It can be appreciated that after the coaming 12 is bent along the second crease 124 and the third crease 125, the coaming 12 is bonded with the outer side surface of the protection board 2 by adopting hot melt adhesive or white latex, so that the coaming 12 and the protection board 2 are well tightly connected, and the structural strength of the open packaging box is improved. It should be noted that the present design is not limited to this, and in other embodiments, the coaming 12 is not bent around the protection plate 2 any more, but is fixed to the protection plate 2 only by bonding between two opposite sides.
Further, the number of the coamings 12 is four, and is a first coaming 121 located on both sides in the length direction of the support plate 11, and a second coaming 122 located on both sides in the width direction of the support plate 11, respectively; the first coaming 121 extends outwards along two ends of the length direction of the supporting plate 11 to form pressing parts 123, and fourth folds 126 are formed between the first coaming 121 and the corresponding pressing parts 123; the two pressing portions 123 are bent along the fourth folds 126 towards the corresponding second coaming 122 to press against the outer side surface of the corresponding second coaming 122. It can be appreciated that after the two pressing portions 123 are bent along the respective fourth crease 126, the two pressing portions are bonded with the outer side surface of the corresponding second enclosing plate 122 through hot melt adhesive or white latex, so that the stable forming of the open packaging box is effectively realized, and the use state of the open packaging box is maintained. It should be noted that, in other embodiments, the present design is not limited thereto, and any two adjacent first enclosing plates 121 and second enclosing plates 122 may be directly fixed by means of adhesion, so as to realize the stable forming of the open package box.
Further, a plurality of first buffer members 3 are arranged on one side, facing away from the supporting plate 11, of the protecting plate 2 on the supporting plate 11, a plurality of second buffer members 4 are arranged on one side, facing away from the surrounding plate 12, of the protecting plate 2 on the surrounding plate, and the first buffer members 3 and the second buffer members 4 are used for abutting against the outer surface of the cabinet air conditioner. It can be appreciated that the first buffer member 3 and the second buffer member 4 directly abut against the outer surface of the cabinet air conditioner, so as to better buffer the external collision, and reduce the impact force possibly received by the cabinet air conditioner. In this embodiment, the first buffer member 3 and the second buffer member 4 are also adhered to the corresponding protection plate 2 by hot melt adhesive or white latex, however, in other embodiments, the first buffer member 3 and the second buffer member 4 may be mounted on the corresponding protection plate 2 by other manners, which is not limited in this design.
Further, the first cushioning members 3 are arranged in pairs at intervals along the width direction of the support plate 11, and are arranged in groups at intervals along the length direction of the support plate 11; a second buffer member 4 is disposed at a position of each coaming 12 corresponding to each first buffer member 3, so that after each coaming 12 is bent along a corresponding first crease 13, the second buffer member 4 on the coaming 12 cooperates with the corresponding first buffer member 3 to form a buffer corner. It can be understood that so set up, on the one hand, through spaced layout, realize open packing box whole, even protective effect, on the other hand, through forming buffering bight, realize multi-angle, multidirectional anti-shock and antidetonation. In this embodiment, three groups of first buffer members 3 are arranged along the length direction of the supporting plate 11, corresponding to the three groups of second buffer members 4 on the two first enclosing plates 121, two second buffer members 4 are arranged on the second enclosing plates 122 corresponding to the top of the cabinet air conditioner in the case that the top shell of the cabinet air conditioner is weak in strength; in addition, in this embodiment, the first buffer member 3 is a buffer foam block, and the second buffer member 4 is a pearl cotton block, and it can be understood that the foam and the pearl cotton are widely used buffer materials in the prior art, and have advantages of good buffer performance, easy obtaining, and the like. It should be noted that, the present design is not limited to this, and in other embodiments, the first cushioning members 3 and the second cushioning members 4 may be arranged in other numbers and in other manners, and similarly, the first cushioning members 3 and the second cushioning members 4 may be specifically configured with other structures having good cushioning properties.
Referring to fig. 8, the present invention further provides a packaging structure, where the packaging structure includes an open packaging box, and the specific structure of the open packaging box refers to the foregoing embodiments, and since the packaging structure adopts all the technical solutions of all the foregoing embodiments, at least the packaging structure has all the beneficial effects brought by the technical solutions of the foregoing embodiments, which are not described in detail herein.
The invention also provides a manufacturing method of the open packing box.
