本发明属于一种烤瓷牙遮色涂布装置包括出油滚珠和壳体,壳体内设有两个型腔,其中:储油腔用于储存侍涂布的遮色剂,储油腔由储油室和位于储油室下端的出油室所构成,出油室与储油室由分隔板隔开,分隔板上设有贯通两个室内空间的过油孔,锥形体的下端中部设有滚珠槽,出油滚珠轴设在滚珠槽内。储液腔用于储存对遮色剂进行调色或调粘稠度的液剂,储液腔并排位于储油腔的一侧壳体内,储液腔下端呈锥形体的壳体内设有贯通储液腔内下端与滚珠槽内的导液管,储液腔内设有压液塞。本发明具有结构简单,轻巧灵活,操作方便,涂布效果好,烧制的烤瓷牙质量好和烤瓷牙制作成本低的优点。

Description

一种烤瓷牙遮色涂布装置
技术领域
本发明属于一种烤瓷牙遮色涂布装置。
背景技术
人工制作烤瓷牙的工序为先依照人体口腔模体制作以氧化锆为材料的假牙,再对假牙的外表涂2~4遍遮色剂,以使假牙颜色与人体牙颜色近似,而后再将涂布遮色剂的假牙置在烤瓷炉中经过约1530℃左右的高温烧结约6~8小时,才能成为较硬且耐磨的假牙。目前,对假牙的外表涂遮色剂的工具为牙刷,由遮色剂属于粘稠及接触空气后快干类材料,用牙刷涂遮色剂很难在假牙表面涂均,而且有时也需根据人体牙颜色用液剂(或称中和剂)对涂在假牙表面的遮色剂进行调色或调粘稠度处理,用牙刷不能完成调色或调粘稠度处理,从而使涂布遮色剂工作很难达标,使烤瓷牙涂布工序失败,遮色剂浪费大,烤瓷牙作废,造成烤瓷牙的制作成本难于下降。
发明内容
本发明的目的是设计一种烤瓷牙遮色涂布装置,具有结构简单,轻巧灵活,操作方便,涂布效果好,烧制的烤瓷牙质量好和烤瓷牙制作成本低的优点。
为此,本发明包括出油滚珠和壳体,壳体内设有两个型腔,其中:
储油腔,用于储存侍涂布的遮色剂,储油腔由储油室和位于储油室下端的出油室所构成,出油室与储油室由分隔板隔开,分隔板上设有贯通两个室内空间的过油孔,位于出油室部的壳体呈锥形体,锥形体的下端中部设有滚珠槽,出油滚珠轴设在滚珠槽内,出油室呈锥形体,出油室的下端设有与滚珠槽上部相通的油道,油道内设有启闭油道的顶塞阀柱,顶塞阀柱的上端面与对应的分隔板面之间设有压簧,顶塞阀柱的下端面与位于滚珠槽内的出油滚珠的上端顶持,储油室内设有压油塞,压油塞的上端中部与压杆的下端连接,储油室的上端开口设有启闭开口的螺旋盖,压杆的上端轴穿过螺旋盖位于储油室的上端外,螺旋盖与压油塞的上端之间的压杆上套设有油室压簧。
储液腔,用于储存对遮色剂进行调色或调粘稠度的液剂,储液腔并排位于储油腔的一侧壳体内,储液腔下端设有贯通储液腔内下端与滚珠槽内的导液管,储液腔内设有压液塞,压液塞的上端中部与压液杆的下端连接,储液腔的上端开口设有启闭开口的螺旋封盖,压液杆的上端轴穿过螺旋封盖位于储液腔的上端外。
所述的壳体的中部横截面为椭圆形,或圆形。所述的滚珠槽为半圆体型,滚珠槽的下端出口的直径小于滚珠槽的直径。所述的油道呈倒圆锥柱体型油道。所述的顶塞阀柱的上部位于出油室内呈圆台型,位于油道内的顶塞阀柱的下部与油道适配呈倒圆锥柱体型。所述的顶塞阀柱的下端面呈弧型,出油滚珠的上部顶压顶塞阀柱的下端面,顶塞阀柱受压上移或下移启闭油道。所述的压杆的上端设有压帽。所述的螺旋盖与对应部的壳体部之间通过内外螺纹螺接。所述的压油塞上设有密封环。所述的压液杆的上端设有顶帽,螺旋封盖与对应部的壳体部之间通过内外螺纹螺接。
