Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a cover, and more particularly, to a foreign matter prevention cover which is provided to an apparatus for sucking external air, such as a vehicle tank (canister), an outdoor air duct, a ventilation fan, a diving vent pipe (snorkeling), and the like, so that air can flow into the inside, and which blocks foreign matter other than air, such as moisture, bugs, and the like, from flowing into the inside.
Background
In general, devices for sucking in outside air, such as a vehicle tank, an outdoor air duct, a ventilation fan, and a submerged air duct, suck in air through an inflow portion for sucking in air, and a prevention cover for blocking inflow of foreign matter is provided at the inflow portion.
Although such a prevention cover is provided on various apparatuses as described above, the description of the conventional prevention cover in the present invention is based on the prevention cover provided on the can.
As for the conventional prevention lid, it is disclosed in the can of the automobile of published utility model No. 20-1998-.

Therefore, it is required to develop a prevention cover which can freely flow air in and can block the entry of fluid and insects, and particularly, it is urgently required to develop a prevention cover which can be applied to various types of apparatuses which suck outside air.

Technical problem to be solved
Accordingly, the present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a foreign matter prevention cover which is provided at an inflow portion to allow air to freely flow in and to block inflow of foreign matter.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a foreign matter prevention cover which is a separate object detachably installed to an air port of an inflow part, is easily combined and disassembled, and is detachably installed to various devices, such as a tank for sucking and filtering external air, an outdoor air duct, a ventilation fan, a snorkel, and the like.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a foreign matter prevention cover in which air vents and air outlets are densely formed so that entry of insects can be blocked.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a foreign matter prevention cover which is integrally formed with an inflow part, functions as a port for sucking external air, and filters foreign matters, thereby preventing a reduction in the function while preventing contamination of equipment.

The invention discloses a foreign matter preventing cover, which is arranged at an inflow part for sucking external air to block the inflow of foreign matter, comprising: a supply part which is a double tube body with one closed end and comprises a vent pipe and a supply pipe, wherein the vent pipe forms an external tube body and is provided with a vent hole, the supply pipe forms an internal tube body, and a supply opening is formed on one side of the upper part of the supply pipe; and a connection part which is a double pipe body including an exhaust pipe and a connection pipe, one end of the exhaust pipe being connected with the vent pipe and the other end being closed, an exhaust port being provided in an area of the bottom surface, the connection pipe constituting an inner pipe body, one end of which being connected with the supply pipe and the other end being integrally formed with the inflow part.
Preferably, the vent holes are densely formed at a region of the vent pipe facing the ground, and the supply port is formed at a side of the supply pipe opposite to the vent holes.
Preferably, the exhaust ports are densely formed at an area facing the ground and are aligned with the vent holes.
Preferably, the preventing cover further includes an airtight member disposed between the supplying part and the connecting part to maintain airtightness.
Preferably, the connection pipe is formed as the pipe body in a straight line, or at least one bent portion corresponding to a bent state of the air port.

