Abstract

The embodiment of the invention provides an access method and device of a mobile terminal. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a first forbidden Public Land Mobile Network (PLMN) list corresponding to an operator to which a Universal Subscriber Identity Module (USIM) card belongs, wherein the first forbidden PLMN list is stored in a mobile terminal; acquiring a second forbidden PLMN list stored in the USIM card; adding a PLMN in the first forbidden PLMN list that is different from a PLMN in the second forbidden PLMN list to the second forbidden PLMN list; and performing location updating, routing updating or network registration according to the added second forbidden PLMN list. Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention provides an access method and device of a mobile terminal, which are used for solving the technical problem that in the prior art, because a forbidden PLMN list of a USIM card is not updated in time, a network which initiates registration of the mobile terminal is a forbidden network, and the mobile terminal loses data service capability.

acquiring a first forbidden Public Land Mobile Network (PLMN) list corresponding to an operator to which a Universal Subscriber Identity Module (USIM) card belongs, wherein the first forbidden PLMN list is stored in a mobile terminal;
acquiring a second forbidden PLMN list stored in the USIM card;
adding a PLMN in the first forbidden PLMN list that is different from a PLMN in the second forbidden PLMN list to the second forbidden PLMN list;
and performing location updating, routing updating or network registration according to the added second forbidden PLMN list.
In a second aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides an access apparatus for a mobile terminal, including:

The access method and the access device of the mobile terminal provided by the embodiment of the invention are used for acquiring a first PLMN list corresponding to an operator to which a USIM card stored in the mobile terminal belongs and a second forbidden PLMN list stored in the USIM card; further, adding a PLMN in the first forbidden PLMN list, which is different from a PLMN in the second forbidden PLMN list, to the second forbidden PLMN list; and performing network registration according to the added second forbidden PLMN list to enable the PLMN in the second forbidden PLMN list to be the latest forbidden PLMN, and performing location updating, routing updating or network registration by the mobile terminal according to the added second forbidden PLMN list, namely performing location updating, routing updating or network registration on the PLMN out of the second forbidden PLMN list, thereby avoiding the situation that data service loss cannot be recovered due to the fact that the registered PLMN is the forbidden PLMN.

The method and the device aim at solving the problem that the network for initiating registration of the mobile terminal is a forbidden network and the mobile terminal loses data service capability because the forbidden PLMN list of the USIM card is not updated in time.
The technical solution of the present invention will be described in detail below with specific examples. The following several specific embodiments may be combined with each other, and details of the same or similar concepts or processes may not be repeated in some embodiments.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a first embodiment of an access method of a mobile terminal according to the present invention. The execution subject of the method is an access device of the mobile terminal, and the device can be arranged in the mobile terminal. As shown in fig. 1, the method of this embodiment may include:

In this step, when a USIM card of a mobile terminal performs location update, routing update, or network registration on a certain PLMN network, a first PLMN list corresponding to an operator to which the USIM card stored in the mobile terminal belongs is acquired.
The first PLMN list may be stored in an Encrypted File System (EFS) storage area of the mobile terminal.
The storage can be specifically performed in the form of a file.
The data stored in the EFS storage area cannot be deleted by a user, and corresponding data can be retained even when the mobile terminal is restored to factory settings, so that the data is stored in the EFS storage area, and the security of the first PLMN list is better.
And 102, acquiring a second forbidden PLMN list stored in the USIM card.

On the basis of the above embodiment, further, before the step 101, the following steps may be included:

The format is Mobile Country Code (MCC for short), Mobile Network Number (MNC for short), Mobile Subscriber Identification Number (MSIN for short), wherein the MCC is the Code Number of the Country to which the Mobile Subscriber belongs, and occupies 3 digits, and the MCC of China is 460; the MNC is a mobile network number, consists of two or three digits and is used for identifying the mobile communication network to which the mobile user belongs, and the MNC of China mobile is 00; MSIN is a mobile subscriber identification number used to identify a mobile subscriber in a mobile communications network. The operator to which the USIM card belongs can be determined from the IMSI.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, further, the method of this embodiment further includes the following steps:
the first forbidden PLMN list is updated by version upgrade.
Specifically, the first forbidden PLMN list may be updated through a version upgrade, such as an OTA upgrade method, so as to ensure that the first forbidden PLMN list stored in the mobile terminal is the latest forbidden PLMN list.
The OTA remotely manages the first forbidden PLMN list stored in the mobile terminal through the air interface of the mobile communication network, i.e. the mobile terminal may update the first forbidden PLMN list through a wireless download.
Because the first forbidden list is written in the EFS file, when version upgrading is carried out, the new EFS file in the software version can replace the previous file so as to achieve the purpose of updating the first forbidden list.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, further, the method of this embodiment further includes the following steps:
if the mobile terminal receives the access refusal message returned by the network side, judging whether the USIM card is in a defaulting state;
if not, judging whether the PLMN registered by the mobile terminal is the network of the operator to which the USIM card belongs;
and if not, adding the PLMN registered by the mobile terminal into the first forbidden PLMN list.
Specifically, the first forbidden PLMN list may also be dynamically updated, and the specific implementation method is as follows:
when the mobile terminal is rejected by the network and the data service is lost, firstly, whether the USIM card is in a defaulting state is judged. I.e. to determine whether the mobile terminal is denied access to the network due to an arrears.
If the USIM card is in the arrearage state, the flow ends.
And if the USIM card is not in the arrearage state, whether the PLMN registered by the mobile terminal is the network of the operator to which the USIM card belongs is judged.
If the PLMN is the network of the operator to which the USIM card belongs, access may be denied for other reasons and the procedure ends.
And if the PLMN is not the network of the operator to which the USIM card belongs, adding the PLMN into the first forbidden PLMN list, and completing automatic updating.
The format of the PLMN is MCC + MNC, for example, the PLMN in china mobile is 46000, and the PLMN in china unicom is 46001, so that it can be determined whether it is the network of the operator to which the USIM card belongs according to the PLMN.
The dynamic updating method and the version upgrading can more comprehensively ensure that the first forbidden PLMN list stored in the mobile terminal is the latest forbidden PLMN list.
Fig. 2 is a structural diagram of an embodiment of an access device of a mobile terminal provided in the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, the access device of the mobile terminal of the present embodiment may include:
an acquisition module 201 and a processing module 202;
the acquiring module 201 is configured to acquire a first forbidden public land mobile network PLMN list corresponding to an operator to which a universal subscriber identity module USIM card stored in the mobile terminal belongs;

acquiring a second forbidden PLMN list stored in the USIM card;
adding a PLMN in the first forbidden PLMN list that is different from a PLMN in the second forbidden PLMN list to the second forbidden PLMN list;

the method further comprises the following steps:
if the mobile terminal receives the access refusing message returned by the network side, judging whether the USIM card is in a defaulting state;
