The household blender bar 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 6.
The household blender bar 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention may include a main body 110, a blending part 120, and a driving part 130.
The main body 110 may be a hand-held portion when a user operates, the stirring portion 120 extends into the liquid to stir the liquid, and the driving portion 130 may be disposed inside the main body 110 to drive the stirring portion 120.
The main body 110 is provided with a first coupler 111, the main body 110 is provided with a stirring installation part 112, the stirring part 120 is provided with a second coupler 121 which is magnetically matched with the first coupler 111, and the stirring part 120 is separable relative to the stirring installation part 112.
That is, the stirring section 120 may be attached to the stirring attachment section 112, or may be detached from the stirring attachment section 112. When the stirring part 120 is mounted on the stirring mounting part 112, the driving part 130 may drive the stirring part 120 to rotate to stir the liquid in the container; when the stirring part 120 is detached from the stirring installation part 112, the user can conveniently clean the stirring part 120.
The driving part 130 is used for driving the first coupler 111 to rotate, so that the first coupler 111 drives the second coupler 121 to drive the stirring part 120 to rotate through the magnetic action. The first coupler 111 and the second coupler 121 are magnetically coupled, and when the first coupler 111 rotates, the second coupler 121 also rotates along with the rotation of the first coupler 111, for example, the first coupler 111 and the second coupler 121 can rotate in the same direction and at the same speed, i.e., move synchronously.
In other words, the driving part 130 may not be in direct contact with the stirring part 120, the driving part 130 may drive the first coupler 111 to rotate, the first coupler 111 and the second coupler 121 are magnetically matched, and then the first coupler 111 drives the second coupler 121 to rotate, the second coupler 121 is disposed on the stirring part 120, and the stirring part 120 may rotate together with the second coupler 121, thereby completing the driving action of the driving part 130 on the stirring part 120.
The driving unit 130 drives the stirring unit 120 to rotate by the magnetic coupling of the first coupler 111 and the second coupler 121, thereby completing the stirring of the solution.
According to the household stirring rod 100 provided by the embodiment of the invention, the driving part drives the stirring part to rotate through the magnetic cooperation of the first coupler and the second coupler; in addition, stirring portion 120 and stirring installation department 112 detachable are connected, and stirring portion 120 can conveniently be dismantled from stirring installation department 112, and convenience of customers washs.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the first coupler 111 and the second coupler 121 magnetically cooperate to generate a magnetic attraction force. That is, the first coupler 111 and the second coupler 121 attract each other, and thus the stirring part 120 provided with the second coupler 121 may be mounted on the stirring mounting part 112.
In some embodiments of the present invention, each of the first coupler 111 and the second coupler 121 is a permanent magnet, a magnetically conductive metal, or an electromagnetic piece that generates a magnetic field when energized, and the first coupler 111 and the second coupler 121 satisfy: at least one of the couplers is a permanent magnet or an electromagnetic element.
The permanent magnet and the electromagnetic piece can generate a magnetic field, and the magnetic conductive metal cannot generate the magnetic field spontaneously. At least one of the first coupler 111 and the second coupler 121 is a permanent magnet or an electromagnetic member, and the other of the first coupler 111 and the second coupler 121 is a magnetically conductive metal, a permanent magnet, or an electromagnetic member.
Specifically, when the first coupler 111 is a permanent magnet or an electromagnetic element capable of generating a magnetic field, the second coupler 121, whether it is a permanent magnet or an electromagnetic element capable of generating a magnetic field or a magnetic conductive metal incapable of generating a magnetic field, does not affect the magnetic matching between the first coupler 111 and the second coupler 121; similarly, when the second coupler 121 is a permanent magnet or an electromagnetic element capable of generating a magnetic field, the magnetic cooperation between the first coupler 111 and the second coupler 121 is not affected by the first coupler 111, whether the first coupler 111 is a permanent magnet or an electromagnetic element capable of generating a magnetic field or a magnetic conductive metal incapable of generating a magnetic field.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the main body 110 includes a main body segment 113, one end of the main body segment 113 is provided with an agitation mounting portion 112, a radial dimension of the agitation mounting portion 112 is smaller than a radial dimension of the main body segment 113, and a transition step surface 101 is formed between the agitation mounting portion 112 and the main body segment 113.
The stirring part 120 is sleeved on the stirring installation part 112, and the outer circumference of the stirring installation part 112 can be substantially the same as the outer circumference of the main body section 113, so that the overall diameter of the household stirring rod 100 is ensured to be consistent, and the overall appearance of the household stirring rod 100 is more attractive.
