技术领域
本发明涉及照明灯领域。
背景技术
船用的照明的光源一般采用白炽灯、荧光灯、节能灯。一般在水上特殊环境中,对照明有防潮、安全的要求,原先用的白炽灯、荧光灯等属于点光源,因为耗能大、在户外易受损,整个灯具会熄灭,影响夜间照明,更换维修成本高,逐步被淘汰。在潮湿的环境下,现有的灯具安装螺丝螺母易生锈,给维修增加难度。
发明内容
发明目的:为克服上述缺陷,本发明新型提供一种节能、安全,适用于船舶的照明灯具。
技术方案:一种新型船用防爆灯具,包括灯罩盖(1)、底座(2),该底座(2)为皿状结构,包括平底盖、侧边(4),该底盖上嵌有LED灯(3),该LED灯(3)有两组,每组至少有一个LED灯(3),每组LED灯(3)之间有导电线连接,每组LED灯(3)都连有电源接头(6);所述灯罩盖(1)呈半球状,该灯罩盖(1)的外表面紧贴覆盖有透明纤维网;该灯罩盖(1)的侧边横截面上有凹槽(7),该凹槽(7)上设有突块(8);所述底座(2)的侧边(4)上设有插口(5),该插口(5)的一边光滑,另一边设有台阶,该台阶的下面中空,即所述突块(8)通过插口(5)插进去后,通过旋转,将突块(8)旋转至所述台阶的下面中空处,所述侧边(4)插入所述凹槽(7)中;所述灯罩盖(1)内设有插座(10),该插座(10)上设有插槽(9),所述电源接头(6)与该插槽(9)相适配。
作为优选,所述的底座(2)为透明注塑件。
作为优选,所述的突块(8)与所述的插口(5)位置对应,且有多组。
作为优选,所述的插槽(9)有多组。
作为优选,所述的透明纤维网的表面有荧光涂层。
有益的效果:本发明底座(2)与灯罩盖(1)之间通过接插连接,不需要拆装螺丝螺母,在水上操作,操作人员可以方便安装或拆分。采用两组LED灯(3),每组LED灯的电源接头(6)可选择性接入插槽(9),一组有故障,不影响另一组照明,或者为了增加照明亮度,可同时使用两组LED(3),另外底座(2)可整体更换,方便维修。若LED灯(3)发生故障,或外界撞击灯,透明纤维网防止灯罩爆裂,提高了安全性,适用于船上多变恶劣的环境,透明纤维网上有荧光涂层,在夜晚有利于指示,即使在灯具出现故障情况下,尽可能避免事故发生。

如图1、图2、图3所示,一种新型船用防爆灯具,包括灯罩盖1、底座2,该底座2为皿状结构,包括平底盖、侧边4,该底盖上嵌有LED灯3,该LED灯3有两组,每组至少有一个LED灯3,每组LED灯3之间有导电线连接,每组LED灯3都连有电源接头6;所述灯罩盖1呈半球状,该灯罩盖1的外表面紧贴覆盖有透明纤维网;该灯罩盖1的侧边横截面上有凹槽7,该凹槽7上设有突块8;所述底座2的侧边4上设有插口5,该插口5的一边光滑,另一边设有台阶,该台阶的下面中空,即所述突块8通过插口5插进去后,通过旋转,将突块8旋转至所述台阶的下面中空处,所述侧边4插入所述凹槽7中;所述灯罩盖1内设有插座10,该插座10上设有插槽9,所述电源接头6与该插槽9相适配。
本实施例中,所述的底座2为透明注塑件。所述的突块8与所述的插口5位置对应,且有多组。所述的插槽9有多组。所述的透明纤维网的表面有荧光涂层。
本发明新型底座2与灯罩盖1之间通过接插连接,不需要拆装螺丝螺母,在水上操作,操作人员可以方便安装或拆分。采用两组LED灯3,每组LED灯的电源接头6可选择性接入插槽9,一组有故障,不影响另一组照明,或者为了增加照明亮度,可同时使用两组LED灯3,另外底座2可整体更换,方便维修。若LED灯(3)发生故障,或外界撞击灯,透明纤维网防止灯罩爆裂,提高了安全性,适用于船上多变恶劣的环境,透明纤维网的表面上有荧光涂层,在夜晚有利于指示,即使在灯具出现故障情况下,尽可能避免事故发生。

1.一种新型船用防爆灯具,其特征在于:包括灯罩盖(1)、底座(2),该底座(2)为皿状结构,包括平底盖、侧边(4),该底盖上嵌有LED灯(3),该LED灯(3)有两组,每组至少有一个LED灯(3),每组LED灯(3)之间有导电线连接,每组LED灯(3)都连有电源接头(6);所述灯罩盖(1)呈半球状,该灯罩盖(1)的外表面紧贴覆盖有透明纤维网;该灯罩盖(1)的侧边横截面上有凹槽(7),该凹槽(7)上设有突块(8);所述底座(2)的侧边(4)上设有插口(5),该插口(5)的一边光滑,另一边设有台阶,该台阶的下面中空,即所述突块(8)通过插口(5)插进去后,通过旋转,将突块(8)旋转至所述台阶的下面中空处,所述侧边(4)插入所述凹槽(7)中;所述灯罩盖(1)内设有插座(10),该插座(10)上设有插槽(9),所述电源接头(6)与该插槽(9)相适配。
