In particular implementations, if the UE23 is in an idle state, the CSG cell 32 may be accessed by reselection; if the UE23 is in the connected state, a neighbor indication report is sent to the network side as a reference for configuring measurement parameters by the network side, and the network side further evaluates the measurement report and finally switches the UE23 to the CSG cell 32.
In summary, through the access network information response from the access network discovery and selection function, information of the CSG cell having the access right and a distance from the CSG cell to the CSG cell that is smaller than the preset first distance threshold is obtained, and then according to the access network information response, by referring to the current location information of the CSG cell, automatic search is performed on history information of the CSG cell that has been visited previously, and then whether the CSG cell having the access right exists in an area having the current location that is smaller than the first distance threshold is detected, and finally the CSG cell is accessed. Since the information of the CSG cell in the access network information response from the ANDSF is relatively reliable, the information of the CSG cell other than the history information can be obtained, and thus, the user equipment can efficiently access to the nearby CSG cell or even the nearby CSG cell that has not been visited before.
In order to enable those skilled in the art to better understand and implement the present invention, a user equipment in the embodiment of the present invention is provided below, and as shown in fig. 4, the user equipment may include: a first detecting unit 41, a transmitting unit 42, a receiving unit 43, an automatic searching unit 44, a second detecting unit 45 and a cell accessing unit 46, wherein:
the first detecting unit 41 is adapted to detect whether the network side starts an access network discovery and selection function when it is determined to access a cell managed by a macro base station or a home base station;
the sending unit 42 is adapted to send, through an interface S14, an access network information request including current location information of the device adapted to implement the access network discovery and selection function to the device adapted to implement the access network discovery and selection function when the first detecting unit 41 confirms that the network side has started the access network discovery and selection function and the white list held by the device is not empty, so that the device adapted to implement the access network discovery and selection function obtains information of a CSG cell, of which the distance from the device adapted to implement the access network discovery and selection function is smaller than a preset first distance threshold and of which the device has access right;
the receiving unit 43 is adapted to receive the access network information response from the device adapted to implement the access network discovery and selection function; wherein: the access network information response comprises the information of the CSG cell which has the access authority and the distance from the access network information response to the CSG cell is less than the first distance threshold;
the automatic searching unit 44 is adapted to respond to the access network information and refer to the current location information of the self to assist in automatically searching the history information of the CSG cell visited previously;
the second detecting unit 45 is adapted to detect whether a CSG cell having an access right exists in an area smaller than the first distance threshold from the current position according to the result of the automatic search;
the cell accessing unit 46 is adapted to access the CSG cell when the second detecting unit 45 determines that the CSG cell having the access right exists in the area whose distance from the current position is smaller than the first distance threshold.
In a specific implementation, the information of the CSG cell may include: CSG ID, ID of CSG cell; wherein, the public land mobile network ID associated with the CSG ID is the currently serving public land mobile network ID.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the information of the CSG cell in the access network information response may further include a public land mobile network ID. In a specific implementation, the access network information response further includes the current location information of the access network.
In a specific implementation, the history information includes: a public land mobile network ID, a CSG ID, and an ID of a CSG cell.
In a specific implementation, the history information further includes location information of the CSG cell.
In a specific implementation, the automatic searching unit 44 is adapted to automatically search only the history information of the CSG cell whose distance from the current location of the CSG cell is smaller than the second distance threshold.
In a specific implementation, the automatic search unit 44 is adapted to: and automatically searching only the historical information of the public land mobile network ID and the access network information response to which the CSG ID belongs.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the automatic searching unit 44 is further adapted to automatically search only history information of public land mobile network IDs and CSG IDs belonging to the access network information response.
In a specific implementation, the automatic searching unit 44 is adapted to add CSG cell information that is not in the history information.
In a specific implementation, the sending unit 42 is further adapted to not send the access network CSG information request when the white list is empty.
In a specific implementation, the first detecting unit 41 is adapted to detect whether the network side starts the access network discovery and selection function through a dynamic host configuration protocol or a domain name resolution system.
