本发明涉及一种可湿性小麦除草剂及其制备方法,属于农药领域。
背景技术
小麦是小麦系植物的统称,是单子叶植物是一种在世界各地广泛种植的禾本科植物。目前在小麦种植中,为防止杂草通常使用的是化学农药除草剂,由于大量使用化肥农药而造成的环境污染问题日趋严重时,同时,采用化学农药除草剂,使各种杂草产生耐药性、抗药性,增加了防治的难度,甚至造成防治的失败,此外,化学农药因其不具有选择性,对有益的生物也会造成威胁。而且,很多化学农业是不可降解或难于降解的,容易在动植物体内积累而造成污染物的富集。
植物是生物活性化合物的天然宝库,其产生的次生代谢产物超过400 000种。异株克生作用(又称他感作用、化感作用)是某些植物的次生代谢物释放到环境中,能促进或抑制附近植物生长的现象。研究植物对杂草的相克作用,在杂草的生物防除及新型生物源除草剂的研究开发等方面具有十分重要的意义。利用植物间异株克生作用控制杂草已受到广泛关注,例如,从红千层植株中分离出了一种具有除草活性的纤精酮,以它作为先导化合物,进行结构改造,合成了磺草酮与硝磺酮,从而开发出了三酮类除草剂,从莎草中提取的莎草茵得到启发,开发出了二苯醚类除草剂。桉树脑是一些植物产生的天然挥发性单萜,对桉树脑的结构进行优化,最终开发出了环庚草醚(cinmethylin)。但是单一植物源除草剂的除草防效低,不利于推广使用。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种可湿性小麦除草剂及其制备方法,解决了现有化学除草剂的环境污染、耐药性杂草种群上升、抗除草剂杂草的出现以及药害等问题,以及现有植物源除草剂除草效果不高的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种可湿性小麦除草剂,按照重量份计,包括氯酸钠6-8份、硝基苯酚10-15份、酞胺类除草剂10-12份、苯氧类除草剂10-20份、地胆草提取物1-3份、肥料25-35份、农药肥料缓释剂0.1-0.5份和填料60-70份。
优选地:所述的肥料,按照重量份计,包括尿素30份、草木灰10份、磷酸氢钙8份、氯化钾3份、硫酸亚铁4份、硫酸锌2份、氯化铵2份、硼砂3份。
优选地:所述的填料为炭黑、高岭土、膨润土、轻质碳酸钙、硅藻土中的一种或两种以上的混合物。
优选地:所述的地胆草提取物的制备方法为:取干燥地胆草粉碎,按照地胆草与80%乙醇的料液比为1g:6ml的比例加入乙醇,40度,提取5h,过滤,然后按照地胆草与80%乙醇的料液比为1g:4ml的比例加入乙醇,40度,提取3h,过滤,合并两次滤液,减压浓缩,冷冻干燥,既得地胆草提取物。

本发明的有益效果:
本发明综合了苯氧类除草剂、酸胺类除草剂、地胆草提取物的优点,兼具了传导性除草剂和激素类除草剂的特点,使用时不会对环境产生污染,防止水富营养化,提高了除草效果,一次用药可保障整个生育期不受杂草危害。
本发明在除草剂里面增加水稻肥料和农药肥料缓释剂。肥料一方面可以对三种除草剂起到增效的作用,可以有效的提高除草剂的防治效果,另一方面可以有效的降低化学除草剂对环境的污染,快速解除除草剂对植物生产的抑制。另外本发明使用的农药肥料缓释剂是石家庄天源淀粉衍生物有限公司生产的,该农药肥料缓释剂是由天然高分子材料研制而成,能够自动降解,环保无毒。其分解的终端产物不含有害金属,不会对农药的化学质量产生负面影响,有利于环境保护,是帮助提高农药市场竞争力的“天然环保型农药助剂。在粉剂、液体、颗粒农药中加入该专利产品后,可大幅度减少农药的蒸发淋失,具有良好的的缓释和增效作用,对不同的原药,增效倍数可达6到20倍,在实际使用中可以减少农药的参考用量达50%以上,又是一种节约、高效型助剂。添加农药肥料缓释剂有效的降低了除草剂的使用量。

