In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the second hydraulic device includes: a second hydraulic pump 61 and a second piston rod 62, wherein the second hydraulic pump 61 is fixed on the clamping side 7, the second piston rod 62 is fixedly connected with the second clamping member 5, and the second hydraulic pump 61 is a driving mechanism and can drive the second piston rod 62 to extend and contract, thereby indirectly driving the sliding of the second clamping member 5.
