Abstract

The invention discloses a method and a device for automatically switching communication lines and a wind generating set. A method for automatically switching communication lines is applicable to a first device of a wind generating set, and comprises the following steps: the first device simultaneously transmits a first status word to the second device via the master communication line and the slave communication line; the first device receives a second status word which is simultaneously returned by the second device through the main communication line and the slave communication line; the first device judges whether the first status word and the second status word transmitted through the master communication line and the slave communication line are consistent, and automatically switches the communication lines according to the judgment result. The invention solves the problem of automatic switching use of the master-slave communication circuit in the communication system of the wind generating set.

Technical Field

Background
With the increasing development of energy crisis and environmental crisis, wind power generation technology has been rapidly developed as a clean energy technology. The main controller of the wind generating set is usually in communication connection with the four systems of the wind generating set through a PROFIBUS communication protocol or a CAN bus protocol.
In the communication process of the main controller and the four systems, if a communication line is strongly interfered or interrupted, the unit is shut down to ensure the safety of the unit. Because communication troubleshooting and line restoration take longer time, a slave communication line is usually installed in a communication system in the wind turbine generator system for maintaining and replacing the original line. However, in the prior art, the slave communication line of the communication system of the wind generating set does not access the communication system simultaneously with the master communication line, and further, the problem of automatic switching between the master communication line and the slave communication line in the communication system of the wind generating set is solved.
