Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Like reference numerals in the drawings refer to like features. The present invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein. These embodiments are provided so that those skilled in the art can sufficiently and completely understand the concept of the present invention.
As used herein, the terms "upper," "lower," "left," "right," "front," "rear," and the like, as indicating orientations, are intended to refer to the conditions as shown in the figures, which are for convenience in describing the invention only and are not intended to be limiting.
Fig. 1 shows an exploded perspective view of a flat panel sound according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the flat sound is generally designated by reference numeral 100. The flat sound 100 includes: a rear case 12; a vibration plate 13 mounted to the rear case 12 and forming a cavity between the vibration plate 13 and the rear case 12; and a driver 14, the driver 14 being disposed in a cavity between the vibration plate 13 and the rear case 12 and configured to drive the vibration plate 13. The driver 14 is connected to the vibration plate 13 to drive the vibration plate 13 to vibrate. The driver 14 is connected to the rear case 12 through an elastic washer 15.
By providing the elastic washer 15 between the driver 14 and the rear case 12, it is possible to reduce the influence of the vibration of the driver on the members of the flat sound when the driver operates, and it is advantageous to eliminate the resonance between the members of the flat sound, thereby improving the sound quality of the flat sound.
In practice, the material of the resilient gasket 15 may be selected to be able to provide suitable resilience and support. For example, the elastic washer 15 may be a silicone washer, an EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer) washer, or the like.
According to a further exemplary embodiment, the flat sound 100 further includes a sound absorbing material 16 disposed between the vibration plate 13 and the rear case 12. By way of non-limiting example, sound absorbing material 16 may include sound absorbing panels, sound absorbing cotton, and the like. In order to reduce the overall weight of the flat sound box 100, in the present invention, the sound-absorbing material 16 preferably includes a layer of sound-absorbing cotton.
When the vibration plate 13 vibrates, it generates sound waves propagating forward and backward at the same time, but the phases of the sound waves are opposite. Therefore, when the sound wave emitted backward from the vibration plate is reflected by the rear case 12 and propagates toward the front of the vibration plate 13, it at least partially cancels the sound wave emitted forward from the vibration plate, thereby adversely affecting the sound quality of the flat sound.
On the other hand, by providing the sound absorbing material 16 on the back side of the diaphragm 13 (i.e., between the diaphragm 15 and the rear case 12), the sound wave generated rearward of the diaphragm 13 can be at least partially absorbed or canceled, which is advantageous for improving the sound quality of the flat sound.
In a further embodiment, in the case where the sound-absorbing material 16 is provided, an opening 151 (shown in fig. 1) may be provided at a portion of the sound-absorbing material 16 corresponding to the driver 13 so that the driver 13 can be connected to the vibration plate 13 and the rear case 12 through the opening 151.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the flat sound may further include a frame 11, and an edge portion of the vibration plate 13 may be clamped and fixed to the rear case 12 by the frame 11. In a specific implementation, the frame 11 and the rear case 12 may be respectively provided with coupling portions that are engaged with each other, so that the frame 11 and the rear case 12 can be coupled to each other and fix the edge portion of the vibration plate 13. The form or structure of the joint of the frame 11 and the rear case 12 may employ a conventional snap-fit structure, or a plug-in fit structure, etc., and is not particularly limited herein.
In an alternative embodiment, the edge portion of the vibration plate 13 may be fixed to the rear case 12 by an adhesive manner, instead of pressing the edge portion of the vibration plate 13 onto the rear case by the frame 11 and sandwiching it between the frame and the rear case. Therefore, in this embodiment, the frame 11 may not be provided.
In another embodiment, even though the vibration plate 13 is adhered to the rear case 12, the frame 11 may be provided to provide other functions. For example, the frame 11 may be used to connect or fix other accessories (not shown in the drawings) to the vibration plate 13. For example, the frame 11 may be a picture frame and the accessory may thus be a photograph or picture. For another example, the frame may be a mirror frame and the accessory may thus be a mirror. As another example, the frame may be a purely decorative frame. In another example, the accessory may include various decorations fixed or connected to the vibration plate through a frame. In yet another example, the attachment may be directly adhered to the vibration plate without using a frame.
