The hose plug control switch assembly realizes the operation of controlling the hose plug to be automatically pulled out from the dust collector body, and controls the compression spring through the button arranged on the dust collector body, so that the hose plug is separated from the movable lock catch and is automatically pushed out. Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be described clearly and completely below, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. Referring to fig. 1 to 8, the present invention is a hose assembly with a control switch, which includes a hose 10, wherein the hose 10 is made of a non-conductive plastic material, and can be bent for use in a vacuum cleaner or other similar electronic equipment requiring movement. A pair of wires (not shown) is provided in the hose 10, and one end of the pair of wires is connected to an electronic device, and one of the wires is connected to a reed switch 20. The hose assembly with the control switch further has a fixing head 30 fixed to one end of the hose 10, the fixing head 30 being cylindrical, and the reed switch 20 being located at the fixing head 30.

As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the arc-shaped surfaces of the small magnets 501 have polarities, and the polarities of the same positions of two adjacent small magnets 501 are opposite, that is: if the N-pole of the first small magnet 501 is located on its inner surface, the N-pole of the second small magnet 501 adjacent to the first small magnet 501 is located on its outer surface. The small magnets 501 may have magnetic properties in cross section, and if the N-pole of a first small magnet 501 is located in a first cross section, the N-pole of a second small magnet 501 adjacent to the first small magnet 501 is located in a second cross section opposite to the first cross section. By adopting the design, the magnet 50 can improve the stability of the reed switch 20 in closing and opening. Of course, in other implementations, the polarities of the two adjacent small magnets 501 at the same position are the same.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the sliding magnet 50 controls the copper sheet of the reed switch 20 to rotate, when the magnet 50 abuts against the reed switch 20, the reed switch 20 is under the magnetic action of the magnet 50, the switch in the reed switch 20 is gradually closed, so that the circuit is conducted, when the magnet 50 slides to the forefront of the accommodating groove 4011, the magnet 50 is located on one side or right above the reed switch 20, and the position of the magnet 50 is closest to the position of the reed switch 20; the circuit of the control switch hose assembly is conducted; when the magnet 50 moves away from the reed switch 20, the switch in the reed switch 20 opens gradually, opening the circuit.
As shown in fig. 7, when the magnet 50 slides to the foremost position of the receiving slot 4011, the magnet 50 is located right above the reed switch 20, and the position of the magnet 50 is closest to the position of the reed switch 20. When the hose 10 is pulled, the fixing head 30 rotates freely in the clamping groove 4012 in 360 degrees, but the position relation between the magnet 50 and the reed switch 20 is not changed, the closed state of the reed switch 20 is not interfered, and the dust collector equipment is not interfered.
Compared with the prior art in which the switch is connected through the shifting piece, the switch is controlled to be switched on and off through the interaction of the magnet 50 and the reed switch 20, so that the structure is simple, the cost is lower, and the control is convenient; when the hose 10 and the fixed head 30 are rotated, the position relation between the magnet 50 and the reed switch 20 is unchanged, and the current transmission is more stable.