According to the present invention as described above, the following effects can be expected.
In the invention, the cover is arranged at the inflow part, so that the air freely flows in and simultaneously can block the inflow of foreign matters.
In addition, the present invention is easy to be combined and disassembled since the prevention cover is a separate object detachably installed with the air port of the inflow part, and particularly, it is detachably installed in various devices, such as a tank for sucking and filtering external air, an outdoor air duct, a ventilation fan, a snorkel, etc.
In addition, in the present invention, the air vents and the air outlets are densely formed, so that entry of insects can be blocked.
In addition, in the present invention, the prevention cover is integrally formed with the inflow part, and not only functions as a port for sucking external air, but also filters foreign substances, thereby preventing the apparatus from being contaminated and preventing the function from being degraded.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the description of the present invention, a detailed description of a known structure or function will be omitted when it is considered that the detailed description may obscure the gist of the present invention.
In the description of the present invention, terms defined are defined in consideration of functions in the present invention, and the definitions may be changed according to intentions of persons skilled in the art or conventions, etc., and thus should be defined based on the overall contents of the present specification.
The present invention relates to a foreign matter prevention cover which can be applied to various devices such as a vehicle tank, an outdoor air duct, a ventilation fan, and a submerged air duct, which draw in outside air and require filtering of the outside air. However, this type of vehicle tank is merely an example of an application-preventing cover, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view illustrating a can to which a foreign matter prevention cap according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention is applied, fig. 2 is an exploded view of the foreign matter prevention cap, and fig. 3 is a bottom perspective view of the foreign matter prevention cap.
As shown in the drawings, the prevention cover 100 is a separate object detachably provided with the air port 210 of the can 200, and is easily combined with and disassembled from the can 200, particularly, a device for allowing only air to flow in when blocking foreign materials.
The foreign matter includes moisture (water), bugs (e.g., spiders), and the like, and the foreign matter flows into the tank 200 through the flow path (air port), which causes problems such as clogging of the flow path and reduction in the function of the internal activated carbon. Therefore, the present invention aims to block the inflow of such foreign substances by the prevention cover 100.
This cap 100 includes a supply part 110 into which air flows and a connection part 120 for connecting the supply part 110 and the can 200, and the supply part 110 is a double tube body having one end closed, and includes a breather pipe 115 constituting an outer tube body and a supply pipe 111 constituting an inner tube body.
The bottom surface of the duct 115 is provided with air vents 117 through which air flows, and in this case, as shown in fig. 3, the air vents 117 are densely formed in a region of the bottom surface of the duct 115.
The vent holes 117 are formed in a dense pattern so as to block the inflow of foreign substances without limiting the inflow of air, and it is preferable that a plurality of the vent holes are radially arranged in one region of the bottom surface of the vent pipe 115 as shown in the drawing.
The supply pipe 111 is used to supply the air flowing in through the vent 117 to the inside of the air port 210 via the connection portion 120.
In this case, the supply pipe 111 is preferably formed to be longer than the breather pipe 115 by a predetermined length as shown in the drawing in order to facilitate coupling with the connection part 120, and the length thereof may be selectively increased or decreased depending on the coupling method, and therefore, the supply pipe 111 is not limited to the ratio and length shown in the drawing.
The supply port 113 is for supplying only air of substances (air and water, or fluid containing water, etc.) passing through the vent port 117 to the tank 200 via the connection portion 120.
The reason why the supply port 113 is provided at an upper portion opposite to the vent port 117 facing the ground is that the supply port 113 is disposed at a surface opposite to the vent port 117 to block the direct inflow of water, and the vent port 117 and the supply port 113 are located at vertically opposite positions to block the inflow of water by gravity.
The connection part 120 is a double pipe body including an exhaust pipe 125 constituting an outer pipe body and a connection pipe 121 constituting an inner pipe body.
One end of the exhaust pipe 125 is connected to the other open end of the breather pipe 115, and the other end of the exhaust pipe 125 is closed, and as shown in fig. 3, exhaust ports 127 are densely formed in a region of the bottom surface.
At this time, as shown in fig. 3, an airtight member 130 is provided between the breather pipe 115 and the exhaust pipe 125, and such an airtight member 130 is preferably a ring-shaped member having appropriate elasticity such as rubber, silicon, polyurethane, or the like.
The exhaust port 127 is used to discharge the fluid flowing in through the vent port 117, but it is not limited thereto, and the roles of the exhaust port 127 and the vent port 117 may be replaced with each other. That is, the water flowing in through the air outlet 127 may be discharged through the air vent 117.
The connection pipe 121 constitutes an inner pipe body, one end of which is connected to the supply pipe 111 and the other end of which is connected to the air port 210 of the tank 200.
The connection pipe 121 and the supply pipe 111 are slidably coupled to each other in an overlapping manner, and an airtight member 130 is further provided to maintain airtightness between the connection pipe 121 and the supply pipe 111, as shown in fig. 2. Such an airtight member 130 is preferably a protrusion formed to protrude in a ring shape on the outer circumferential surface of the connection pipe 121 or the inner circumferential surface of the supply pipe 111, or a packing member (e.g., a ring member having appropriate elasticity such as rubber, silicon, urethane, etc.).
As described above, the cover 100 prevents the inflow of water while allowing only the inflow of air, which will be described with reference to fig. 4, wherein reference numerals will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 4.
Fig. 4 is a sectional view of the preventing cover for explaining an operation state of the preventing cover according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in the drawings, the prevention cover 100 allows air to flow in and blocks foreign materials from flowing in, which will be described with reference to the drawings.
As shown in fig. 4a, air flows in through at least the air vent 117 and the air outlet 127, and the inflowing air is supplied to the supply pipe 111 and the connection pipe 121 airtightly connected to the supply pipe 111 through the supply port 113 formed on the upper surface opposite to the air vent 117 and the air outlet 127.
At this time, as shown in fig. 4b, water cannot reach the supply port 113 due to the up/down positional relationship and gravity, but is discharged to the outside through the vent port 117 and the exhaust port 127. However, when the vehicle is flooded, the inflow of water cannot be blocked.
In addition, as shown in fig. 1, the connection pipe 121 may have various forms corresponding to the air port 210, and thus, may be applied to the existing various forms of the can 200, which will be described with reference to fig. 5.

