本发明涉及汽车用品领域,尤其涉及一种汽车用脚部防滑垫。
背景技术
防滑垫,具体是指防止滑动的垫子,可以防止物体的滑动,在现实生活中应用非常广泛,汽车脚部防滑垫,一般用于放在座椅前部,具有汽车吸水、防尘、防滑等多种作用,特别是驾驶位置的防滑垫更需要具有良好的防滑功能,不仅需要其表面具有防滑功能,其底面也需要具有良好的防滑作用,才能保证司机的驾驶安全,除此之外,汽车脚部防滑垫需要具有良好的吸水、吸脏作用,才能有效防止鞋底残留的水分、赃物造成与离合器、制动器和油门之间的滑动,避免安全隐患,降低内饰被污染和损坏的可能性。现有的汽车脚部防滑垫一般采用化纤、亚麻、PVC、橡胶、皮革等单一材料制成,其本身均各有优劣,例如化纤较难打理、亚麻价格便宜但清洗易变形、PVC冬天容易变硬,易滑动、橡胶垫味道较重,且其功能性均较弱,防滑、吸尘、吸水能力均通过自身材料特性实现。例如中国专利号CN201610656570.5公开的一种汽车脚垫,其包括铺设在相邻两个座位的左侧脚垫和右侧脚垫,所述左侧脚垫和右侧脚垫分别包括脚底垫和位于脚底垫周围的侧垫,所述脚底垫和侧垫之间通过拉链连接,所述左侧脚垫和右侧脚垫之间安装有一块中间垫,所述中间垫与左侧脚垫和右侧脚垫之间通过磁铁块连接,所述左侧脚垫和右侧脚垫上可拆卸的安装有吸尘垫,所述吸尘垫上方设有防滑凹槽,其好处是对汽车脚垫进行清洁时,无需将整个汽车脚垫拿出至汽车外部,只需将可更换层拿出至汽车外部进行清洁即可,从而使对汽车脚垫的清洁更加方便,此外,在可更换层产生较大的磨损后,无需废弃整个汽车脚垫,从而延长了汽车脚垫的使用寿命,但是,其只加强了汽车脚垫的防尘功能,对汽车脚垫的防水、防滑及其他功能并未改善。因此,发明一种具有较强吸水、吸尘、防滑并具有其他辅助功能的汽车脚部防滑垫具有重要的意义。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种汽车用脚部防滑垫,以解决现有技术中导致的上述多项缺陷。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供以下的技术方案:一种汽车用脚部防滑垫,包括底面防滑层、吸水层、保健按摩层、薄膜层和表面防滑层,所述底面防滑层与吸水层之间、吸水层与保健按摩层之间、保健按摩层与薄膜层之间均通过胶黏层相连,所述薄膜层与表面防滑层之间通过魔术贴相连,所述底面防滑层为PVC发泡材料,所述底面防滑层底面上设有若干凸起,所述吸水层由包覆袋和吸水剂组成,所述包覆袋为纱网材料,所述包覆袋侧边设有自封口,所述吸水剂位于包覆袋内部,所述保健按摩层上设有若干凸囊,所述凸囊内设有若干振动器,所述振动器相互串联并与一电池板相连,所述薄膜层为PVC膜,所述薄膜层与魔术贴的毛面相连,所述表面防滑层与魔术贴的刺面相连,所述表面防滑层上设有若干凹点,所述凹点的个数是10-15个/cm2,所述凹点的深度为0.1-0.3mm,所述防滑垫的厚度为0.5-1.2cm。
优选的,所述底面防滑层底面上凸起的个数为10-15个/cm2,所述凸起的高度为0.2-0.5mm。
优选的,所述底面防滑层的厚度为0.07-0.1mm。