Of course, it should be understood that the outer circumference of the stirring part 120 is consistent with the outer circumference of the main body, which is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not a limitation to the household stirring rod 100 of the present invention, and the outer circumference of the stirring part 120 may be larger or smaller than the outer circumference of the main body 113.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 to 6, a friction force reducing portion 140 is provided between the main body 110 and the stirring portion 120. The friction force reducing part 140 may significantly reduce the friction force between the main body 110 and the stirring part 120 when the stirring part 120 rotates, increase the rotation speed of the stirring part 120, and reduce the energy consumption of the household stirring rod 100.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 to 6, the stirring part 120 includes a cylindrical first body part 122, a protruding part is provided on an inner surface of a bottom wall of the first body part 122, and the protruding part stops against the stirring mounting part 112; or a raised part is arranged on the end surface of the peripheral wall of the first body part 122 and stops against the transition step surface 101. Wherein the protrusions constitute friction force reducing portions 140.
When the friction force reducing portion 140 is a protrusion, the bottom surface of the stirring mounting portion 112 may be spaced apart from the inner surface of the bottom wall of the first body portion 122, and the transition step surface 101 of the stirring mounting portion 112 may be spaced apart from the end surface of the outer peripheral wall of the first body portion 122, so that the surface-to-surface contact becomes point-to-surface contact, and the friction force therebetween is reduced.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, 4 and 5, the stirring installation portion 112 includes a cylindrical second body portion 112a, and a protrusion is provided on an outer surface of a bottom wall of the second body portion 112a and stops against the stirring portion 120, or a protrusion is provided on the transition step surface 101 and stops against the stirring portion 120. Wherein the protrusions constitute friction force reducing portions 140.
When the friction force reducing portion 140 is a protrusion, the outer surface of the bottom wall of the second body portion 112a may be spaced apart from the inner surface of the bottom wall of the first body portion 122, and the transition step surface 101 of the agitation mounting portion 112 may be spaced apart from the end surface of the outer peripheral wall of the agitation portion 120, so that the surface-to-surface contact becomes point-to-surface contact, and the friction force therebetween is reduced.
Of course, it is understood that the friction force reducing portion 140 is a protrusion, which is only one embodiment of the present invention, and is not a specific limitation to the household mixing rod 100 of the present invention, and the friction force reducing portion 140 may have other structures as long as the friction force between the mixing portion 120 and the mixing and mounting portion 112 is reduced. For example, a lubricating grease may be applied between the stirring portion 120 and the stirring mounting portion 112 to reduce the frictional force between the stirring portion 120 and the stirring mounting portion 112.
When the friction force reducing part 140 is provided between the stirring part 120 and the stirring installation part 112, the friction force reducing part 140 is preferably one, and the friction force reducing part 140 is preferably provided at the center of the inner surface of the bottom wall of the stirring part 120 or the center of the outer surface of the bottom wall of the stirring installation part 112; of course, the friction reducing portion 140 may be provided in plural, but it is preferable that the friction reducing portion is uniformly and symmetrically distributed.
When the friction force reducing parts 140 are provided between the transitional step surface 101 of the agitation mounting part 112 and the end surface of the outer circumferential wall of the agitation part 120, the friction force reducing parts 140 are at least two, and the two friction force reducing parts 140 should preferably be symmetrical about the axis of the main body 110; of course, the friction force reducing part 140 may be provided in plural, but it is preferable that the friction force reducing parts 140 are uniformly spaced.
Alternatively, the protrusion may be a circular arc protrusion or a pointed protrusion, and the shape of the protrusion is not particularly limited in the present invention.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 to 6, the stirring portion 120 includes a cylindrical first body portion 122, the stirring mounting portion 112 includes a cylindrical second body portion 112a, a bottom wall of the first body portion 122 and a bottom wall of the second body portion 112a are opposed to each other, and an outer peripheral wall of the first body portion 122 surrounds the outer peripheral wall of the second body portion 112a, wherein an end surface of the outer peripheral wall of the first body portion 122 is opposed to the transition step surface 101.
In other words, the cylindrical stirring portion 120 is sleeved on the cylindrical stirring installation portion 112, the axes of the stirring portion 120 and the stirring installation portion 112 can be consistent, and the stirring portion 120 rotates around the stirring installation portion 112.
Further, the first coupler 111 is housed in a cylindrical agitation mounting portion 112. Thus, the first coupler 111 can be closer to the second coupler 121, and the magnetic attraction therebetween is stronger.