By introducing various accessories into the flat sound box, the appearance of the flat sound box can be changed according to the needs of a user, and the requirements of the user on the personalized customization of the flat sound box can be met.
Fig. 2 and 3 show front and rear views, respectively, of an exemplary flat sound, and fig. 4 schematically shows a cross-sectional view taken along line a-a in fig. 2. To further improve the sound quality of flat panel sound, according to a further exemplary embodiment, at least one elongated opening 122 may be provided on the rear shell, as shown in fig. 3. By providing the openings in the rear case, the backward sound waves generated by the vibration plate 13 during operation can be partially transmitted backward from the interior of the flat sound via these openings 122, so that the backward sound waves reflected by the rear case 12 and transmitted forward are further reduced, which is advantageous for further improving the sound quality of the flat sound.
In a preferred embodiment, to balance the sound effects, a plurality of openings 122 may be provided, one on each side of the actuator 14. Four linearly extending elongated openings 122 are shown in fig. 3, two on the left side of the actuator and two on the right side of the actuator (see fig. 1 for the position of actuator 13 in fig. 3). In other embodiments not shown, the opening 122 is not limited to the form shown in FIG. 3. For example, two circular arc-shaped openings may be provided in the rear housing, one on each side of the actuator. For another example, four circular-arc-shaped openings may be provided on the rear case, and the four circular-arc-shaped openings are uniformly arranged along the circumference of the same circle centered on the center of the driver.
To further improve the sound quality of flat sound, in a further exemplary embodiment, a plurality of elongated grooves may be provided on the outer surface of the rear case, and the plurality of openings 122 are respectively provided in the corresponding grooves. A protrusion is formed on the inner surface of the rear case by providing a groove on the outer surface of the rear case (as shown in fig. 5). The protrusions make the inner surface of the rear case uneven to form irregular reflection of the sound wave propagating backward from the vibration plate on the inner surface of the rear case, so that part of the sound wave can be reflected multiple times by different parts of the rear case and the sound wave energy is attenuated as the reflection progresses, thereby contributing to improving the sound quality of the sound emitted in the forward direction of the flat sound.
In a further exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the opening 122 is provided on a side wall of the recess, and more closely, the opening 122 may be provided on a side wall of the recess remote from the driver 13. By providing such a configuration, at least a part of the backward propagating sound wave emitted by the vibration plate 13 will, after undergoing a complicated multiple reflection process, be transmitted out of the rear of the flat sound 100 via the opening 122 provided on the side wall of the recess remote from the driver 13. In the process, the sound wave energy is attenuated continuously, which is beneficial to further eliminating the noise of the flat panel sound and eliminating the influence of the sound wave in the reverse direction on the sound quality of the sound.
According to another exemplary embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the outside of the rear case 12 is provided with a foot bracket 19 which is connected to the rear case 12 and can pivot with respect to the rear case 12. As shown, the foot bracket 19 may be pivotally connected to the rear housing 12 at a substantially intermediate position by a pivot 20, and the foot bracket 19 may be configured to have a non-supporting state (see fig. 4) in which it conforms to a surface of the housing, a first supporting state at a first angle to the surface of the housing, and a second supporting state at a second angle to the surface of the housing. For example, the first angle is 20 to 40 degrees and the second angle is about 90 degrees. As can be appreciated from fig. 4, when the foot stand is in the first support state (e.g., an angle of about 30 degrees between the foot stand 19 and the rear case 12), it can support the flat sound 100 in the longitudinal direction; and when the foot stand is in the second support state (e.g., an angle of about 90 degrees between the foot stand 19 and the rear case 12), the flat sound 100 may be turned by 90 degrees as a whole, so that the foot stand 19 may support the flat sound 100 in the lateral direction.
In practice, as shown in fig. 1, according to an exemplary embodiment, end plugs 21 may be provided at both ends of the pivot 20 between the foot bracket 19 and the rear case 12 to hold the pivot 20 in place to prevent the pivot 20 from coming out; in addition, according to another exemplary embodiment, a foot pad 22 may be further provided at the distal end of the foot bracket 19.