采用上技术方案的有益效果是:本发明中的一种汽车用脚部防滑垫,其通过多层复合结构使得防滑垫具有极强的吸水、吸尘、防滑效果,而且其内设有保健按摩层,可以在休息时进行振动按摩,安全健康。其中,其底面防滑层采用PVC发泡材料,其本身具有一定的防滑作用,在其底面设置防滑凸起可加强其防滑作用,吸水层以二氧化硅为主要吸水材料,其吸水能力比一般防滑垫材料均强多倍,二氧化硅由包覆袋包覆,可通过自封口自由取出,包覆袋为透气纱网材料,可方便水分的自由进入,保健按摩层由凸囊内的振动器发挥其振动按摩作用,当司机停车休息或乘客乘车时可将表面防滑层撕开,将脚放在上面进行按摩休息,振动器由太阳能电池板进行供电,环保节能,薄膜层为保健按摩层上层覆盖结构,使得防滑垫在正常使用时表面为平面结构,不影响其正常使用,表面防滑层与薄膜层之间通过魔术贴相连,使得表面防滑层可以随意更换,清洗时也只需清洗表面防滑层即可,非常方便,表面防滑层的材料可以为乳胶、橡胶或PVC材料,其均具体良好的防滑效果,在其表面开设若干凹点,凹点可以加强其防滑作用,同时,凹点内可以储存更多的尘土,具有更好的吸尘效果,防滑垫的各层结构之间通过热压胶热压固化后进行粘结,粘结层薄,粘结效果好。

一种汽车用脚部防滑垫,包括底面防滑层1、吸水层2、保健按摩层3、薄膜层4和表面防滑层5,所述底面防滑层1与吸水层2之间、吸水层2与保健按摩层3之间、保健按摩层3与薄膜层4之间均通过胶黏层相连,所述胶黏层为固化热压胶,所述薄膜层4与表面防滑层5之间通过魔术贴13相连,所述底面防滑层1为PVC发泡材料、橡胶材料、PU材料、AB胶材料或硅胶材料中的一种,所述底面防滑层1的厚度为0.07-0.1mm,所述底面防滑层1底面上设有若干凸起6,所述凸起6的个数为10-15个/cm2,所述凸起6的高度为0.2-0.5mm,所述吸水层2由包覆袋7和吸水剂8组成,所述吸水剂8为二氧化硅颗粒,所述包覆袋7为纱网材料,所述包覆袋7侧边设有自封口9,所述吸水剂8位于包覆袋7内部,所述保健按摩层3上设有若干凸囊10,所述凸囊10内设有若干振动器11,所述振动器11相互串联并与一电池板14相连,所述电池板14为太阳能电池板,所述薄膜层4为PVC膜,所述薄膜层4与魔术贴13的毛面相连,所述表面防滑层5与魔术贴13的刺面相连,所述表面防滑层5的材料为乳胶材料,所述表面防滑层5上设有若干凹点12,所述凹点12的个数是10-15个/cm2,所述凹点12的深度为0.1-0.3mm,所述防滑垫的厚度为0.5-1.2cm,所述防滑垫的形状可以为矩形、圆形、椭圆形和六边形中的一种。
实施例2:

Claims (9)
1.一种汽车用脚部防滑垫,其特征在于,包括底面防滑层、吸水层、保健按摩层、薄膜层和表面防滑层,所述底面防滑层与吸水层之间、吸水层与保健按摩层之间、保健按摩层与薄膜层之间均通过胶黏层相连,所述薄膜层与表面防滑层之间通过魔术贴相连,所述底面防滑层为PVC发泡材料,所述底面防滑层底面上设有若干凸起,所述吸水层由包覆袋和吸水剂组成,所述包覆袋为纱网材料,所述包覆袋侧边设有自封口,所述吸水剂位于包覆袋内部,所述保健按摩层上设有若干凸囊,所述凸囊内设有若干振动器,所述振动器相互串联并与一电池板相连,所述薄膜层为PVC膜,所述薄膜层与魔术贴的毛面相连,所述表面防滑层与魔术贴的刺面相连,所述表面防滑层上设有若干凹点,所述凹点的个数是10-15个/cm2,所述凹点的深度为0.1-0.3mm,所述防滑垫的厚度为0.5-1.2cm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车用脚部防滑垫,其特征在于:所述底面防滑层底面上凸起的个数为10-15个/cm2,所述凸起的高度为0.2-0.5mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车用脚部防滑垫,其特征在于:所述底面防滑层的厚度为0.07-0.1mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车用脚部防滑垫,其特征在于:所述吸水剂为二氧化硅颗粒。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车用脚部防滑垫,其特征在于:所述电池板为太阳能电池板。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车用脚部防滑垫,其特征在于:所述表面防滑层的材料可以为乳胶、橡胶、PVC材料中的一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车用脚部防滑垫,其特征在于:所述胶黏层为固化热压胶。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车用脚部防滑垫,其特征在于:所述底面防滑层也可以为橡胶材料、PU材料、AB胶材料或硅胶材料。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车用脚部防滑垫,其特征在于:所述防滑垫的形状可以为矩形、圆形、椭圆形和六边形中的一种。