As shown, the connection pipe 121 may have various forms according to the form in which the air port 210 is vertical or bent.
As shown in fig. 5a, in the connection pipe 121, when the air port 210 is in a vertical form, a bent portion 123 is further formed between both ends of the connection pipe 121.
Such a bent portion 123 serves to make the air vent 117 and the air outlet 127 face the ground, and in particular, makes it difficult for water to flow in by locating the supply port 113, which allows only air to flow in, on the upper surface opposite to the ground.
In addition, as shown in fig. 5b, when the air port 210 has a curved shape, the air vent 117 and the air outlet 127 can face the ground by maintaining the connection pipe 121 in a horizontal shape.
In addition, as shown in fig. 6, an area of the prevention cover 100 connected to the air port 210 may be further formed with an additional space part 140, and such a space part 140 may be an empty space blocking inflow of water by minimizing an air suction force or a space for installing a filter filtering fine particles such as dust contained in air.
The prevention cover 100 may be provided in a separate form from the can 200, or may be provided in an integrated form as shown in fig. 7.
In the integrated form, although not shown in the drawings, the other end of the connection pipe 121 is preferably integrally formed with the inflow portion 220 of the tank 200.
Accordingly, the prevention cover 100 not only functions as an air port, but also prevents the degradation of the function while preventing the contamination of the can 200 by filtering foreign substances.

1. A foreign matter prevention cover detachably provided at an air port of an inflow portion that sucks in outside air to block inflow of foreign matter, comprising:
a supply part which is a double tube body with one end closed and includes a vent tube constituting an outer tube body and provided with a vent, and a supply tube constituting an inner tube body and having a supply port formed at one side of an upper portion thereof, the supply tube being formed to be longer than the vent tube by a predetermined length, the supply port being provided at an upper portion opposite to the vent facing the ground; and
the connecting part is a double-pipe body and comprises an exhaust pipe and a connecting pipe, one end of the exhaust pipe is connected with the vent pipe, the other end of the exhaust pipe is closed, an exhaust port is arranged in one area of the bottom surface, the connecting pipe forms an inner pipe body, one end of the connecting pipe is connected with the supply pipe, and the other end of the connecting pipe is connected with the air port; the supply port is used for supplying air to the inflow part through the connecting part from the foreign matters passing through the vent.
2. A foreign matter prevention cover, which is provided at an inflow portion where external air is sucked to block inflow of foreign matter, comprising:
a supply part which is a double tube body with one end closed and includes a vent tube constituting an outer tube body and provided with a vent, and a supply tube constituting an inner tube body and having a supply port formed at one side of an upper portion thereof, the supply tube being formed to be longer than the vent tube by a predetermined length, the supply port being provided at an upper portion opposite to the vent facing the ground; and
a connection part which is a double pipe body including an exhaust pipe and a connection pipe, one end of the exhaust pipe being connected to the vent pipe and the other end being closed, an exhaust port being provided at a region of a bottom surface, the connection pipe constituting an inner pipe body, one end of the connection pipe being connected to the supply pipe and the other end being integrally formed with the inflow part; the supply port is used for supplying air to the inflow part through the connecting part from the foreign matters passing through the vent.
3. The foreign matter prevention cover according to claim 1 or 2,

the supply port is formed on a side of the supply pipe opposite to the vent port.

the exhaust ports are densely formed in an area facing the ground and are positioned on the same line as the vent ports.

the preventing cover further includes an airtight member disposed between the supplying part and the connecting part to maintain airtightness.