Referring to fig. 9, in a first embodiment, the method of manufacturing the open package includes the steps of, in order:
step S10, preparing a shell plate 1 and a protection plate 2;
it will be appreciated that the housing panel 1 has been subjected to a die cutting process to make it shape usable for packaging of the cabinet air conditioner. In addition, the outer shell plate 1 is corrugated cardboard, and/or the protective plate 2 is honeycomb cardboard. It can be understood that corrugated paper and honeycomb paper are materials widely applied in the packaging field in the prior art, the corrugated paper has the advantages of light weight, low price, high strength and the like, and the honeycomb paper has the advantages of light weight, good impact resistance, environmental protection and the like. In other embodiments, the shell plate 1 and the protection plate 2 may be plate-like structures with high strength, light weight, and good anti-seismic performance.
Step S20, pressing a plurality of first folds 13 on the first surface of the shell plate 1 according to the packaging size of the cabinet air conditioner so as to form the shell plate 1 into a supporting plate 11 matched with the cabinet air conditioner and coamings 12 positioned on each side edge of the supporting plate 11;
it will be appreciated that the dimensions of the support plate 11 correspond to the dimensions of the front (back) of the cabinet air conditioner, while the dimensions of the coamings 12 correspond to the dimensions of the two end faces and the two side faces of the cabinet air conditioner, respectively, and the indentation process is performed on the casing plate 1 by using the indentation mechanism, for example, but not limited to: die cutting creasing machine or full automatic creasing machine.
Step S30, mounting a protection plate 2 on the first surface of the support plate 11 and the side surface of each coaming corresponding to the first surface;
it can be understood that the protection board 2 has a good anti-seismic function so as to effectively buffer the collision of the outside, reduce the impact force transmitted to the cabinet air conditioner from the outside and realize the protection of the cabinet air conditioner. In this embodiment, the protection plate 2 is adhered to the support plate 11 and each of the surrounding plates 12 by hot melt adhesive or white latex, however, in other embodiments, the protection plate 2 may be mounted on the support plate 11 and each of the surrounding plates 12 by other methods, which is not limited in this design.
Step S40, bending and shaping each coaming 12 along the first crease 13 opposite to the corresponding side of the support plate 11 with the first surface as the inner package surface in the same direction, so as to form a containing groove for containing the cabinet air conditioner together with the support plate 11.
It will be appreciated that each panel 12 is shaped by means of bonding or stapling after bending; in addition, after the cabinet air conditioner is placed into the accommodating groove of the open packing box by production or logistics personnel, the notch of the accommodating groove is covered by a box cover or other structures, and the cabinet air conditioner is fastened by packing belts or other fixing pieces, so that the whole packing process of the cabinet air conditioner is finished.
According to the technical scheme, an outer shell plate 1 is introduced, the outer shell plate 1 is bent to form a containing groove matched with the size of the cabinet air conditioner, and a protective plate 2 is arranged on the inner side surface of the containing groove formed by the outer shell plate 1; therefore, on the basis of guaranteeing the protection (anti-shock and anti-impact) function of the open packing box in the use state, the open packing box can be converted into a plate-shaped structure with small occupied space in the non-use state, and the convenience in storage or transportation of the packing structure of the cabinet air conditioner is effectively improved.
Referring to fig. 10, in a second embodiment, the method of manufacturing the open package includes the steps of, in order:
step S10, preparing the outer shell plate 1, the protection plate 2, the first buffer 3 and the second buffer 4;
step S20, pressing a plurality of first folds 13 on the first surface of the shell plate 1 according to the packaging size of the cabinet air conditioner so as to form the shell plate 1 into a supporting plate 11 matched with the cabinet air conditioner and coamings 12 positioned on each side of the supporting plate 11, and respectively pressing a second fold 124 and a third fold 125 which are parallel on the side of each coamings 12 corresponding to the first surface according to the thickness of the protecting plate 2, wherein the third fold 125 is positioned on one side of the second fold 124 away from the first fold 13;
step S30, installing the protection plate 2 between the first surface of the support plate 11 and the second crease 124 and the first crease 13 of each coaming 12;
in step S35, a plurality of first buffers 3 are fixedly disposed on a side of the protection plate 2 on the support plate 11 facing away from the support plate 11, and a plurality of second buffers 4 are fixedly disposed on a side of the protection plate 2 on the coaming 12 facing away from the coaming 12.
