Abstract
The invention discloses a plate connecting device which comprises a first connecting piece, a second connecting piece, a third connecting piece and a fourth connecting piece, wherein the second connecting piece is matched with the first connecting piece, the fourth connecting piece is matched with the third connecting piece, the first connecting piece and the third connecting piece are respectively fixed in grooves on two adjacent sides of a plate, and the first connecting piece, the second connecting piece, the third connecting piece and the fourth connecting piece are all sectional materials. The cabinet body comprising the plate connecting device further comprises a plurality of laminates, a vertical plate and a back plate, wherein the vertical plate is fixed on two sides of the back plate, the laminates are fixed on the vertical plate and the back plate, and adjacent laminates are connected through the plate connecting device. Therefore, adjacent laminates can be directly spliced and buckled through the panel connecting device, fixed connection is not needed through a lock catch and the like, after splicing, a lock catch head cannot be seen at the outer side of the laminate, the integrity and the attractiveness are improved, and the splicing efficiency is greatly improved.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to furniture and an assembly structure of the furniture, and particularly relates to a plate connecting device.
Background
The wardrobe, the television cabinet, the cabinet and the like belong to common furniture, but when the existing furniture is assembled, two adjacent plates are required to be fixed by using a lock catch or a pin and the like. The furniture assembled by the mode has the advantages that the assembly process is complicated and the time consumption is long; meanwhile, the assembled furniture is integrally provided with more screw heads exposed outside, so that the appearance is influenced, and the whole assembly process flow is more complex; and the door leaf and the like have sharp angles, so that scratch phenomenon is easy to occur.

The present invention aims to provide a board connecting device capable of solving at least one of the above problems.
According to one aspect of the invention, there is provided a panel connecting device comprising a first connecting member, a second connecting member, a third connecting member and a fourth connecting member, wherein the second connecting member is matched with the first connecting member, the fourth connecting member is matched with the third connecting member, the first connecting member and the third connecting member are respectively fixed in grooves on two adjacent sides of a panel, and the first connecting member, the second connecting member, the third connecting member and the fourth connecting member are all sectional materials.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: through the cooperation of the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece, two adjacent plates can be fixedly connected, and the connecting piece is fixed in the groove of the plates, so that the two plates spliced with each other are not required to be connected by using parts such as a lock catch, the splicing is convenient, the assembly efficiency is greatly improved, and the labor cost is saved; the third connecting piece and the fourth connecting piece are arranged, so that the edge of one side of the plate, which is not spliced with other plates, can be conveniently covered, and the integrity of the plate is improved.
In some embodiments, the first connector is U-shaped in cross-section and the first connector is flush with the end face of the second connector. Detailed Description
The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6: the plate connecting device comprises a first connecting piece 1, a second connecting piece 2, a third connecting piece 3 and a fourth connecting piece 4, wherein the second connecting piece 2 is matched with the first connecting piece 1, the fourth connecting piece 4 is matched with the third connecting piece 5, the first connecting piece 1 and the third connecting piece 3 are respectively fixed in grooves on two adjacent sides of a plate, and the first connecting piece 1, the second connecting piece 2, the third connecting piece 3 and the fourth connecting piece 4 are all sectional materials.
Wherein the first connector 1 is mounted and fixed in a groove of the plate material, and the third connector 3 is also fixed in a corresponding groove.
The cross section of the first connecting piece 1 is U-shaped, and the end faces of the first connecting piece 1 and the second connecting piece 2 are flush. Therefore, when the bottom of the U-shaped groove of the first connecting piece 1 is connected with the plate through the lock catch, the lock catch head is hidden at the bottom of the first connecting piece 1, and the integrity of the whole product can be improved after the first connecting piece is matched with the second connecting piece 2.
The third connecting piece 3 is provided with a closed cavity 31 in cross section and the fourth connecting piece 4 is located outside this cavity 31. Thus, the third connecting piece 3 is fixed to the plate by the lock penetrating the cavity 31; then, the fourth connecting piece 4 is buckled with the third connecting piece 3, so that the locking head is hidden between the third connecting piece 3 and the fourth connecting piece 4, and the integrity is improved.
The outside terminal surface of first connecting piece 1 is equipped with first flanging 11, and the outside terminal surface of second connecting piece 2 is equipped with second flanging 21, and the outside terminal surface of first connecting piece 1 is laminated with the outside terminal surface of second connecting piece 2, and the opposite direction of first flanging 11 and second flanging 21. Wherein, the turnover height of the first turnover edge 11 and the second turnover edge 21 is about 1.5 mm; the first fold 11 is folded to the side of the sheet material and the second fold 21 is folded to the side remote from the sheet material. Therefore, the plate edge is effectively prevented from hooking, the applicable safety is improved, the second flanging edge 21 can enable the second connecting piece 2 to be tightly attached to the rear vertical plate, and the sealing performance is improved.
In other embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the first connecting piece 1 may not be provided with the first flanging edge 11, and the panel connecting device may be directly applied to a door frame or the like, and does not need to be matched with other panels for edge sealing of the panels.
The outer side of the closed cavity 31 of the third connecting piece 3 is provided with a bulge 32, the fourth connecting piece 4 is provided with a clamping hook 41, and the clamping hook 41 is matched with the bulge 32. In the actual use process, the upper end surface of the clamping hook 41 is an inclined surface, and the lower end surface is a horizontal surface, so that the clamping hook 41 is conveniently inserted into the protrusion 32 when the fourth connecting piece 4 is matched with the third connecting piece 3; after the installation is completed, the lower end face of the clamping hook 41 is attached to the protrusion 32, so that the clamping hook 41 is effectively prevented from being pulled out, and the matched stability is ensured.
The cabinet body comprises the plate connecting device, and further comprises a plurality of laminates 5, risers 6 and back plates 7, wherein the risers 6 are fixed on two sides of the back plates 7, the plurality of laminates 5 are fixed on the risers 6 and the back plates 7, and the laminates 5 are connected with the risers 6 through the plate connecting device.
The first recess 51 has been seted up to the front and back both sides of plywood 5, and the third connecting piece 3 is installed in first recess 51, and the second recess 52 has been seted up to the left and right sides of plywood 5, and first connecting piece 1 is installed in second recess 52, and second connecting piece 2 is installed at the lateral wall of riser 6.
The first groove 51 is formed, so that the connecting lock catch can be conveniently fixed at the position where the connecting lock catch extends into the first connecting piece 1 when the first connecting piece 1 is fixed with the second groove 52.
In the actual use process, the periphery of the laminate 5 is grooved, the thickness of the second groove 52 is consistent with that of the first connecting piece 1, the first connecting piece 1 is arranged in the second groove 52, and the first flanging 11 is attached to the outer side of the laminate 5.
The second connector 2 may be secured to the riser 6 by a snap lock. When the laminate 5 is installed, the first connecting piece 1 and the second connecting piece 2 are matched to realize the installation of the laminate 5 and the riser 6.
The cabinet body of the invention also comprises a fifth connecting piece 8, the fifth connecting piece 8 comprises a fixing part 81 and a clamping groove part 82, one side of each vertical plate 6 is provided with a third groove, the number of the fifth connecting pieces 8 is two, the fixing parts of the fifth connecting pieces 8 are respectively arranged in the third grooves on one sides of the two vertical plates 6, and the backboard 7 is inserted into the clamping groove part 82 from top to bottom to be fixed. Wherein, fixed part 81 and draw-in groove portion 82 are integrated into one piece structure, and first connecting piece 1, second connecting piece 2, third connecting piece 3, fourth connecting piece 4 and fifth connecting piece 8 are aluminium alloy, convenient processing.
