Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a connecting mechanism and virtual reality equipment, which can easily realize the disassembly and assembly of connected monomers without using tools for disassembly and assembly.
In order to achieve the technical purpose, the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme: a connecting mechanism comprises a connecting part and a connecting seat; the connecting seat is fixedly provided with a clamping piece, the clamping piece is provided with a buckle, the connecting part is provided with an elastic key and a clamping plate, the clamping plate is provided with a clamping groove which is matched with the buckle in a clamping way, the clamping plate is fixedly connected with the elastic key as a whole, and when the elastic key is pressed, the clamping plate moves along with the elastic key to enable the buckle to be separated from or clamped in the clamping groove.
The edge of the clamping plate is provided with a guide wing, the connecting part is correspondingly provided with a guide rail, and the guide wing is correspondingly embedded into the guide rail.
The elastic key comprises a key body and an elastic reset piece for resetting the key body, and the key body comprises a pressing part and a limiting part which are fixedly connected into a whole; the connecting part is characterized in that a groove is formed in one side face of the connecting part, a through hole is formed in the top wall of the groove, the pressing part penetrates through the through hole, the top end of the pressing part protrudes out of the through hole, the limiting part abuts against the inner side face of the top wall of the groove, the clamping plate is located in the groove and fixedly connected with the limiting part below the limiting part, and a through hole for the fastener to penetrate through is correspondingly formed in the connecting part.

Compared with the prior art, the connecting mechanism has the following advantages and positive effects:
1. the clamping device is characterized in that the clamping device is clamped and connected with the clamping groove on the clamping plate of the connecting part through the clamping piece on the connecting seat, the clamping device is controlled to be separated from or clamped with the clamping groove through the pressing of the elastic key, and one-key operation is realized without using tools, so that the connected single body is greatly convenient to assemble and disassemble;
2. the connecting mechanism has compact integral structure and small occupied space, and can be applied to products with accessories assembled and disassembled frequently according to the requirements of use scenes;
3. when the connecting mechanism is used for connecting the earphone monomer of the virtual reality equipment with the head-wearing bracket, the earphone monomer can be disassembled and assembled without tools, so that the operation is convenient, and the requirements of various use scenes of users are met.

The technical scheme of the invention is further described in detail below with reference to the attached drawings and the detailed description.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4 and fig. 6 to 8, a connecting mechanism is used for connecting and installing a component a on another component B, and comprises a connecting portion 120 and a connecting seat 30, a clamping piece 40 is fixedly arranged on the connecting seat 30, a clamping buckle 41 is arranged on the clamping piece 40, an elastic key 50 and a clamping plate 60 are installed on the connecting portion 120, a clamping groove 61 which is clamped and assembled with the clamping buckle 41 is arranged on the clamping plate 60, the clamping plate 60 and the elastic key 50 are fixedly connected into a whole, and when the elastic key 50 is pressed, the clamping plate 60 moves along with the elastic key 50 to enable the clamping buckle 41 to be separated from or clamped with the clamping groove 61, so that the component a is detached from the component B or is connected and installed on the component B. Fig. 1 to 4 and fig. 6 to 8 show that the connecting mechanism is applied to the virtual reality device, and the connecting mechanism connects the earphone monomer 20 and the head-wearing bracket 10, so that the earphone monomer 20 is convenient to disassemble and assemble; fig. 1 and 2 show the normal installation state of the earphone unit 20 on the head mount 10, and fig. 8 shows the earphone unit 20 after the head mount 10 is detached.
The elastic key 50 is operated to clamp or separate the clamping buckle 41 on the clamping buckle 40 from the clamping groove 61 on the clamping plate 60, so that the connection seat 30 and the connection part 120 are connected and separated, the single component connected by the connection mechanism is correspondingly connected and separated, one-key operation is realized, no additional tool is needed, and the operation is simple, convenient and quick.
