Abstract

本发明公开了一种手机喇叭,包括外盖(1)、振膜(2)、磁钢(3)、音圈(4)、振动线圈(5)、散热片(6),所述磁钢(3)上方两端设置有支架(7),所述支架(7)上安装所述振动线圈(5),所述振动线圈(5)内电流方向与所述音圈(4)内电流方向相反,所述外盖(1)底部设置有所述散热片(6)。本发明采用设置一通反向电流的振动线圈,产生与音圈磁场方向的反向磁场,达到消磁的目的,有效地提高了使用助听器时手机喇叭的兼容性,同时由于将传统的塑胶垫片改为散热片的设置,提高了喇叭的散热能力。

本发明涉及一种手机装置,特别是涉及一种手机喇叭装置。
背景技术
随着手机的普及,人们对手机的性能要求越来越高,手机喇叭作为手机通话装置中最重要的一环,常见的手机喇叭却还存在着如下一些缺点:1、传统的喇叭和耳机都是一块磁铁和一束带线圈的振膜结构,当线圈通电时,产生磁场变化,磁场与磁铁共同作用,使线圈带动振膜发出人们需要的声音,但是线圈的磁场却会影响到助听器等其他设备,因此佩戴助听器的用户在使用手机时,会出现兼容性差的问题,不能听到清楚的声音;2、传统的手机喇叭内,都在喇叭本体下方设有塑胶垫片,虽然塑胶垫片在一定程度上起到了防水、防尘的作用,但因其厚度较厚,使得手机喇叭厚度较厚,与现在超薄型手机的发展趋势不符,而且手机在播放声音后,会产生较多热量,塑胶垫片不利于热量的散失,影响喇叭的使用寿命。
因此本领域技术人员致力于开发一种能够消磁、散热的手机喇叭。
发明内容
有鉴于现有技术的上述缺陷,本发明所要解决的技术问题提供一种能够消磁、散热的手机喇叭。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种手机喇叭,包括外盖、振膜、磁钢、音圈、振动线圈、散热片,所述磁钢上方两端设置有支架,所述支架上安装所述振动线圈,所述振动线圈内电流方向与所述音圈内电流方向相反;所述外盖底部设置有所述散热片。
所述外盖为倒立的凸字型结构,所述磁钢安装在所述外盖底部内侧。所述外盖竖向中部两横边中部有凹槽,凹槽内设置有所述音圈。所述振膜两端分别连接与所述音圈上端连接。所述外盖底部外侧两端设置有卡槽,卡槽内嵌入所述散热片。所述外盖顶部设置有通音孔
所述散热片采用锯齿形铜片制成。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用设置一通反向电流的振动线圈,产生与音圈磁场方向的反向磁场,达到消磁的目的,有效地提高了使用助听器时手机喇叭的兼容性,同时由于将传统的塑胶垫片改为散热片的设置,提高了喇叭的散热能力。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
如图1所示,一种手机喇叭,包括外盖1、振膜2、磁钢3、音圈4、振动线圈5、散热片6,磁钢3上方两端设置有支架7,支架7上安装振动线圈5,振动线圈5内电流方向与音圈4内电流方向相反;外盖1底部设置有散热片6。
外盖1为倒立的凸字型结构,磁钢3安装在外盖1底部内侧;外盖1竖向中部两横边中部有凹槽,凹槽内设置有音圈4;振膜3两端分别连接与音圈4上端连接;外盖1底部外侧两端设置有卡槽,卡槽内嵌入散热片6;外盖1顶部设置有通音孔8
散热片6采用锯齿形铜片制成。
本发明工作时,音圈4通电后,音圈4产生的磁场变化与磁钢3共同作用,使音圈4带动振膜2振动发出声音,同时,喇叭内的振动线圈5通有与音圈4中方向相反的电流,从而达到消磁的目的。在喇叭底部,将传统的塑胶垫片改为锯齿状散热铜片6,采用锯齿状的结构,提高了散热片6的表面积,散热效果更加良好。

1.一种手机喇叭,包括外盖(1)、振膜(2)、磁钢(3)、音圈(4)、振动线圈(5)、散热片(6),其特征是:所述磁钢(3)上方两端设置有支架(7),所述支架(7)上安装所述振动线圈(5),所述振动线圈(5)内电流方向与所述音圈(4)内电流方向相反;所述外盖(1)底部设置有所述散热片(6)。
2.如权利要求1所述的手机喇叭,其特征是:所述外盖(1)为倒立的凸字型结构,所述磁钢(3)安装在所述外盖(1)底部内侧;所述外盖(1)竖向中部两横边中部有凹槽,凹槽内设置有所述音圈(4);所述振膜(3)两端分别连接与所述音圈(4)上端连接;所述外盖(1)底部外侧两端设置有卡槽,卡槽内嵌入所述散热片(6);所述外盖(1)顶部设置有通音孔(8 )。
