network front end of the network image diagnosis system in sequence after preferentially transmitting the selected medical images.
10. A medical image transmission apparatus, comprising:
the receiving unit is used for receiving a medical image preferentially transmitted by a server side of the network image diagnosis system, wherein the medical image preferentially transmitted is obtained by dividing a medical image to be transmitted according to a preset division rule and selecting the medical image according to a preset preferential transmission rule;
the display unit is used for preferentially displaying the preferentially transmitted medical images;
the receiving unit is further configured to receive the remaining medical images transmitted by the server;
the display unit is further used for displaying the residual medical images;
wherein, the selecting the segmented medical image according to the preset preferential transmission rule comprises:
positioning and grouping the segmented medical images according to the image relative values, wherein the image relative values are used for determining the positions of the segmented medical images in the whole medical image;
selecting a central medical image from the medical images after positioning grouping according to a preset priority transmission central medical image rule;
the receiving unit is specifically configured to receive a preferentially transmitted medical image and an image relative value of the preferentially transmitted medical image;
the receiving unit is specifically further configured to receive the remaining medical images transmitted by the server and image relative values of the remaining medical images.
11. The apparatus of claim 10,
the receiving unit is specifically configured to receive the remaining medical images sequentially transmitted by the server and perform processing of receiving and combining the medical images.
12. A medical image transmission system, comprising the server of any one of claims 1 to 3 and the network front end of any one of claims 4 to 6,
the server is used for segmenting the medical image to be transmitted according to a preset segmentation rule; selecting the segmented medical image according to a preset preferential transmission rule, and preferentially transmitting the selected medical image to the network front end;
the network front end is used for preferentially displaying the preferentially transmitted medical images;
the server is further used for transmitting the rest of the segmented medical images to the network front end after the selected medical images are preferentially transmitted;
the network front end is further used for displaying the residual medical images;
wherein, the selecting the segmented medical image according to the preset preferential transmission rule comprises:
positioning and grouping the segmented medical images according to the image relative values, wherein the image relative values are used for determining the positions of the segmented medical images in the whole medical image;
selecting a central medical image from the medical images after positioning grouping according to a preset priority transmission central medical image rule;
the server is specifically configured to:
preferentially transmitting the image relative values of the selected medical image and the selected medical image to a network front end of the network image diagnosis system;
the server is further specifically configured to:

wherein, the selecting the segmented medical image according to the preset preferential transmission rule comprises:

after the selected medical images are preferentially transmitted, transmitting the rest segmented medical images to the network front end of the network image diagnosis system;
wherein, the selecting the segmented medical image according to the preset preferential transmission rule comprises:
positioning and grouping the segmented medical images according to the image relative values, wherein the image relative values are used for determining the positions of the segmented medical images in the whole medical image;
selecting a central medical image from the medical images after positioning grouping according to a preset priority transmission central medical image rule;
the network front end for preferentially transmitting the selected medical images to the network image diagnosis system comprises:
preferentially transmitting the image relative values of the selected medical image and the selected medical image to a network front end of the network image diagnosis system;

16. A network front-end comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor when executing the program performs the steps of:
receiving a medical image preferentially transmitted by a server of a network image diagnosis system and preferentially displaying the medical image so as to perform medical diagnosis according to the medical image, wherein the preferentially transmitted medical image is obtained by dividing the medical image to be transmitted according to a preset division rule and selecting the medical image according to a preset preferential transmission rule;
receiving and displaying the residual medical images transmitted by the server;
wherein, the selecting the segmented medical image according to the preset preferential transmission rule comprises:
positioning and grouping the segmented medical images according to the image relative values, wherein the image relative values are used for determining the positions of the segmented medical images in the whole medical image;
selecting a central medical image from the medical images after positioning grouping according to a preset priority transmission central medical image rule;
the network front end for preferentially transmitting the selected medical images to the network image diagnosis system comprises:
preferentially transmitting the image relative values of the selected medical image and the selected medical image to a network front end of the network image diagnosis system;
the transmitting the remaining segmented medical images to the network front end of the network image diagnosis system after preferentially transmitting the selected medical images comprises:
and after the selected medical image is preferentially transmitted, transmitting the image relative values of the remaining segmented medical image and the remaining segmented medical image to the network front end of the network image diagnosis system.
