The electromagnetic valve 160 is used for controlling the opening and closing of the main water inlet pipe 10. The pressure gauge 170 is provided to facilitate the operator to observe the pressure in the main water inlet pipe 10 well. In addition, the liquid storage barrel 50 and the pressure regulating gear pump 30 are both installed on the installation base 70, and the pressure regulating gear pump 30 is located at the bottom of the liquid storage barrel 50.
When the oil smoke purifier needs to be cleaned, the electromagnetic valve 160 is opened, and water in the water inlet main pipe 10 can be conveyed into the spray pipes 1 on two sides of the electric field 2 in the oil smoke purifier, so that the spray nozzles 11 on the spray pipes spray and clean the electric field 2. When the detergent is required to be added in the washing process, the pressure regulating gear pump 30 is opened, the detergent in the liquid storage barrel 50 is added into the water inlet main pipe 10 from the medicine taking pipe 40 through the detergent adding pipe 20, and the water mixed with the detergent is conveyed into each spray pipe 1 from the water outlet end 120 of the water inlet main pipe 10, so that the electric field 2 is cleaned more effectively. If the pressure in the main water inlet pipe 10 displayed on the pressure gauge 170 exceeds the set value, it is indicated that the detergent in the detergent adding pipe 20 is too much, at this time, the pumping pressure of the pressure-regulating gear pump 30 may be lowered, and at the same time, the one-way throttle valve 610 on the return pipe 60 is opened, so that a part of the detergent pumped by the pressure-regulating gear pump 30 is returned from the return pipe 60 into the liquid storage tub 50, thereby adjusting the pressure on the pressure gauge 170 to the set value, that is, the detergent is continuously added into the main water inlet pipe 10 according to the set proportion.
Only limited examples are given above. The electric field 2 may be formed by arranging and combining a plurality of unit electric fields 21 in a matrix in the height direction and the length direction, and the number of the unit electric fields 21 is at least one, and when the electric field 2 is formed by one unit electric field 21, the number of layers of the unit electric field 21 is one. The number of the spraying pipes 1 on each side of the electric field 2 is consistent with the number of layers of the unit electric field 21 in the height direction, each spraying pipe 1 on each side of the electric field 2 corresponds to one layer of the unit electric field 21, and each spraying pipe 1 carries out spraying cleaning on the corresponding layer of the unit electric field. The number of shower pipes 1 may be set according to the specific arrangement of the electric field 2. Of course, more than one spray pipe 1 can be arranged on two sides of each layer of unit electric field 21, but as the spray nozzles 11 on each spray pipe 1 can swing up and down in a reciprocating manner, the detergent sprayed by the spray nozzles 11 on one spray pipe 1 can completely radiate to the corresponding layer of unit electric field 21 in the height direction, and therefore, it is most economical and reasonable to respectively arrange one spray pipe 1 on two sides of each layer of unit electric field 21.

The spray pipes 1 are arranged on two sides of each layer of unit electric field 21, and the spray nozzles 11 on each spray pipe 1 can vertically reciprocate to spray and clean the electric field, so that the polar plates in each unit electric field 21 in the electric field 2 are cleaned, namely the whole electric field 2 is cleaned, the cleaning cleanliness is greatly improved, the cleaning effect is greatly enhanced, and the reliable guarantee is provided for efficiently purifying the oil smoke gas of the oil smoke purifier. 2. The pressure regulating gear pump 30 pumps the detergent into the main water inlet pipe 10, which greatly improves the convenience of adding the detergent and the uniformity of mixing the detergent with water, thereby further effectively improving the cleaning effect of the oil fume purifier. 3. By providing the return pipe 60, once the amount of detergent in the detergent adding pipe 20 is excessive, the one-way throttle valve 610 on the return pipe 60 can be opened to allow a part of the detergent to flow back into the liquid storage tub 50 from the return pipe 60, thereby effectively ensuring that the detergent can be mixed into the main water inlet pipe 10 in a set ratio.
