Abstract

本发明公开一种带LED灯的瓶盖，包括内壁上带螺纹的瓶盖本体、凸型隔板、电源开关、LED灯、电池及电路板、凸块、导槽，其特征在于所述凸型隔板设置在内壁上带螺纹的瓶盖本体的内部且将内壁上带螺纹的瓶盖本体隔成两个腔体，凸型隔板的边缘上设置凸块，凸块卡在导槽内，内壁上带螺纹的瓶盖本体内部的顶部设置有LED灯和电池及电路板，电源开关设置在电池及电路板的下方且与凸型隔板相对。本发明具构简单、使用方便、能通过LED灯是否发光来判断瓶盖是否旋紧、还可以在娱乐场合增加现场气氛的优点。

一种带LED灯的瓶盖
技术领域
本发明涉及LED灯技术领域，尤其涉及一种带LED灯的瓶盖。
背景技术
瓶盖作为饮料瓶子的一个重要部分，一般的瓶盖内部只有螺纹结构，在瓶盖没有拧紧到时候，瓶里的液体容易洒出，在娱乐场合也起不到活跃气氛的作用。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足，提供一种带LED灯的瓶盖，其具有结构简单、使用方便、能通过LED灯是否发光来判断瓶盖是否旋紧、还可以在娱乐场合增加现场气氛等优点。
本发明通过以下技术手段解决上述技术问题：
一种带LED灯的瓶盖，包括内壁上带螺纹的瓶盖本体、凸型隔板、电源开关、LED灯、电池及电路板、凸块、导槽，其特征在于所述凸型隔板设置在内壁上带螺纹的瓶盖本体的内部且将内壁上带螺纹的瓶盖本体隔成两个腔体，凸型隔板的边缘上设置凸块，凸块卡在导槽内，内壁上带螺纹的瓶盖本体内部的顶部设置有LED灯和电池及电路板，电源开关设置在电池及电路板的下方且与凸型隔板相对。
优选地，所述凸块和导槽至少分别设置有两个，且凸块沿着导槽滑动，此结构可使凸型隔板更好的滑动。
优选地，所述凸块与凸型隔板为一体结构，使其结构牢固。
优选地，所述导槽的厚度小于内壁上带螺纹的瓶盖本体壁上内螺纹的厚度，且螺纹设置在带螺纹的瓶盖本体的开口处，使瓶盖拿掉时凸型隔板不会脱落。
优选地，所述凸型隔板凸起部位朝向内壁上带螺纹的瓶盖本体顶部，使得凸型隔板能触碰到电源开关。
本发明的优点在于：
结构简单、使用方便、能通过LED灯是否发光来判断瓶盖是否旋紧、还可以在娱乐场合增加现场气氛等优点。

具体实施方式
如图1-3所示，一种带LED灯的瓶盖，包括内壁上带螺纹的瓶盖本体1、凸型隔板2、电源开关3、LED灯4、电池及电路板5、凸块6、导槽7，其特征在于所述凸型隔板2设置在内壁上带螺纹的瓶盖本体1的内部且将内壁上带螺纹的瓶盖本体1隔成两个腔体，凸型隔板2的边缘上设置凸块6，凸块6卡在导槽7内，内壁上带螺纹的瓶盖本体1内部的顶部设置有LED灯4和电池及电路板5，电源开关3设置在电池及电路板5的下方且与凸型隔板2相对。
优选地，所述凸块6和导槽7至少分别设置有两个，且凸块6沿着导槽7滑动，此结构可使凸型隔板2更好的滑动。
优选地，所述凸块6与凸型隔板2为一体结构，使其结构牢固。
优选地，所述导槽7的厚度小于内壁上带螺纹的瓶盖本体1壁上内螺纹的厚度，且螺纹设置在带螺纹的瓶盖本体1的开口处，使瓶盖拿掉时凸型隔板2不会脱落。
优选地，所述凸型隔板2凸起部位朝向内壁上带螺纹的瓶盖本体1顶部，使得凸型隔板2能触碰到电源开关3。
本发明的使用方法：直接将本带LED灯的瓶盖拧到瓶子上，当拧紧时，瓶子口通过挤压凸型隔板2凸起部位从而压到电源开关3，从而点亮LED灯4；当拧松时，凸型隔板2凸起部位离开电源开关3，从而熄灭LED灯4。

1.一种带LED灯的瓶盖，包括内壁上带螺纹的瓶盖本体（1）、凸型隔板（2）、电源开关（3）、LED灯（4）、电池及电路板（5）、凸块（6）、导槽（7），其特征在于所述凸型隔板（2）设置在内壁上带螺纹的瓶盖本体（1）的内部且将内壁上带螺纹的瓶盖本体（1）隔成两个腔体，凸型隔板（2）的边缘上设置凸块（6），凸块（6）卡在导槽（7）内，内壁上带螺纹的瓶盖本体（1）内部的顶部设置有LED灯（4）和电池及电路板（5），电源开关（3）设置在电池及电路板（5）的下方且与凸型隔板（2）相对。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带LED灯的瓶盖，其特征在于所述凸块（6）和导槽（7）至少分别设置有两个，且凸块（6）沿着导槽（7）滑动。
3.根据权利要求1所述的带LED灯的瓶盖，其特征在于所述凸块（6）与凸型隔板（2）为一体结构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的带LED灯的瓶盖，其特征在于所述导槽（7）的厚度小于内壁上带螺纹的瓶盖本体（1）壁上内螺纹的厚度，且螺纹设置在带螺纹的瓶盖本体（1）的开口处。
5.根据权利要求1所述的带LED灯的瓶盖，其特征在于所述凸型隔板（2）凸起部位朝向内壁上带螺纹的瓶盖本体（1）顶部。
