The common elbow mold core adopts a high-temperature steam hose, and a metal corrugated hose is arranged in the high-temperature steam hose to support the high-temperature steam hose and the PVDF pipe so as to prevent deformation. The pipe bending mold core has the advantages of high cost, short service life and difficult purchase, and the pipe bending mold core is difficult to be drawn out from the PVDF pipe after pipe bending is finished, so that the production efficiency is reduced; and the inner wall of the PVDF pipe is easily scratched in the process of extracting the pipe bending mold core, so that poor production is caused.

The invention aims to solve the problems and provides a PVDF elbow mold core which is easy to draw out after elbow forming, is not easy to scratch the inner wall of a PVDF pipe, improves the production efficiency and quality and reduces the cost.
