Detailed Description
The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the drawings and the specific examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1-2, a binary coded hard medium bar code with a verification rule comprises a hard medium bar code plate, wherein a decimal number of a conveying carrier and a binary coding identification area are arranged on the hard medium bar code plate, a plurality of data bits are corresponding to bits of binary codes formed by conversion according to the decimal number of the conveying carrier in the binary coding identification area, the data bits comprise data bit holes corresponding to a number 1 in the binary codes, a first data bit hole 5, a second data bit hole 7 and a third data bit hole 8 are respectively corresponding to the binary codes, and the data bits corresponding to the number 0 are respectively corresponding to 1 and non-hole data bits corresponding to the number 0, and the data bits comprise a first non-hole data bit 3, a second non-hole data bit 4, a third non-hole data bit 6, a fourth non-hole data bit 9, a fifth non-hole data bit 10 and a sixth non-hole data bit 11 as shown in fig. 1; a front read-write judgment bit hole 1 and a rear read-write judgment bit hole 12 are respectively arranged at two ends of the data bit, and a check bit is arranged between the front read-write judgment bit hole and the rear read-write judgment bit hole; the check bit is a check bit hole 2 for even check or odd check, as shown in fig. 1, in order to ensure that the number of holes on the hard medium bar code plate is even when even check is adopted, the check bit holes 2 are formed at the check bit positions, so that even holes are shared on the hard medium bar code plate, and in the process of identifying the binary code as shown in fig. 1, if odd check is adopted, in order to ensure that the number of holes on the hard medium bar code plate is odd, no holes are formed at the corresponding check bit 21, as shown in fig. 2; of course, if the number of the holes of the judging bit and the holes of the data bit on the hard medium bar code plate shown in fig. 2 is even, in the odd check, in order to ensure that the number of the holes on the hard medium bar code plate is odd, holes of the detecting bit are also formed at the detecting bit;
specifically, the holes or the non-holes at the checking position are determined according to the even check or the odd check and the number of the holes of the judging position holes and the data position holes on the hard medium bar code. The front judging bit hole, the rear judging bit hole, the data bit hole and the check bit hole are identical in height and are arranged at the same height position on the hard medium bar code plate, and the hard medium bar code plate body is a rectangular plate body.
The coding rule of the binary coding identification area adopts a mode of front read-write judgment bits, check bits, carrier number data bit conveying and rear read-write judgment bits. The serial number and the check bit of the conveying carrier can be obtained through reading of the photoelectric switch, the check bit adopts an even check mode or an odd check mode, and after the check is correct, the serial number of the conveying carrier is converted into decimal from binary code to finish identification. The length of the bar code of the binary code identification bar code is determined by the number of bits converted from the decimal number of the conveying carrier into binary, namely the length of the bar code is determined by the first bit read-write judgment bit, the check bit, the binary number converted from the decimal number of the conveying carrier into binary bit and the last bit read-write judgment bit.
If odd check is adopted, when the number of '1' after decimal number of the conveying carrier is converted into binary is even, the check bit is '1', otherwise, the check bit is '0', and thus the conveying data can be ensured to meet the requirement of the odd check. When the binary number of the conveying carrier is read, the number of 1's in the binary number of the conveying carrier and the check bit is detected according to the odd check requirement, if the number is odd, the reading is correct, otherwise, the reading is wrong.
Similarly, the even check process is the same as the odd check process, but the number of '1' in the detected data is even, namely, the added check bit makes the number of 1 in the binary number and the check bit of the conveying carrier be even.
The check bit ensures the accuracy of data and avoids bar code reading errors caused by damage of the photoelectric switch and shielding of the photoelectric switch beam.
Preferably, the data bit hole, the front read-write judgment bit hole, the rear read-write judgment bit hole and the check bit hole are rectangular holes, the sizes of the front read-write judgment bit hole and the rear read-write judgment bit hole are consistent, the sizes of the check bit hole and the data bit hole are consistent, and the widths of the front read-write judgment bit hole and the rear read-write judgment bit hole are smaller than those of the check bit hole and the data bit hole.
