The invention skillfully combines the anti-counterfeiting two-dimensional code technology into the stained paper, utilizes the pyrography technology to joint the content on the stained paper content layer on the product, is not easy to fall off, has long service life, takes the seal film as printing bearing and protects the stained paper content layer, protects the pattern content from the interference of the color of the product through the bottom slurry layer, and prevents the hot melt adhesive layer from being damaged during storage by adopting the protective film attached by static electricity.

(5) drying the printing ink of the stained paper content layer at a low temperature of 40-60 ℃;
(6) coating transparent primer on the stained paper content layer by adopting a screen printing process, and drying at low temperature to form a primer layer;
(7) coating a layer of hot melt adhesive layer on the bottom slurry layer;
(8) attaching a protective film with static electricity to the coated hot melt adhesive layer to prepare the novel two-dimensional code tracing stained paper;
(9) and (3) manufacturing a pressing die according to the outline of the base image manufactured in the step (1), and performing press cutting on the novel two-dimensional code tracing stained paper manufactured in the step (8) by using the pressing die, wherein the press cutting trace is matched with the content of the stained paper content layer of the novel two-dimensional code tracing stained paper, and the press cutting trace is cut to the printing substrate to be cut.
Specifically, in the step (4), the base map is adjusted to be reverse, and then the stained paper content is printed on the sealing film in an inkjet mode according to the reverse base map.
Or, in the step (4), a positive printing relief plate or a positive printing intaglio plate is firstly manufactured according to the base image, and then the decal paper content is printed on the sealing film by using the manufactured printing relief plate or printing intaglio plate.
Specifically, when the base map is printed in the step (4), the base maps are printed on the whole plate in a regular arrangement.
Further, in the step (5) or/and the step (6), air blowing equipment is adopted for auxiliary air drying when low-temperature drying is carried out.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

Examples
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the manufacturing process of the novel two-dimensional code tracing stained paper comprises the following steps:

(4) printing corresponding stained paper content on the sealing film according to the base image prepared in the step (1) to prepare a stained paper content layer;
(5) drying the printing ink of the stained paper content layer at a low temperature of 40-60 ℃; the air drying is assisted by adopting air blowing equipment during low-temperature drying;
(6) coating transparent primer on the stained paper content layer by adopting a screen printing process, and drying at low temperature to form a primer layer; the air drying is assisted by adopting air blowing equipment during low-temperature drying;
(7) coating a layer of hot melt adhesive layer on the bottom slurry layer;

(9) and (3) manufacturing a pressing die according to the outline of the base image manufactured in the step (1), and performing press cutting on the novel two-dimensional code tracing stained paper manufactured in the step (8) by using the pressing die, wherein the press cutting trace is matched with the content of the stained paper content layer of the novel two-dimensional code tracing stained paper, and the press cutting trace is cut to the printing substrate to be cut.

Specifically, in order to facilitate printing and improve label production efficiency, when the base pattern is printed in step (4), a plurality of base patterns are printed on the whole plate in a regular arrangement, as shown in fig. 3. The content layer of the stained paper can be separated independently through indentation, the printed whole page of stained paper is cut into single stained paper according to the content of the content layer of the stained paper, and then the stained paper is used respectively. The cross-sectional structure of the produced stained paper is shown in figure 2, and comprises a PET rubber plate 10, a release layer 20, a cover film 30, a stained paper content layer 40, a bottom pulp layer 50, a hot melt adhesive layer 60, a protective film 70 and an indentation 80 generated by press cutting from bottom to top in sequence.
When the novel anti-counterfeiting stained paper prepared by the invention is used, the protective film layer is firstly torn off through the easy-tear strip part, then the stained paper is integrally pasted on a product to be pasted, which is flatly placed on a flat plate of a pyrograph machine, so that the hot melt adhesive layer is preliminarily pasted with the product to be pasted, then relevant parameters of the pyrograph machine are adjusted, the label and the product are subjected to pyrograph joint by using the pyrograph machine, and after the completion, the PET adhesive plate is removed, so that the pattern pasting work of the stained paper is completed.
