The whole volume that occupies of blade holder of this kind of embodiment is less, and whole design of being convenient for is cylindrical moreover for the blade holder is whole comparatively pleasing to the eye, because the lateral wall of blade holder does not have edges and corners, is difficult to cause unexpected injury to user especially children. More importantly, the arrangement mode that the cover body can rotate relative to each other can utilize the slotting tool to the maximum extent, so that more slotting tool participate in combination, and the maximization of the number of slotting tools is realized.
For embodiments in which the cover bodies are rotatably disposed relative to each other, the plurality of knife insertion grooves on each cover body may be arranged along the circumferential direction of the cover body. In order to realize the circulation combination of different insert grooves when the cover body rotates, two arrangement forms can be provided. In one structure form, the plurality of insert grooves on each cover body are consistent with the radial direction of the cover body in the length direction, namely the plurality of insert grooves are distributed in a radial mode relative to the center of the cover body, and the insert grooves are arranged in a mode that the inserts can enable cutters to be placed more densely, so that more cutters can be placed. In another structure form, the plurality of insert grooves on each cover body are consistent with the tangential direction of the cover body in the length direction, namely the plurality of insert grooves are arranged around the center of the cover body, and of course, the plurality of insert grooves can be arranged around the different reference circles of the cover body.
The tool apron is provided with at least two cover bodies, more abundant slotting tool combinations can be realized when the number of the cover bodies is more, for example, the number of the cover bodies can be three, four and the like. However, in actual use, two caps are generally provided in view of simple structure, and the following description will be given taking an example in which two caps are provided in the holder. In one embodiment, the two covers are a first cover 1 and a second cover 2, the first cover 1 and the second cover 2 are both disposed at the same end of the frame 3, and the first cover 1 is disposed above the second cover 2 in a relatively movable manner, the meaning of the upper direction is not defined by an absolute orientation, but refers to a relative position of the two covers, and the first cover 1 covers the second cover 2 as a whole.
With this embodiment, the insert groove can be flexibly provided. Most of the cutters used in the current kitchen are relatively close in thickness and have larger width difference, so the cutter slots with different specifications are the cutter slots with different lengths.