上述结构达到了本发明的目的。
本发明具有结构简单,轻巧灵活,操作方便,涂布效果好,烧制的烤瓷牙质量好和烤瓷牙制作成本低的优点。
本发明装置相比现有技术所产生的有益效果:
I、本发明使假牙涂遮色剂工艺有了适用的专用工具,利于操作,使涂遮色工艺由难变易。
II、本发明涂布效果好,烧制的烤瓷牙质量好,由于本发明可随时方便调配遮色剂的色差或粘稠度,使涂布达标率由传统的30%以下,上升至95%以上,使烧制的烤瓷牙质量好,真实感强。
III、本发明装置轻巧灵活,操作方便,机动性强,投入费用少,适用性强,使用成本低。
IV、本发明可大幅度节省遮色剂和中和剂,使烤瓷牙的制作成本大幅度下降。本发明能使烤瓷牙的制作成本下降50~70%,受患者欢迎。

具体实施方式
如图所示,一种烤瓷牙遮色涂布装置,包括出油滚珠15和壳体12,壳体内设有两个型腔,所述的壳体的中部横截面为椭圆形,或圆形。其中:
储油腔,用于储存侍涂布的遮色剂。储油腔由储油室16和位于储油室下端的出油室14所构成。出油室与储油室由分隔板17隔开,分隔板上设有贯通两个室内空间的过油孔18。位于出油室部的壳体呈锥形体。锥形体的下端中部设有滚珠槽22,出油滚珠15轴设在滚珠槽内。所述的滚珠槽为半圆体型,滚珠槽的下端出口的直径小于滚珠槽的直径,从而可以使出油滚珠在滚珠槽内滚动、或向上顶压顶塞阀柱的下端面且同时滚动。
出油室呈锥形体,出油室的下端设有与滚珠槽上部相通的油道21。所述的油道呈倒圆锥柱体型油道。油道内设有启闭油道的顶塞阀柱20,顶塞阀柱的上端面与对应的分隔板面之间设有压簧19。顶塞阀柱的下端面与位于滚珠槽内的出油滚珠的上端顶持。所述的顶塞阀柱的上部位于出油室内呈圆台型,位于油道内的顶塞阀柱的下部与油道适配呈倒圆锥柱体型。所述的顶塞阀柱的下端面呈弧型,出油滚珠的上部顶压顶塞阀柱的下端面,顶塞阀柱受压上移或下移启闭油道。
储油室内设有压油塞10,所述的压油塞上设有密封环11,以使压油密封周边的储油室内空间。压油塞的上端中部与压杆1的下端连接。储油室的上端开口设有启闭开口的螺旋盖3,所述的螺旋盖与对应部的壳体部之间通过内外螺纹螺接。压杆的上端轴穿过螺旋盖位于储油室的上端外,所述的压杆的上端设有压帽2,以方便用手顶压。螺旋盖与压油塞的上端之间的压杆上套设有油室压簧5。
储液腔9,用于储存对遮色剂进行调色或调粘稠度的液剂(或称中和剂)。储液腔并排位于储油腔的一侧壳体内。储液腔下端设有贯通储液腔内下端与滚珠槽内的导液管13。储液腔内设有压液塞8,压液塞的上端中部与压液杆6的下端连接。储液腔的上端开口设有启闭开口的螺旋封盖7。压液杆的上端轴穿过螺旋封盖位于储液腔的上端外。所述的压液杆的上端设有顶帽4,以方便用手顶压,螺旋封盖与对应部的壳体部之间通过内外螺纹螺接。