In a specific implementation, the device adapted to implement the access network discovery and selection function generates an access network information response, including: the equipment suitable for realizing the access network discovery and selection function acquires a white list of the equipment from a home subscriber server, acquires information of the CSG cell of which the distance to the equipment is less than the first distance threshold value according to the current position information, and filters the information of the CSG cell through the white list to obtain the information of the CSG cell of which the distance to the equipment is less than the first distance threshold value and which has access authority.
In a specific implementation, the cell accessing unit 46 is adapted to access the CSG cell by reselection when the cell is in an idle state; and when the network side is in a connected state, sending a neighbor indication report to the network side to serve as a reference for configuring measurement parameters of the network side, so that the network side further evaluates the measurement report and switches the network side to the CSG cell.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that all or part of the steps in the methods of the above embodiments may be implemented by hardware related to instructions of a program, which may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and the storage medium may include: ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disks, and the like.
Although the present invention is disclosed above, the present invention is not limited thereto. Various changes and modifications may be effected therein by one skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.

Claims (26)

1. A method for accessing a CSG cell, comprising:
when the access to a cell under the jurisdiction of a macro base station or a home base station is confirmed, whether a network side starts an access network discovery and selection function is detected;
when the network side is confirmed to start the access network discovery and selection function and the white list held by the network side is not empty, sending an access network information request including the current position information of the network side to equipment suitable for realizing the access network discovery and selection function through an S14 interface, so that the equipment suitable for realizing the access network discovery and selection function obtains the information of the CSG cell, the distance between the equipment and the equipment is less than a preset first distance threshold value, and the CSG cell has access authority;
receiving an access network information response from the device adapted to implement the access network discovery and selection function; wherein: the access network information response comprises the information of the CSG cell which has the access authority and the distance from the access network information response to the CSG cell is less than the first distance threshold;
according to the access network information response, and referring to the current position information of the access network, automatically searching the history information of the CSG cell visited previously in an auxiliary manner;
detecting whether a CSG cell with access authority exists in an area with the distance from the current position smaller than the first distance threshold value or not according to the automatic searching result;
when determining that a CSG cell with access authority exists in an area which is less than the first distance threshold from the current position, accessing the CSG cell;
when the access network information response comprises CSG cell information which is not included in the history information, adding CSG cell information which is not in the history information when the access network information response refers to the current position information of the access network and assists in automatically searching the history information of the CSG cell visited previously.
2. The method of accessing a CSG cell as claimed in claim 1, wherein the information of the CSG cell comprises: CSGID, ID of CSG cell;
wherein, the public land mobile network ID associated with the CSG ID is the currently serving public land mobile network ID.
3. The method of accessing a CSG cell as claimed in claim 2, wherein the access network information response further includes: public land mobile network ID.
4. The method of accessing a CSG cell as claimed in claim 2, wherein the access network information response further includes current location information of the access network.
5. The method of accessing a CSG cell as claimed in claim 1, wherein the history information comprises: public land mobile network ID, CSGID, and ID of CSG cell.
6. The method of accessing a CSG cell as claimed in claim 5, wherein the history information further includes location information of the CSG cell.
7. The method according to claim 6, wherein the responding according to the access network information and referring to the current location information of the CSG cell itself to assist in automatically searching for history information of the CSG cell visited previously comprises:
and only the history information of the CSG cell with the current position smaller than the second distance threshold value is automatically searched.
8. The method according to claim 1, wherein the responding according to the access network information and referring to the current location information of the access network, assisting in automatically searching the history information of the CSG cell visited previously comprises:
and automatically searching only the historical information of the CSGID which is subordinate to the access network information response.
9. The method according to claim 1, wherein the responding according to the access network information and referring to the current location information of the access network, assisting in automatically searching the history information of the CSG cell visited previously comprises:
and automatically searching only the historical information of the public land mobile network ID and the access network information response to which the CSG ID belongs.
10. The method of accessing a CSG cell as recited in claim 1, further comprising:
and when the white list is empty, not sending the access network information request.
11. The method of accessing a CSG cell as claimed in claim 1, wherein a dynamic host configuration protocol or a domain name resolution system is used to detect whether the network side starts an access network discovery and selection function.
