本发明公开了一种改进型钢管，包括管体，所述管体内壁设置有防腐层，管体外壁自管体一端延伸至另一端设置有螺旋凸筋，管体外壁设置有油漆层，管体一端设置有螺母，管体另一端设置有外螺纹接头。本发明设计合理，管体内壁设置防腐层，大大增加了防腐蚀性能，实用性强，且外壁设置有螺旋凸筋，增加了钢管的抗弯抗扭曲性能；本发明还设置有螺母和外螺纹接头，只需要把一根钢管的螺母和另一根钢管的外螺纹接头相匹配就能简单连接两跟钢管，使用方便。

背景技术
钢管是一种中空的长条形管材，主要广泛用于石油、化工、医疗、食品、轻工、机械仪表等工业输送管道以及机械结构部件等，现有的钢管结构比较单一，防腐蚀和防滑性能较差，抗弯抗扭曲的性能较差，使用寿命较短，而且不能简单地将两钢管连接在一起，实用性不强。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于提供一种防腐性能好，抗弯抗扭曲性能较好，方便连接的改进型钢管。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案是这样的：本发明的改进型钢管，包括管体，所述管体内壁设置有防腐层，管体外壁自管体一端延伸至另一端设置有螺旋凸筋，管体外壁设置有油漆层，管体一端设置有螺母，管体另一端设置有外螺纹接头。
作为优选，所述防腐层为钛涂层。
作为优选，所述防腐层为氮化锆层。
与现有技术相比，本发明的优点在于：本发明设计合理，管体内壁设置防腐层，大大增加了防腐蚀性能，实用性强，且外壁设置有螺旋凸筋，增加了钢管的抗弯抗扭曲性能；本发明还设置有螺母和外螺纹接头，只需要把一根钢管的螺母和另一根钢管的外螺纹接头相匹配就能简单连接两跟钢管，使用方便。

参见图1，本发明的改进型钢管，包括管体1，所述管体1内壁设置有防腐层2，管体1外壁自管体1一端延伸至另一端设置有螺旋凸筋3，管体1外壁设置有油漆层4，管体1一端设置有螺母5，管体1另一端设置有外螺纹接头6，所述防腐层2为钛涂层，所述防腐层2为氮化锆层。
使用时，只需要把一根钢管的螺母5和另一根钢管的外螺纹接头6相匹配就能简单连接两跟钢管，使用方便，管体1内壁设置防腐层2，大大增加了防腐蚀性能，实用性强，且外壁设置有螺旋凸筋3，增加了钢管的抗弯抗扭曲性能，本发明设计合理。