Because the width of the judgment bit hole is smaller than the widths of the data bit and the check bit hole, the limitation of manufacturing and installation can be avoided, and the correctness of the data bit is ensured.
The bar code solves the problems that the accuracy is low, the data accuracy cannot be checked and the beat is influenced to the greatest extent in the past.
The hard medium bar code board is provided with a decimal number identification part 17 of the conveying carrier, and the decimal number identification part is positioned above a binary code identification area of the conveying carrier. The decimal number identification part of the conveying carrier is a hollowed-out number processed on the hard medium bar code plate, so that visual identification is facilitated.
The hard medium bar code plate is provided with bar code plate mounting holes which are positioned below the binary code identification area of the conveying carrier, the bar code mounting holes are used for mounting the hard medium bar code plate on the conveying carrier, are multiple and uniformly arranged on the lower side of the hard medium bar code plate, and as shown in fig. 1-2, the bar code plate mounting holes comprise a first bar code plate mounting hole 13, a second bar code plate mounting hole 14, a third bar code plate mounting hole 15 and a fourth bar code plate mounting hole 16, are uniformly arranged below the bar code plate and can be mounted on the conveying carrier by screws.
Wherein, the hard medium bar code board adopts the steel sheet to make and forms.
The following description will take a decimal number 88 of the transport carrier as an example.
Setting the binary number of the conveying carrier to be 9 bits, adding a judging bit, a checking bit and a data bit to be 12 bits of codes, illustrating that the conveying carrier is coded in decimal form of 88, converting the 88 into the binary code to be 1011000, complementing less than 9 bits by 0 to be 001011000, wherein the first bit and the last bit are read-write judging bits, and have to be punched, the second bit is used for information checking, when checking is even checking, a checking bit hole is formed by punching at the position of the checking bit, when checking is odd checking, the checking bit is not punched, the third bit to the last second bit are nine bits of binary codes 001011000 of the conveying carrier number, and correspond to the position of a number 1 in the nine bits of binary codes 001011000, and correspond to the position of a number 0.
If the mode of even check 12-bit coding is adopted, the final coding mode is 11 0010110001. FIG. 1 is an even-verification binary coded identification bar code.
The final encoding mode is 10 0010110001 if the odd parity 12 bit encoding mode is adopted. FIG. 2 is an odd parity binary identification bar code.
The formed bar code is installed for each conveying carrier number, a photoelectric switch scanning station is installed at a key position to identify the bar code number, and bar code information is read when the conveying carrier passes through the photoelectric switch scanning station.
The photoelectric switch scanning station consists of 12 sets of photoelectric switches, the photoelectric switches emit 12 equidistant light beams, when the 1 st light beam and the 12 th light beam pass through the front judgment bit hole 1 and the rear judgment bit hole 12, binary number data bits and check bits of a conveying carrier are obtained, the light beam at the position without an opening on the hard medium bar code board cannot pass through, the light beam is represented as 0, and the light beam at the position with the opening passes through, and the light beam at the position with the opening is represented as 1. And whether the number of 1 accords with a checking mechanism is calculated by the logic controller, and if so, the reading is correct. The binary number of the conveying carrier is converted into decimal from binary to complete reading.
When the beam 18 emitted by the photoelectric switch is on the left side of the hole of the front judgment position hole and the right side beam is on the left side of the hole of the rear judgment position hole as shown in fig. 3, and the left side beam is on the right side of the hole of the front judgment position hole and the right side beam is on the right side of the hole of the rear judgment position hole as shown in fig. 4, other beams can pass through the check position hole and the data position hole formed by punching, so that binary number data bits and check positions of the conveying carrier can be obtained. Because the width of the judgment bit hole is narrower than the widths of the data bit and the check bit hole, when a certain error exists in the distance between the light beams emitted by the photoelectric switch, the correctness of the binary number and the check bit of the conveying carrier can be ensured.
The invention can accurately acquire binary number bits and check bits of the conveying carrier no matter the conveying carrier moves leftwards or rightwards, thereby realizing accurate identification.
The foregoing is merely a preferred embodiment of the present invention and it should be noted that modifications and adaptations to those skilled in the art may be made without departing from the principles of the present invention, which are intended to be comprehended within the scope of the present invention.