12. The method of accessing a CSG cell as claimed in claim 1, wherein the device adapted to implement the access network discovery and selection function generates an access network information response comprising:
the equipment suitable for realizing the access network discovery and selection function acquires a white list of the equipment from a home subscriber server, acquires information of the CSG cell of which the distance to the equipment is less than the first distance threshold value according to the current position information, and filters the information of the CSG cell through the white list to obtain the information of the CSG cell of which the distance to the equipment is less than the first distance threshold value and which has access authority.
13. The method of accessing a CSG cell as claimed in claim 1, wherein said accessing the CSG cell comprises:
when the CSG cell is in an idle state, the CSG cell is accessed through reselection;
and when the self is in a connected state, sending a neighbor indication report to the network side to serve as a reference for configuring measurement parameters by the network side, so that the network side evaluates the measurement report and switches the self to the CSG cell.
14. A user device, comprising:
the first detection unit is suitable for detecting whether the network side starts an access network discovery and selection function when the access of a macro base station or a cell under the control of a home base station is confirmed;
a sending unit, adapted to send an access network information request including current location information of the first detection unit to a device adapted to implement the access network discovery and selection function through an S14 interface when the first detection unit confirms that the network side has started the access network discovery and selection function and a white list held by the first detection unit is not empty, so that the device adapted to implement the access network discovery and selection function obtains information of a CSG cell whose distance from the device is less than a preset first distance threshold and which has an access right;
a receiving unit adapted to receive an access network information response from the device adapted to implement the access network discovery and selection function; wherein: the access network information response comprises the information of the CSG cell which has the access authority and the distance from the access network information response to the CSG cell is less than the first distance threshold;
the automatic searching unit is suitable for responding according to the access network information and referring to the current position information of the automatic searching unit to assist in automatically searching the history information of the CSG cell visited previously;
the second detection unit is suitable for detecting whether a CSG cell with access authority exists in an area with the distance from the current position smaller than the first distance threshold value or not according to the automatic searching result;
the cell access unit is suitable for accessing the CSG cell when the CSG cell with access authority exists in the area with the distance between the current position and the first distance threshold value determined by the second detection unit;
and the adding unit is suitable for adding the CSG cell information which is not in the history information when the access network information response includes the CSG cell information which is not included in the history information and the self current position information is referred to for assisting to automatically search the history information of the CSG cell visited previously according to the access network information response.
15. The user equipment of claim 14, wherein the information of the CSG cell comprises: CSGID, ID of CSG cell; wherein, the public land mobile network ID associated with the CSGID is the currently serving public land mobile network ID.
16. The UE of claim 14, wherein the response further includes a public land mobile network ID.
17. The UE of claim 15, wherein the response further includes current location information of the UE.
18. The UE of claim 14, wherein the history information comprises: a public land mobile network ID, a CSG ID, and an ID of a CSG cell.
19. The UE of claim 18, wherein the history information further comprises location information of CSG cells.
20. The UE of claim 19, wherein the automatic searching unit is adapted to automatically search only the history information of CSG cells with a distance to the current location of the UE less than a second distance threshold.
21. The user equipment according to claim 14, wherein the automatic search unit is adapted to: and automatically searching only the historical information of the CSGID which is subordinate to the access network information response.
22. The user equipment according to claim 14, wherein the automatic search unit is adapted to: and automatically searching only the historical information of the public land mobile network ID and the access network information response to which the CSG ID belongs.
23. The UE of claim 14, wherein the sending unit is further adapted to not send the request for access network information when the white list is empty.
24. The ue according to claim 14, wherein the first detecting unit is adapted to detect whether the network side turns on an access network discovery and selection function through a dynamic host configuration protocol or a domain name resolution system.
25. The ue according to claim 14, wherein the device adapted to implement the access network discovery and selection function is adapted to obtain a white list of itself from a home subscriber server, obtain information of CSG cells whose distance from itself is smaller than the first distance threshold according to the current location information, and filter the information of CSG cells through the white list to obtain information of CSG cells whose distance from itself is smaller than the first distance threshold and which have access rights.
26. The UE of claim 14, wherein the cell accessing unit is adapted to access the CSG cell through reselection when the UE is in an idle state; and when the network side is in a connected state, sending a neighbor indication report to the network side to serve as a reference for configuring measurement parameters of the network side, so that the network side further evaluates the measurement report and switches the network side to the CSG cell.
