Abstract
The invention discloses a double-control module of a drain valve, which comprises a shell, and a button body, an air pipe, a pneumatic rod and an air bag which are arranged in the shell; the button body is of a hollow structure, one end of the button body is exposed out of the shell, the other end of the button body is arranged above the reset button of the drain valve, and a vent is arranged above the button body; one end of the air pipe is connected with the air vent in a sealing way, and the other end of the air pipe extends out of the shell and is connected with the air pump; the pneumatic rod and the air bag are arranged in the button body, the air inlet end of the air bag is communicated with the air vent, and the pneumatic rod is arranged between the air bag and the drain valve reset button. The invention also discloses application of the control module to a toilet. The invention has compact structure, realizes automatic drainage by inflating the air bag through the air pump, realizes automatic resetting by releasing pressure and discharging air by the air pump, and has two control modes of pneumatic and manual at the same time, and the control is flexible and stable.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of drainage valves, in particular to a drainage valve double-control module and a closestool using the same.
Background
Along with the improvement of living standard, the intellectualization is increasingly integrated into life, and becomes the main current development trend of home furnishing. The existing drainage control of the drainage valve is mainly divided into two modes of manual control and induction control, and the traditional pure mechanical manual control cannot meet the requirement of an intelligent remote control function. The existing intelligent closestool adopts an induction control mode to control drainage of a drainage valve, induction control is unstable, close-range induction is needed, and long-range control cannot be realized. Meanwhile, the prior art generally adopts a motor-driven rack and pinion or a motor-driven cam to control the drain valve. Furthermore, since the motor is in a high humidity environment of the toilet tank, rust of parts is very likely to occur to cause malfunction.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a double-control module of a drain valve and a toilet bowl using the same, which realize pneumatic and manual dual-purpose control of the drain valve and can perform remote drain control. In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the double-control module of the drain valve is arranged above the drain valve and comprises a shell, and a button body, an air pipe, a pneumatic rod and an air bag which are arranged in the shell; the button body is of a hollow structure, one end of the button body is exposed out of the shell, the other end of the button body is arranged above the reset button of the drain valve, and a vent is arranged above the button body; one end of the air pipe is connected with the air vent in a sealing way, and the other end of the air pipe extends out of the shell and is connected with the air pump; the air bar and the air bag are arranged in the button body, the air inlet end of the air bag is communicated with the air vent, and the air bar is arranged between the air bag and the reset button of the drain valve.
The button body comprises a button upper body and a button lower body fixedly mounted with the button upper body, and the air vent is arranged at the side end of the button upper body.
Preferably, the bottom of the button upper body is provided with an installation limit flange, and the inner wall of the shell is provided with a limit boss matched with the installation limit flange.
Preferably, the air inlet end of the air bag is provided with a connecting boss, the bottom end of the button upper body is provided with a clamping groove matched with the connecting boss, and the connecting boss is lapped above the button lower body and is arranged in the clamping groove. The air bag is characterized in that a conical connector is arranged below the air bag, a clamping connector is arranged above the air rod, and the conical connector is inserted into the clamping connector to clamp the air bag and the air rod.

Due to the adoption of the structure, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the invention realizes two control modes of pneumatic and manual operation, and has flexible control.

The air bag and the pneumatic rod are arranged in the button body, the air chamber is formed in the button body, the structure is compact, the air bag is inflated by the air pump to realize automatic drainage, the air pump releases pressure and discharges air to realize automatic reset, and the control is stable.

Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present invention discloses a double control module for a drain valve, which is installed above a drain valve 8 with a reset button 81 by a screw 9 of a side lock. The invention is used for controlling the drainage of the drainage valve and has two control modes of pneumatic and manual. The specific structure is described in detail below.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the control module of the present embodiment includes a housing 1, and a button body 2, an air tube 3, an air lever 4, and an air bag 5 mounted in the housing 1. The button body 2 is inside hollow structure, and the button body 2 includes the button body 21 and with the button body 22 down, the top of button body 21 exposes outside casing 1, and the below passes through screw 9 rigid coupling with button body 22 down, and button body 22 sets up the reset button 81 top at drain valve 8 down. The bottom of the button upper body 21 is provided with an installation limit flange 211, and the inner wall of the shell 1 is provided with a limit boss 11 matched with the installation limit flange 211. The air bar 4 and the air bag 5 are installed inside the button body 2, and the air inlet end of the air bag 5 is communicated with the air port 212. The air lever 4 is disposed between the air bag 5 and the reset button 81 of the drain valve 8. In this embodiment, the air bag 5 and the air bar 4 are integrally assembled, and in other embodiments, the air bag 5 and the air bar 4 may be integrally formed. The air inlet end of the air bag 5 is provided with a connecting boss 51, and the bottom end of the button upper body 21 is provided with a clamping groove 213 matched with the connecting boss 51. A conical connector 52 is arranged below the air bag 5, and a clamping connector 41 is arranged above the pneumatic rod 4.
The installation of the embodiment comprises the following steps:
(1) The conical connector 52 of the air bag 5 is inserted into the clamping connector 41 of the pneumatic rod 4 to realize clamping connection of the air bag 5 and the pneumatic rod 4.
(2) The connecting boss 51 of the air bag 5 is lapped on the button lower body 22, and the connecting boss 51 of the air bag 5 is accommodated and installed in the clamping groove 213 of the button upper body 21.
(3) The button upper body 21 and the button lower body 22 are locked.
(4) The button body 2 is mounted in the housing 1 such that the mounting limit flange 211 of the button upper body 21 is in contact with the limit boss 11 of the inner wall of the housing 1.
(5) The air tube 3 is connected to the vent 212 of the button upper body 21, and the grommet 31 is installed. The control module of the present invention is installed. The installed control module of the invention is arranged above the drain valve 8.
The use principle of the embodiment is as follows:
(1) Pneumatic control: as shown in fig. 5, the distal air pump is operated, and air enters the vent 212 from the air tube 3 and enters the button body 2 to inflate the airbag 5. The balloon 5 expands and drives the pneumatic rod 4 downwards. The pneumatic rod 4 presses down the reset button 81 of the drain valve 8 to drain water. As shown in fig. 6, after the water discharge is completed, the air pump releases the air pressure, the air in the air bag 5 is discharged from the air port 212 through the air pipe 3, the air bag 5 is contracted and reset, and simultaneously the reset button 81 of the water discharge valve 8 is restored to the initial position, and the air rod 4 is lifted back up to the initial position.
(2) When the pneumatic control cannot be realized due to power failure or failure of the air pump, manual control is adopted: as shown in fig. 7, the button upper body 21 is manually pressed, and the button lower body 22 moves downward to press the reset button 81 of the drain valve 8, thereby draining water. When the water discharge is completed, the hand leaves the button upper body 21, and after the pressure is released, the reset button 81 of the water discharge valve 8 is reset upwards, and the button lower body 22 drives the button upper body 21 to return to the initial position.
Example two
The embodiment discloses a double-control module of a drainage valve, which is installed above a drainage valve 8 with a reset button 81 through a screw 9 of a side lock. The difference between this embodiment and the first embodiment is that: the control module of the invention comprises a shell 1, a button body 2, an air pipe 3, a pneumatic rod 4 and an air bag 5 which are arranged in the shell 1, a bottom plate 6 and an elastic element 7. As shown in fig. 8, the case 1, the button body 2, the air tube 3, the air lever 4, and the air bag 5 of this embodiment are the same in structure as those of the first embodiment. The middle of the bottom plate 6 is provided with an avoidance hole 61 for the button lower body 22 to pass through, the bottom plate 6 is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the shell 1, and the avoidance hole is positioned at the bottom of the button lower body 22. The elastic element 7 is installed above the bottom plate 6 and is located in the space between the outer wall of the button lower body 22 and the casing 1. The elastic element 7 may be a conventional spring or a pressure-elastic sensitive element.
As shown in fig. 9, the installation method of the present embodiment includes the following steps:
(1) The conical connector 52 of the air bag 5 is inserted into the clamping connector 41 of the pneumatic rod 4 to realize clamping connection of the air bag 5 and the pneumatic rod 4.
(3) The connecting boss 51 of the air bag 5 is lapped on the button lower body 22, and the connecting boss 51 of the air bag 5 is accommodated and installed in the clamping groove 213 of the button upper body 21.
(4) The button upper body 21 and the button lower body 22 are locked.
(5) The button body 2 is mounted in the housing 1 such that the mounting limit flange 211 of the button upper body 21 is in contact with the limit boss 11 of the inner wall of the housing 1.
(6) The elastic member 7 is mounted on the outer wall of the button lower body 22.
(7) The bottom plate 6 is mounted, the avoidance hole 61 of the bottom plate 6 penetrates through the button lower body 21, and the button lower body 22 is locked on the inner wall of the shell 1.
(8) The air tube 3 is connected to the vent 212 of the button upper body 21, and the grommet 31 is installed. The control module of the present invention is installed. The installed control module of the invention is arranged above the drain valve 8.
The use principle of the embodiment is as follows:

(2) When the pneumatic control cannot be realized due to power failure or failure of the air pump, manual control is adopted: as shown in fig. 12, the button upper body 21 is manually pressed, the button lower body 22 moves downward to press the reset button 81 of the drain valve 8, thereby realizing drainage, and the elastic element 7 is simultaneously pressed for energy storage. After the water discharge is completed, the hand leaves the button upper body 21, the pressure is released, the reset button 81 of the water discharge valve 8 is reset upwards, and if the reset button 81 fails or the elasticity of the reset button 81 is weakened and cannot be reset, the elastic element 7 releases energy upwards to drive the button body 2 to return to the initial position.