It can be appreciated that the first buffer member 3 and the second buffer member 4 have good buffering performance, and are abutted against the outer surface of the cabinet air conditioner, so as to better buffer the collision of the outside, and reduce the impact force possibly received by the cabinet air conditioner. In this embodiment, the first buffer member 3 and the second buffer member 4 are made of foam or pearl wool, and are adhered to the corresponding protection plate 2 by hot melt adhesive or white latex, however, in other embodiments, the first buffer member 3 and the second buffer member 4 may be made of other buffer materials and be mounted on the corresponding protection plate 2 by other manners, which is not limited in this design.
Step S40, bending each coaming 12 along the respective second crease 124 and third crease 125 in the same direction, so that each coaming 12 at least partially wraps the corresponding protection plate 2; and each coaming 12 is bent and shaped along the same direction with the first surface as the inner package surface along the first crease 13 opposite to the corresponding side edge of the supporting plate 11, so as to form a containing groove for containing the cabinet air conditioner together with the supporting plate 11.
It can be appreciated that after the coaming 12 is bent along the second crease 124 and the third crease 125, the coaming 12 is bonded with the outer side surface of the protection board 2 by adopting hot melt adhesive or white latex, so that the coaming 12 and the protection board 2 are well tightly connected, and the structural strength of the open packaging box is improved. It should be noted that the present design is not limited to this, and in other embodiments, the coaming 12 is not bent around the protection plate 2 any more, but is fixed to the protection plate 2 only by bonding between two opposite sides.
Referring to fig. 11, in a third embodiment, the method of manufacturing the open package includes the steps of, in order:
step S10, preparing the outer shell plate 1, the protection plate 2, the first buffer 3 and the second buffer 4;
step S20, pressing a plurality of first folds 13 on the first surface of the casing plate 1 according to the packaging size of the cabinet air conditioner, so as to form the casing plate 1 into a supporting plate 11 matched with the cabinet air conditioner and surrounding plates 12 (four surrounding plates 12 are respectively first surrounding plates 121 positioned at two sides of the supporting plate 11 in the length direction and second surrounding plates 122 positioned at two sides of the supporting plate 11 in the width direction) positioned at each side of the supporting plate 11, and pressing fourth folds 126 on the side surfaces of the two first surrounding plates 121 corresponding to the first surfaces respectively according to the length of the protecting plate 2, so that each first surrounding plate 121 is provided with a pressing part 123 positioned at the outer side of the fourth fold 126;
step S30, mounting a protection plate 2 on the first surface of the support plate 11 and the side surface of each coaming 12 corresponding to the first surface;
step S35, fixedly arranging a plurality of first buffer pieces 3 on one side, facing away from the supporting plate 11, of the protecting plate 2 on the supporting plate 11, and fixedly arranging a plurality of second buffer pieces 4 on one side, facing away from the surrounding plate 12, of the protecting plate 2 on the surrounding plate 12;
in step S40, each of the coamings 12 is folded and shaped along the same direction with respect to the first fold 13 of the corresponding side of the support plate 11 and with the first surface as an inner package surface, so as to form a receiving slot for receiving the cabinet air conditioner together with the support plate 11, and the two pressing parts 123 are folded along the fourth fold 126 towards the corresponding second coamings 122 until the outer side of the corresponding second coamings 122 is pressed and fixed.
It can be appreciated that after the two pressing portions 123 are bent along the respective fourth crease 126, the two pressing portions are bonded with the outer side surface of the corresponding second enclosing plate 122 through hot melt adhesive or white latex, so that the stable forming of the open packaging box is effectively realized, and the use state of the open packaging box is maintained. It should be noted that, in other embodiments, the present design is not limited thereto, and any two adjacent first enclosing plates 121 and second enclosing plates 122 may be directly fixed by means of adhesion, so as to realize the stable forming of the open package box.
It can be understood that the third embodiment and the second embodiment may be independent solutions, and may also be combined with each other to form other embodiments of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. An open package case for the packing of cabinet air conditioner, characterized by comprising:
the shell plate comprises a supporting plate matched with the cabinet air conditioner and coamings arranged on each side of the supporting plate, first folds are arranged between each coamings and the corresponding side of the supporting plate, and each coamings are bent towards the same side of the supporting plate along the corresponding first folds so as to form a containing groove for containing the cabinet air conditioner together with the supporting plate; a kind of electronic device with high-pressure air-conditioning system
The inner side surfaces of the supporting plate and the coamings, which are correspondingly formed into the accommodating groove, are respectively provided with the protective plate, and the protective plates are adhered to the supporting plate and the coamings through hot melt adhesive or white latex;
each coaming is provided with a second crease and a third crease which are parallel, the third crease is positioned on one side of the second crease, which is away from the first crease, the distance between the second crease and the third crease is equal to the thickness of a protection plate on the coaming, the protection plate on the coaming is arranged between the first crease and the second crease, and each coaming is bent towards the same side of the support plate along the respective second crease and third crease, so that each coaming at least partially wraps the corresponding protection plate.