Further, referring to fig. 5, in order to guide the movement of the clip plate 60, a guide tab 62 is provided at an edge thereof, and the head mount 10 is correspondingly provided with a guide rail 11, and the guide tab 62 is correspondingly embedded in the guide rail 11. When the clamping plate 60 moves along with the pressing of the elastic key 50, the guide wing 62 and the guide rail 11 are matched to realize movement guide, so that the movement of the clamping plate 60 is stable and reliable, shaking is avoided, and the alignment and the matching of the clamping buckle 41 and the clamping groove 61 are facilitated.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the elastic key 50 includes a key body 51 and an elastic reset element 52 for resetting the key body 51, where the key body 51 includes a pressing portion 511 and a limiting portion 512 that are fixedly connected together, and in this embodiment, the limiting portion 512 is located below the pressing portion 511; a groove 12 is formed on one side surface of the connecting part 120, a through hole 121 is formed on the top wall of the groove 12, a pressing part 511 is arranged in the through hole 121 in a penetrating manner, and the top end of the pressing part 511 protrudes out of the through hole 121, so that the pressing part 511 is used as a pressing operation part of the elastic key 50, the operation is convenient, and a limiting part 512 abuts against the inner side surface of the top wall of the groove 12, namely, the top wall of the groove 12 limits the elastic key 50 in the upward direction to prevent the elastic key from being separated from the connecting part 120; the clamping plate 60 is located in the groove 12 and is fixedly connected to the limiting portion 512 below the limiting portion 512, so that the clamping plate 60 is fixedly connected to the elastic key 50 and moves along with the pressing action of the elastic key 50, specifically, a connecting plate 514 is formed on the bottom surface of the limiting portion 512, and the connecting plate 514 is connected with the top end of the clamping plate 60 through a screw, as shown in fig. 4. Since the engaging plate 60 is located in the groove 12 on the connecting portion 120, in order to make the catch 41 match with the catch groove 61, the connecting portion 120 is correspondingly provided with a first through hole 14 through which the catch 41 passes, as shown in fig. 3. In addition, since the connecting portion 120 has a limited thickness, both the pressing portion 511 and the limiting portion 512 are elongated and located at the top surface of the connecting portion 120. In this embodiment, the elastic key 50 integrates pressing and limiting, and does not need to additionally provide a limiting component, so that the structure is simple and the installation is easy. Of course, other elastic key structures in the prior art may be used for the elastic key 50, and this may not be particularly limited.
In order to facilitate the installation of the elastic restoring member 52, in this embodiment, an elastic restoring member installation groove 13 is further provided in the groove 12, the bottom end of the elastic restoring member 52 is embedded in the elastic restoring member installation groove 13, and the top end abuts against the bottom surface of the limiting portion 512. The elastic restoring member 52 may be a spring, a silicone member, or the like, and is elastic and can be elastically deformed to be pushed into the elastic restoring member mounting groove 13, and preferably two positions are provided at the bottom of the limiting portion 512, so as to enhance restoring reliability.
Further, a guide post 513 is disposed on the bottom surface of the limiting portion 512, and the elastic restoring member 52 is preferably a spring, and is sleeved on the guide post 513, and the guide post 512 can be integrally formed with the limiting portion 512 and the pressing portion 511. By providing the guide post 513, on one hand, the compression and the restoration of the elastic restoration piece 52 are guided, and on the other hand, the restoration reliability of the elastic restoration piece 52 is enhanced, and the pressing reliability of the elastic key 50 is further improved.
In order to ensure the installation of the elastic restoring piece 52 to be reliable, a silica gel sleeve 70 is embedded in the elastic restoring piece installation groove 13, and the bottom end of the elastic restoring piece 52 is arranged in the silica gel sleeve 70. The silicone sleeve 70 is fixed by interference, namely, is extruded into the elastic resetting piece mounting groove 13 by self elastic deformation, and is simple, convenient and reliable to fix. The bottom end of the elastic restoring member 52 is embedded in the silicone sleeve 70, and the stability can be further improved by strong adhesive bonding.
As shown in fig. 3 to 5, the clip groove 61 is inverted L-shaped, that is, includes an upper wide groove and a lower narrow groove, and the clip 41 is an L-shaped clip perpendicular to the clip plate 60. Specifically, the clamping plate 60 is attached to the side surface of the connecting portion 120, and in this embodiment, is located below the elastic key 50, and the elastic key 50 is pressed downward and reset upward, so that the clamping plate 60 moves up and down along with the elastic key 50. In a normal installation state, the clamping plate 60 is hooked at the narrow groove of the clamping groove 61 to realize clamping, when the clamping plate 60 moves downwards along with the downward pressing of the elastic key 50, the wide groove above the clamping plate corresponds to the clamping plate 41, the clamping relationship between the clamping plate 41 and the clamping groove 61 is lost, and then the earphone monomer 20 can be pulled outwards to realize disassembly. The clamping groove 61 and the clamping buckle 41 with the structure can easily realize clamping and separating when the clamping plate 60 moves up and down along with the elastic key 50, so that the earphone monomer 20 can be conveniently detached.