Further, the second coupler 121 is built inside the bottom wall of the cylindrical stirring portion 120. Thereby, the first coupler 111 can be further close to the second coupler 121, and the magnetic attraction force therebetween is further enhanced.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the first coupler 111 is directly opposite to the second coupler 121 in the axial direction of the main body 110, and the first coupler 111 is adjacent to the inner surface of the bottom wall of the cylindrical agitation mounting portion 112, and the second coupler 121 is adjacent to the inner surface of the bottom wall of the cylindrical agitation portion 120.
As a result, the first coupler 111 and the second coupler 121 are further brought closer to each other, the magnetic attraction force therebetween is further increased, and the stable operation of the stirring section 120 is ensured.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the distance between the first coupler 111 and the second coupler 121 in the axial direction of the main body 110 is H, and H satisfies the relationship: h is more than or equal to 1mm and less than or equal to 15 mm. Theoretically, the closer the distance between the first coupler 111 and the second coupler 121 is, the stronger the magnetic attraction force therebetween is, in other cases consistent with each other.
The inventors found that H satisfies the relation: when H is not less than 1mm and not more than 15mm, the magnetic attraction between the first coupler 111 and the second coupler 121 can satisfy the requirement that the stirring part 120 is installed on the stirring installation part 110, and the second coupler 121 can rotate under the action of the magnetic attraction.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the second coupler 121 is built inside the outer peripheral wall of the cylindrical stirring portion 120. That is, the second coupler 121 is disposed at the outer periphery of the first coupler 111, and the second coupler 121 is circumferentially opposed to the first coupler 111.
Further, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the second coupler 121 at least partially coincides with the first coupler 111 in the axial direction of the main body 110. That is, the first coupler 111 and the second coupler 121 may be entirely opposed to each other, and the first coupler 111 and the second coupler 121 may be partially opposed to each other. Thereby, the magnetic fit between the first coupler 111 and the second coupler 121 is ensured.
The first coupler 111 may be completely enveloped in the agitating mounting portion 112, and the second coupler 121 may be completely enveloped in the agitating portion 120. Therefore, the first coupler 111 and the second coupler 121 are completely isolated from the outside, and liquid is prevented from entering the stirring part 120 or/and the stirring installation part 112 in the stirring process, so that the operation of the household stirring rod 100 is prevented from being influenced, and even danger is caused to a user.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 6, the driving part 130 is a motor and is built in the host 110. The driving unit 130 may be directly connected to the commercial power, or a battery connected to the driving unit 130 may be provided in the host 110.
Of course, it is understood that the driving part 130 may be connected to the battery and the commercial power at the same time. One of the driving parts 130 can be selected as a power supply, so that the endurance and the application range of the household stirring rod 100 are improved.
When the driving portion 130 is directly connected to the commercial power, the commercial power is a power source of the driving portion 130, and the commercial power can charge the battery at the same time. When the environment of use is not suitable for connecting with the mains, the battery can be directly used as the power source of the household stirring rod 100.
Alternatively, the battery may be a rechargeable battery or a dry battery.
In some embodiments of the present invention, host 110 has a housing 114, and housing 114 has a multi-layer structure. The housing 114 of the host 110 may partially or entirely enclose the internal structure.
Further, the housing 114 has a double-layer structure, and the outer layer is a material layer made of a non-magnetic material, which includes stainless steel, copper, or aluminum.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the household stirring rod 100 may further include a control module 150, and the control module 150 may be electrically connected to the motor for controlling the start/stop, the rotation direction or the rotation speed of the motor. The control module 150 may be provided inside the host 110.
Preferably, the household stirring rod 100 may further be provided with a control panel and a display panel, and the control panel and the display panel are respectively electrically connected with the control module 150. The user can set various modes of the household stirring rod 100, such as stirring speed, direction and the like, on the control panel, and the display panel is used for displaying parameters such as the current mode of the household stirring rod 100 and time.
The control panel and the display panel may be disposed on the peripheral wall of the host 110, and preferably, the control panel and the display panel may be embedded in the peripheral wall of the host 110, so that the overall appearance of the household mixing rod 100 is more beautiful. Optionally, the control panel is a touch panel.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the outer circumferential wall of the stirring part 120 is provided with a plurality of stirring fins 123 distributed at intervals. Thus, the household mixing bar 100 can be mixed more uniformly and quickly.
In summary, according to the household stirring rod 100 of the embodiment of the present invention, the first coupler 111 and the second coupler 121 are provided, so that the magnetic attraction force exists between the first coupler 111 and the second coupler 121, and the driving part 130 drives the stirring part 120 to rotate rapidly through the first coupler 111 and the second coupler 121, so that the solute is dissolved into the solution rapidly, and the problems of the prior art that the labor is wasted, the stirring time is long, and the efficiency is low are solved.
