本发明公开了半封闭活塞式制冷压缩机,包含外壳、接线板、阀板、曲轴、活塞连杆组件、电机、常压进气阀、高压排气阀、气缸端盖、压缩机、缸体,电机的旋转轴连接曲轴,压缩机与电机右端连接后,曲轴相应的位于压缩机内,曲轴的偏心轴连接活塞连杆组件,活塞连杆组件中的活塞装入孔内壁均布激光网纹的缸体内,缸体上端设气缸端盖封闭,气缸端盖外端设若干消振槽,压缩机的进气口设常压进气阀、排气口设高压排气阀,外壳装在电机外,接线板设在外壳上端,阀板设在压缩机上端,本发明气缸端盖消振槽降低了流体噪音,镜面超精技术加工的活塞连杆组件和曲轴及激光网纹的缸体内壁大大降低摩擦系数和提高耐磨性和平衡性,提高工作效率和能效化。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种流体制冷装置类技术领域,尤其是半封闭活塞式制冷压缩机。
背景技术
制冷压缩机是这冷行业中的一种选用装备,由电机驱动,一般的小型制冷设备中应用的压缩机提交较小,工作原理是由电机带动曲轴旋转,曲轴通过连杆带动活塞在气缸的缸体内往复运动,把蒸汽介质从常压进气阀吸入并压缩后从高压排气阀送出到冷凝器,使冷凝器产生较高的初始制冷媒介吸入功效,但是,曲轴和连杆的连接面、缸体与活塞接触的内表面如果表面粗糙度不是足够高,摩擦系数较高,频繁的工作摩擦就会导致上述连接面就会由于冷热交替和内部应力变化产生细微变形,会产生工作符合加重、工作时滑动摩擦温升高导致变形量大,大大降低了压缩机的耐磨性,直接影响压缩机的使用寿命,工作时平衡性降低,工作效率和能效也大大下降,常规的气缸端盖外部为平整的表面,压缩机工作时由于活塞在气缸内往复运动,会产生流体的噪音。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供半封闭活塞式制冷压缩机,包含外壳、接线板、阀板、曲轴、活塞连杆组件、电机、常压进气阀、高压排气阀、气缸端盖、压缩机、缸体,电机的旋转轴连接曲轴,压缩机与电机右端连接后,曲轴相应的位于压缩机内,曲轴的偏心轴连接活塞连杆组件,活塞连杆组件中的活塞装入孔内壁均布激光网纹的缸体内,缸体上端设气缸端盖封闭,气缸端盖外端设若干消振槽,压缩机的进气口设常压进气阀、排气口设高压排气阀,外壳装在电机外,接线板设在外壳上端,阀板设在压缩机上端,本发明气缸端盖消振槽降低了流体噪音,镜面超精技术加工的活塞连杆组件和曲轴及激光网纹的缸体内壁大大降低摩擦系数和提高耐磨性和平衡性,提高工作效率和能效化。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:半封闭活塞式制冷压缩机,包含外壳、接线板、阀板、曲轴、活塞连杆组件、电机、常压进气阀、高压排气阀、气缸端盖、压缩机、缸体,所述电机的旋转轴连接曲轴,所述压缩机与电机右端连接后,曲轴相应的位于压缩机内,所述曲轴的偏心轴连接活塞连杆组件,所述活塞连杆组件中的活塞装入孔内壁均布激光网纹的缸体内,所述缸体上端设气缸端盖封闭,所述气缸端盖外端设若干消振槽,压缩机的进气口设常压进气阀、排气口设高压排气阀,所述外壳装在电机外,所述接线板设在外壳上端,所述阀板设在压缩机上端。
所述气缸端盖的安装端面设连通的油槽,所述油槽与横向设置的进油槽贯通。
所述活塞连杆组件和曲轴的连接面均为镜面超精技术加工。
所述电机与接线板间为电源线连通,接线板外能用罩壳防护。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明气缸端盖消振槽降低了流体噪音,镜面超精技术加工的活塞连杆组件和曲轴及激光网纹的缸体内壁大大降低摩擦系数和提高耐磨性和平衡性,提高工作效率和能效化。

下面通过实施例,并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。
如图1~图4所示,半封闭活塞式制冷压缩机,包含外壳1、接线板2、阀板3、曲轴4、活塞连杆组件5、电机6、常压进气阀7、高压排气阀8、气缸端盖9、压缩机10、缸体11,所述电机6的旋转轴连接曲轴4,所述压缩机10与电机6右端连接后,曲轴4相应的位于压缩机10内,所述曲轴4的偏心轴连接活塞连杆组件5,所述活塞连杆组件5中的活塞装入孔内壁均布激光网纹1101的缸体11内,所述缸体11上端设气缸端盖9封闭,所述气缸端盖9外端设若干消振槽91,压缩机10的进气口设常压进气阀7、排气口设高压排气阀8,所述外壳1装在电机6外,所述接线板2设在外壳1上端,所述阀板3设在压缩机10上端,本发明气缸端盖消振槽降低了流体噪音,镜面超精技术加工的活塞连杆组件和曲轴及激光网纹的缸体内壁大大降低摩擦系数和提高耐磨性和平衡性,提高工作效率和能效化。
所述气缸端盖9的安装端面设连通的油槽92,所述油槽92与横向设置的进油槽93贯通,利于避免接触面互吸,便于维修时气缸端盖9的拆卸和安装。
所述活塞连杆组件5和曲轴4的连接面均为镜面超精技术加工,大大降低摩擦系数,延长使用寿命。
所述电机6与接线板2间为电源线连通,接线板2外能用罩壳防护。

1.半封闭活塞式制冷压缩机,其特征在于:包含外壳(1)、接线板(2)、阀板(3)、曲轴(4)、活塞连杆组件(5)、电机(6)、常压进气阀(7)、高压排气阀(8)、气缸端盖(9)、压缩机(10)、缸体(11),所述电机(6)的旋转轴连接曲轴(4),所述压缩机(10)与电机(6)右端连接后,曲轴(4)相应的位于压缩机(10)内,所述曲轴(4)的偏心轴连接活塞连杆组件(5),所述活塞连杆组件(5)中的活塞装入孔内壁均布激光网纹(1101)的缸体(11)内,所述缸体(11)上端设气缸端盖(9)封闭,所述气缸端盖(9)外端设若干消振槽(91),压缩机(10)的进气口设常压进气阀(7)、排气口设高压排气阀(8),所述外壳(1)装在电机(6)外,所述接线板(2)设在外壳(1)上端,所述阀板(3)设在压缩机(10)上端。
2.如权利要求1所述半封闭活塞式制冷压缩机,其特征在于:所述气缸端盖(9)的安装端面设连通的油槽(92),所述油槽(92)与横向设置的进油槽(93)贯通。
3.如权利要求1所述半封闭活塞式制冷压缩机,其特征在于:所述活塞连杆组件(5)和曲轴(4)的连接面均为镜面超精技术加工。
4.如权利要求1所述半封闭活塞式制冷压缩机,其特征在于:所述电机(6)与接线板(2)间为电源线连通,接线板(2)外能用罩壳防护。