使用时,旋下螺旋盖和压油塞及压杆,此时压杆与螺旋盖之间的油室压簧处于伸张状态,油室压簧使螺旋盖的上端面顶持在压帽的下端面上。从储油室的上端开口向储油腔内注入遮色剂,将压油塞置入储油室的上端开口内,拧上螺旋盖后,同时使油室压簧压缩。此时压杆与螺旋盖之间的油室压簧处于压缩状态,由于顶塞阀柱上端的压簧顶压顶塞阀柱,使顶塞阀柱封闭油道,使油道处于常闭状态且顶塞阀柱下端顶压出油滚珠,出油滚珠的下部顶压滚珠槽的下端口,使滚珠槽的下端口处于常闭状态,储油腔内注入的遮色剂亦处于密封静止状态。
旋下封闭储液腔的上端开口的螺旋封盖及压液塞和压液杆,从储液腔的上端开口向储液腔内注入中和剂后,将压液塞置入储液腔的上端开口内,拧上螺旋封盖。此时压液杆处于高位,即顶帽与螺旋封盖之间距离最长。储液腔内注入的中和剂亦处于密封静止状态。
用手掌和四指握住壳体,用拇指顶住压液杆上端的顶帽。当出油滚珠的下端与侍涂布的假牙表面接触后,用手掌和四指下压壳体,使出油滚珠沿滚珠槽微微上移一段距离,出油滚珠顶压顶塞阀柱,压簧受力收缩,顶塞阀柱上移,顶塞阀柱开启油道,同时使滚珠槽的下端口处于开启状态。储油室内的遮色剂在压油塞及油室压簧的压力下,从油道经滚珠槽的下端口涂在假牙表面上。
若需用中和剂对涂在假牙表面的遮色剂进行调色或调粘稠度处理时,只需同时用拇指按压压液杆上端的顶帽,带动压液塞将储液腔内的中和剂沿导液管注入滚珠槽内与遮色剂混合即可。
反之,使出油滚珠的下端与侍涂布的假牙表面脱离接触后,顶塞阀柱上端的压簧复位顶压顶塞阀柱,使顶塞阀柱封闭油道,使油道处于常闭状态且顶塞阀柱下端顶压出油滚珠,出油滚珠的下部顶压滚珠槽的下端口,使滚珠槽的下端口处于常闭状态。
总之,本发明具有结构简单,轻巧灵活,操作方便,涂布效果好,烧制的烤瓷牙质量好和烤瓷牙制作成本低的优点。

1.一种烤瓷牙遮色涂布装置,包括出油滚珠和壳体,其特征在于,壳体内设有两个型腔,其中:
储油腔,用于储存侍涂布的遮色剂,储油腔由储油室和位于储油室下端的出油室所构成,出油室与储油室由分隔板隔开,分隔板上设有贯通两个室内空间的过油孔,位于出油室部的壳体呈锥形体,锥形体的下端中部设有滚珠槽,出油滚珠轴设在滚珠槽内,出油室呈锥形体,出油室的下端设有与滚珠槽上部相通的油道,油道内设有启闭油道的顶塞阀柱,顶塞阀柱的上端面与对应的分隔板面之间设有压簧,顶塞阀柱的下端面与位于滚珠槽内的出油滚珠的上端顶持,储油室内设有压油塞,压油塞的上端中部与压杆的下端连接,储油室的上端开口设有启闭开口的螺旋盖,压杆的上端轴穿过螺旋盖位于储油室的上端外,螺旋盖与压油塞的上端之间的压杆上套设有油室压簧;所述的压杆的上端设有压帽;所述的螺旋盖与对应部的壳体部之间通过内外螺纹螺接;所述的压油塞上设有密封环;压液杆的上端设有顶帽,螺旋封盖与对应部的壳体部之间通过内外螺纹螺接;
储液腔,用于储存对遮色剂进行调色或调粘稠度的液剂,储液腔并排位于储油腔的一侧壳体内,储液腔下端呈锥形体的壳体内设有贯通储液腔内下端与滚珠槽内的导液管,储液腔内设有压液塞,压液塞的上端中部与压液杆的下端连接,储液腔的上端开口设有启闭开口的螺旋封盖,压液杆的上端轴穿过螺旋封盖位于储液腔的上端外。