According to an exemplary embodiment, the flat panel sound 100 further includes a driver circuit, which may be disposed on the circuit board 17, as shown in fig. 1, and a built-in power supply 18. An internal power supply 18 is connected to the drive circuit. In an alternative embodiment, the flat panel sound equipment can be operated by an external power supply instead of a built-in power supply. In addition, a switch 24 connected to the circuit board 17 may be further provided at a side of the flat sound 100 (for example, at an edge portion of the rear case 12 of the housing) for controlling the opening and closing of the flat sound 100. One skilled in the art will appreciate that one or more switches may be located elsewhere on the tablet computer. For example, in a suitable position on the rear housing. Further, it is also possible to provide a second opening 152 at a position of the sound insulating material 16 corresponding to the built-in power supply 18, so that the built-in power supply 18 can be disposed in this second opening 152, thereby contributing to space saving and to thinning of the flat sound 100.
Further, in order to facilitate the operation of the flat panel sound, a bluetooth module (not shown) may be further disposed on the circuit board or the driving circuit may include a bluetooth module. With the bluetooth module provided in the tablet sound 100, the tablet sound can be conveniently manipulated at any position within a certain distance (e.g., within 20 meters or 30 meters) by communicating with the bluetooth module of the tablet sound 100 through the bluetooth module of the mobile electronic device (e.g., a smartphone, a tablet computer, etc.), and the tablet sound 100 can thus be wireless and can be disposed at any desired position, for example, a hook or other support provided on a wall through a hanging opening 121 (see fig. 3) provided on the rear case 12. The internal power source 18 is preferably a rechargeable lithium battery to provide sufficient cruising power to the flat-panel sound 100 after a single charge.
In an exemplary embodiment, the drive circuit may be further configured to cause the flat-panel sound to play a power-on music or alert tone when the flat-panel sound is powered on. By setting the starting music or the prompt tone, the user can be clearly prompted that the flat sound box is in the starting state at present and can be used at any time. In addition, the user can feel physical and mental pleasure by setting the starting music.
Fig. 6 schematically shows a cross-sectional view of a driver used in the flat sound of the present invention. According to an exemplary embodiment, the driver 14 may include a bracket 141, a magnet 142 mounted to the bracket, a voice coil 144 connected to the bracket 141 by a resilient suspension 143, and some wires 145, etc. The basic components of these drives are known in the art and will not be described in detail here.
In a further embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the driver 14 further includes a cover plate 146 disposed at a front end of the voice coil 144, the cover plate 146 being connected to the vibration plate 13. For example, the cover plate 146 has a substantially circular disk shape and a diameter of about 1.2 to 2 times the diameter of the voice coil to sufficiently contact the vibration plate 13 and to more balance the driving of the vibration plate 13.
According to a further exemplary embodiment, in order to maintain good vibration characteristics of the vibration plate 13, the cover plate 146 may be configured such that a surface of the cover plate 146 connected to the vibration plate 13, which is connected to the vibration plate 13 through the outer peripheral portion 1461, includes an outer peripheral portion 1461 and a concave central portion 1462, as shown in fig. 6.
Further, referring to fig. 4, the cavity between the vibration plate 13 and the rear case 12 includes a first compartment 123 and a second compartment 124, and the driver 14 is located in the first compartment 123. In a further embodiment, the flat-panel sound 100 further comprises a second accessory (not shown) mounted in the second compartment 124. In order to enable the second accessory to be conveniently mounted in the second compartment 124, the rear case 12 has an openable cover 23 (see fig. 1) at a portion corresponding to the second compartment.
The vibration plate 13 according to the present invention may be made of various known materials, for example, a trumpet paper, a plastic plate, a fiberboard, etc. When the vibration plate 13 is made of a transparent or at least translucent material, the second attachment on the back side of the vibration plate 13 can be observed through the vibration plate 13. According to an exemplary embodiment, the second accessory may be, for example, an electronic clock, and thus the flat sound according to the present invention may also double as a clock. In addition, the second accessory can also be an LED lamp with various shapes, so that the light effect can be provided for the flat sound box.