除草效果实验
为了防治农业生产上的小麦田阔叶杂草和禾本科杂草,发明人对实施例1-4的除草剂进行了室内毒力测试研究,具体方法为:室内盆栽法进行茎叶处理,实验参照《农药室内生物测定实验准则除草剂第四部分》。
1、供试药剂:实施例1-4的除草剂
2、供试杂草:猪殃殃、藜、看麦娘、野燕麦。供试杂草的培养采用盆栽培养法。用11×12cm塑料盆,将未使用过除草剂的小麦田采回的土壤风干、过筛后装盆,盆内干土定量4/5处,土壤pH值7.0,有机质含量1.2%。采用盆钵底部渗灌方式使土壤完全湿润。将上年田间采集的看麦娘、野燕麦、藜、猪殃殃种子用赤霉素浸泡24h,清水洗净后用深色纱布遮光,放在铺有纱布的培养皿中,用水湿润进行催芽,等种子露白后播种。看麦娘和野燕麦各约50粒均匀点播在土壤表面,覆土0.5~1.0cm,猪殃殃和藜每盆播30~40粒,覆土1~2mm,置于温室内常规培养,培养过程中以盆钵底部渗灌方式补水保持土壤湿润。待杂草出苗后将看麦娘和野燕麦每盆定为20株,藜和猪殃殃每盆定为10株。
3、试验处理:每个实施例设定两个剂量30、60g a.i./hm2,另设1个清水对照,共计9个处理,4次重复。
4、试验方法:施药期限定在杂草长至3~4叶期时进行茎叶喷雾处理,置于塔内喷药(ASS-4型农药喷洒系统,DG8003喷头,喷雾压力2.75MPA,喷液量30Kg/亩),待自然风干后置于温室内培养观察。
5、数据调查与统计分析:处理后观察和记录杂草的生长状态,处理30天后,调查杂草防除效果,分别记录杂草的株数,计算杂草株防效。

Claims (7)

1.一种可湿性小麦除草剂,其特征在于:按照重量份计,包括氯酸钠6-8份、硝基苯酚10-15份、酞胺类除草剂10-12份、苯氧类除草剂10-20份、地胆草提取物1-3份、肥料25-35份、农药肥料缓释剂0.1-0.5份和填料60-70份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可湿性小麦除草剂,其特征在于:所述的肥料,按照重量份计,包括尿素30份、草木灰10份、磷酸氢钙8份、氯化钾3份、硫酸亚铁4份、硫酸锌2份、氯化铵2份、硼砂3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可湿性小麦除草剂,其特征在于:所述的填料为炭黑、高岭土、膨润土、轻质碳酸钙、硅藻土中的一种或两种以上的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种可湿性小麦除草剂,其特征在于:所述的地胆草提取物的制备方法为:取干燥地胆草粉碎,按照地胆草与80%乙醇的料液比为1g:6ml的比例加入乙醇,40度,提取5h,过滤,然后按照地胆草与80%乙醇的料液比为1g:4ml的比例加入乙醇,40度,提取3h,过滤,合并两次滤液,减压浓缩,冷冻干燥,既得地胆草提取物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种可湿性小麦除草剂,其特征在于:所述酞胺类除草剂选自乙草胺、锈去津和烟嘧黄隆中的一种或者它们的混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种可湿性小麦除草剂,其特征在于:所述苯氧类除草剂选自二甲四氯钠盐、二甲四氯异辛醋和二甲四氧苯氧乙酸中的一种或者它们的混合物。
7.一种根据权利要求1所述的可湿性小麦除草剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将肥料和农药肥料缓释剂混合均匀,然后加入10-15份的填料混合均匀;
(2)将氯酸钠、硝基苯酚、酞胺类除草剂、苯氧类除草剂、地胆草提取物与剩余填料混合均匀,
(3)将步骤(1)和(2)所得的混合物,混合均匀,气流粉碎,既得可湿性小麦除草剂。
