Abstract

本发明公开了一种柔韧性好的混合纤维,是由线芯、外覆纤维、催化剂和改性剂混制而成,所述线芯和所述外覆纤维分别通过加热并加入催化剂催化后加入改性剂进行改性,冷却后将所述外覆纤维以螺旋状包覆于所述线芯外层,获得成品纤维。通过上述方式,本发明能够提高纤维的柔韧性及拉伸度,抗老化性能优异。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织纤维领域,特别是涉及一种柔韧性好的混合纤维。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的日渐提高,对日常使用穿着的纤维面料的要求也越来越高,现在人们生活中常用的纤维面料,在长期使用后面料容易老化,柔韧性变差,变得易断裂,需要研制一种柔韧性好,抗老化性能佳的纤维面料来解决问题。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是,提供一种柔韧性好的混合纤维,能够提高纤维的柔韧性及拉伸度,抗老化性能优异。
本发明的技术方案是:一种柔韧性好的混合纤维,是由线芯、外覆纤维、催化剂和改性剂混制而成,所述线芯和所述外覆纤维分别通过加热并加入催化剂催化后加入改性剂进行改性,冷却后将所述外覆纤维以螺旋状包覆于所述线芯外层,获得成品纤维。
在本发明的一个较佳实施例中,所述线芯为涤纶纤维。
在本发明的一个较佳实施例中,所述外覆纤维为氨纶纤维。
在本发明的一个较佳实施例中,所述改性剂为石墨烯粉末。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明能够提高纤维的柔韧性及拉伸度,抗老化性能优异。

下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
本发明实施例包括:
一种柔韧性好的混合纤维,是由线芯、外覆纤维、催化剂和改性剂混制而成,所述线芯和所述外覆纤维分别加热60℃,加入催化剂氧化铈纳米粉体材料进行活性催化后加入改性剂石墨烯进行改性,冷却后将所述外覆纤维以螺旋状包覆于所述线芯外层,获得成品纤维。
进一步说明,所述线芯为涤纶纤维,以涤纶纤维作为线芯,具有极优良的定形性能,可以防止纤维走样。
再进一步说明,所述外覆纤维为氨纶纤维,氨纶弹性优异,强度比乳胶丝高2~3倍,线密度也更细,并且更耐化学降解。氨纶的耐酸碱性、耐汗、耐海水性、耐干洗性、耐磨性均较好。所以,使用氨纶纤维作为外覆纤维能够有效提高纤维的使用寿命。
更进一步说明,所述改性剂为石墨烯,石墨烯的强度和柔韧性极高,通过加入石墨烯可以大幅提高纤维的柔韧性。
本发明能够提高纤维的柔韧性及拉伸度,抗老化性能优异。

1.一种柔韧性好的混合纤维,其特征在于,是由线芯、外覆纤维、催化剂和改性剂混制而成,所述线芯和所述外覆纤维分别通过加热并加入催化剂催化后加入改性剂进行改性,冷却后将所述外覆纤维以螺旋状包覆于 所述线芯外层,获得成品纤维。
2.根据权利要求1所述的柔韧性好的混合纤维,其特征在于,所述线芯为涤纶纤维。
3.根据权利要求1所述的柔韧性好的混合纤维,其特征在于,所述外覆纤维为氨纶纤维。
4.根据权利要求1所述的柔韧性好的混合纤维,其特征在于,所述改性剂为石墨烯粉末。
