The invention discloses a bearing and clamping device for assembling a generator set, which comprises a clamping piece and a supporting piece, wherein the clamping piece comprises an L-shaped mounting seat, a mounting disc, an oil cylinder, a pressing plate and a rotary reversing block; the horizontal flat bottom edge of the L-shaped mounting seat is provided with a preassembled bolt, the mounting disc is mounted on the vertical edge of the front end face of the L-shaped mounting seat through screws, and oil cylinders are uniformly distributed on the periphery of the mounting disc; the rear end of the oil cylinder is provided with a rotary reversing block, and the rotary reversing block is arranged on the back of the mounting disc through a screw; the end part of the oil cylinder is provided with a pressing plate through a screw and a positioning pin; the support piece comprises two main cross beams and two main longitudinal beams which are oppositely arranged on the bottom plate. The clamping device works to ensure that the generator is stably clamped and has high precision, and the clamping efficiency is greatly improved; when clamping generators of different models; through the cooperation use of clamping piece and support piece, the generating set fixed axle numerical control of being convenient for processes accurate positioning clamping device, and is convenient for remove the transportation.

The main cross beam is provided with a reinforcing rib and two forklift legs; and a flange plate is arranged on the main beam between the two fork truck legs.
The side supporting feet are used for installing and fixing the generator arranged on the clamping piece in the side direction; the side limiting plate and the bottom limiting plate limit the L-shaped mounting seat to be connected with the side at the bottom side.
Two both ends in the main beam outside all are equipped with the shrouding that is regular hexagon, have seted up the lug hole on the shrouding.
The invention has the following advantages: the clamping device works to ensure that the generator is stably clamped and has high precision, and the clamping efficiency is greatly improved; when generators of different models are clamped, the clamping device can be used for clamping generators of various models only by replacing the mounting disc of the clamping part; through the cooperation use of clamping piece and support piece, the generating set fixed axle numerical control of being convenient for processes accurate positioning clamping device, and is convenient for remove the transportation.

referring to fig. 1, the clamping member includes an L-shaped mounting base 16, a mounting disc 17, an oil cylinder 18, a pressure plate 19, a rotary reversing block 20, and a limit sensor 21;
the horizontal bottom edge of the L-shaped mounting seat 16 is provided with a preassembled bolt, a mounting disc 17 is mounted on the vertical edge of the front end face of the L-shaped mounting seat 16 through a screw, a large circular through hole for mounting a generator is formed in the mounting disc 17, a certain number (preferably six) of oil cylinders 18 are mounted on the periphery of the mounting disc 17 according to the clamping requirement of the generator, and the oil cylinders 18 are uniformly distributed on the circumferential side of the large circular through hole; the rear end of the oil cylinder 18 is provided with a rotary reversing block 20, the rotary reversing block 20 is arranged on the back surface of the mounting disc 17 through a screw, and the rotary reversing blocks 20 are mutually connected into a whole through a high-pressure oil pipe; the end part of the oil cylinder 18 is provided with a pressing plate 19 through a screw and a positioning pin; the limit sensor 21 is arranged on the mounting disc 17 through a limit sensor bracket, and the limit sensor 21 is positioned on one side of the oil cylinder 18 and used for detecting the position location of the generator;
referring to fig. 2-7, the support member comprises two main cross beams 1 and two main longitudinal beams 9 oppositely arranged on the bottom plate 5; three baffles 15 are arranged between the two main beams 1, wherein a bottom plate positioned between the two baffles at one end part is provided with a grid hole 10, and a bottom limiting plate 4 is arranged on the bottom plate positioned between the two baffles at the other end part; the main beam 1 is provided with a reinforcing rib 8 and two forklift legs 6, and the whole device can be transported by a forklift due to the design; the flange 7 is arranged on the main beam between the two fork truck legs 6, and the design can ensure that the adjacent supporting pieces are connected and assembled through a flange connecting piece;
a connecting plate 12 and a bottom supporting leg 14 are respectively arranged on the opposite sides of the two main beams 1, a side limiting plate 11 is arranged on the main beam on one side of the connecting plate 12, and a side supporting leg 13 is arranged on the bottom supporting leg 14; the connecting plate 12 and the bottom supporting leg 14 can be used for the horizontal bottom edge of an L-shaped mounting seat 16 of a clamping piece to be in bolt connection; the side supporting feet 13 can be used for installing and fixing the generator arranged on the clamping piece in the side direction; the side limiting plate 11 and the bottom limiting plate 4 can limit the bottom side and the side of the L-shaped mounting seat 16;

When clamping generators of different models, the clamping device can be used for clamping generators of various models only by replacing the mounting disc of the clamping part.