2. An open package according to claim 1, wherein the skin panels are corrugated cardboard and/or the protective panels are honeycomb cardboard.
3. The open package of claim 1 wherein the number of panels is four and each comprises a first panel on each side of the support panel in the lengthwise direction and a second panel on each side of the support panel in the widthwise direction; the first coaming extends outwards along the two ends of the length direction of the supporting plate to form pressing parts, and fourth folds are formed between the first coaming and the corresponding pressing parts;
the two pressing parts are bent towards the corresponding second coaming along the fourth crease so as to press the outer side face of the corresponding second coaming.
4. An open top packaging box according to any one of claims 1 to 3 wherein a side of the protective sheet on the support panel facing away from the support panel is provided with a plurality of first cushioning members and a side of the protective sheet on the enclosure facing away from the enclosure is provided with a plurality of second cushioning members, the first cushioning members and the second cushioning members being adapted to abut an outer surface of the cabinet air conditioner.
5. The open package of claim 4 wherein said first cushioning members are spaced apart in pairs along the width of said support panel and are spaced apart in pairs along the length of said support panel; the second buffer pieces are arranged at positions of the coamings corresponding to the first buffer pieces, so that after the coamings are bent along the corresponding first folds, the second buffer pieces on the coamings are matched with the corresponding first buffer pieces to form buffer corner parts.
6. The manufacturing method of the open packing box is characterized by comprising the following steps in sequence:
step S10, preparing a shell plate and a protection plate;
step S20, pressing a plurality of first folds on the first surface of the shell plate according to the packaging size of the cabinet air conditioner so as to form the shell plate into a supporting plate matched with the cabinet air conditioner and coamings positioned on each side edge of the supporting plate;
step S30, mounting a protection plate on the first surface of the support plate and the side surface of each coaming corresponding to the first surface;
step S40, bending and shaping each coaming along a first crease corresponding to the side edge of each coaming corresponding to the supporting plate by taking the first surface as an inner packaging surface in the same direction so as to form a containing groove for containing the cabinet air conditioner by surrounding the coaming and the supporting plate together;
the step S20 further includes: respectively pressing a second crease and a third crease which are parallel to each other on the side surface of each coaming corresponding to the first surface according to the thickness of the protective plate, wherein the third crease is positioned on one side of the second crease away from the first crease;
the step S30 further includes: installing the protective plate between the first surface of the support plate and the second crease and the first crease of each of the coamings;
the step S40 further includes: and bending the coamings along the respective second crease and third crease in the same direction so that each coaming at least partially wraps the corresponding protection plate.
7. The method of manufacturing an open package as claimed in claim 6, wherein,
the step S10 further includes: preparing a first buffer member and a second buffer member;
the step S30 and the step S40 further include:
step S35, a plurality of first buffer parts are fixedly arranged on one side, opposite to the supporting plate, of the protection plate on the supporting plate, and a plurality of second buffer parts are fixedly arranged on one side, opposite to the surrounding plate, of the protection plate on the surrounding plate.
8. The method of manufacturing an open package according to claim 6, wherein the number of the panels is four, and each of the panels is a first panel located on both sides in a longitudinal direction of the support plate, and a second panel located on both sides in a width direction of the support plate;
the step S20 further includes: pressing a fourth crease on the side surfaces of the two first coamings corresponding to the first surfaces respectively according to the length of the protection plate, so that each first coaming is provided with a pressing part positioned outside the fourth crease;
the step S40 further includes: and bending the two pressing parts along the respective fourth folding marks towards the corresponding second coaming until the outer side surfaces of the corresponding second coaming are pressed and fixed.
9. A method of manufacturing an open ended package according to any one of claims 6 to 8 wherein the skin panels are corrugated paperboard and/or the protective panels are honeycomb paperboard.
10. A packaging structure for a cabinet air conditioner, comprising the open package box according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