For the realization of earphone monomer 20 function, still be equipped with spring needle installation department 42 on buckle spare 40, install spring needle 80 on the spring needle installation department 42, be equipped with the through-hole 63 that supplies spring needle 80 to pass on the card board 60 corresponds, be equipped with PCB board 90 and supply spring needle to pass's second through-hole 15 on the connecting portion 120 corresponds, be equipped with the copper exposure district on the PCB board 90, spring needle 80 contacts with the copper exposure district in order to switch on and realizes earphone monomer 20's function.
For the installation of the fastening piece 40 on the connection seat 30, specifically, a positioning plate 100 is fixedly arranged on the connection seat 30, the positioning plate 100 positions the fastening piece 40 in the connection seat 30, and the positioning plate 100 is provided with a hollowed-out part 101 for avoiding the fastening piece 41 and the spring needle 80. The pogo pins 80 are pressed into the pogo pin mounting portions 42 by a tool, then the snap members 40 are fitted into the connection seats 30, and then the positioning plate 100 is fixed to the connection seats 30 by screws.
In addition, a cover plate 110 is further disposed on the connection portion 120, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, for covering the clamping plate 60 and the PCB 90 to ensure safety in use, and the cover plate 110 can be clamped on the connection portion 120 by a buckle.
The embodiment also provides a virtual reality device, which includes an earphone unit 20, a head-wearing support 10, and a connection mechanism for connecting the earphone unit 20 to the head-wearing support 10, wherein the specific structure of the connection mechanism refers to an embodiment of the connection mechanism of the present invention and descriptions of fig. 1 to 8, and will not be repeated herein. The connection portion 120 of the connection mechanism is located on the head support 10, specifically may be a part of the head support 10, integrally formed with the head support 10, or be a separate component, and is fixedly disposed on the head support 10 through a connection structure, such as a fastening structure, where one end of the connection seat 30 is connected with the earphone unit 20, and the other end is connected with the connection portion 120. The connection between the connecting seat 30 and the earphone monomer 20 can adopt the prior art, and this embodiment is not repeated, and can realize the movement of the earphone monomer 20 in three directions (i.e. when the virtual reality device is in the wearing state of the user, the earphone monomer is in three directions of front and back, up and down, left and right relative to the head of the user), so as to improve the wearing comfort and the universality, thereby realizing easy disassembly under the premise of realizing the movement function of the earphone monomer 20 in three directions.
The following specifically describes the disassembly and assembly process of the earphone unit 20 of the present embodiment: as shown in fig. 6, the mounting state of the earphone monomer 20 on the head-wearing bracket 10 is that the buckles 41 (4 buckles 41 in the embodiment to improve the clamping reliability) on the buckle piece 40 are clamped in the narrow groove at the lower part of the clamping groove 61 on the clamping plate 60, so as to realize the fixation of the earphone monomer 20; when the elastic key 50 is pressed downwards, the elastic reset piece 52 is compressed under force, the clamping plate 60 moves downwards under the guide of the guide rail 11 of the head-wearing bracket 10 until the clamping buckle 41 is positioned in the upper wide groove of the clamping groove 61, at this time, the clamping buckle 41 is separated from the clamping plate 60, as shown in fig. 7, and the earphone monomer 20 can be disassembled by pulling out the earphone monomer 20 outwards according to the existing state, as shown in fig. 8; when the earphone monomer 20 is installed, the elastic key 50 is pressed down in the same time to enable the buckle 41 to correspond to the upper wide groove of the clamping groove 60, the first through hole 14 on the head-wearing bracket 10 is used for enabling the hook part of the buckle 41 to enter the upper wide groove of the clamping groove 60, at the moment, the elastic key 50 is loosened to reset, and the buckle 41 is clamped in the lower narrow groove of the clamping groove 60 to clamp the clamping plate 60, so that the earphone monomer 20 is installed.
