The stylus of claim 1, wherein the lock comprises: the first end part is arranged on the lower penholder; the second end part is arranged on the upper penholder; the first end part and the second end part are provided with screw holes; the first end and the second end are hinged through a bolt, and the lower penholder and the upper penholder are locked and loosened through the bolt.

9. The smart device of claim 4 wherein said receptacle comprises a receptacle cover;
when the lower pen holder of the stylus pen is accommodated between the accommodating cover and the accommodating part, the upper pen holder of the stylus pen is bent towards the end face of the body relative to the display area to form a support.
