Abstract

本发明提供电动车用充电器,包括插座,复位块,弹簧,接触触点,端子固定座和接线端子,所述的接线端子插接在端子固定座上;所述的弹簧一端贯穿接触触点插接在复位块的中间位置,另一端与端子固定座的中间位置接触。本发明二次注塑加强壳的设置,有利于提高对复位块,弹簧,接触触点,端子固定座和接线端子的防护效果;弹簧一端贯穿接触触点插接在复位块的中间位置,另一端与端子固定座的中间位置接触的设置,有利于在插入充电插头时能够连通电源,且在将插头拔下时,插座电源中断,可防止小孩子触碰插座造成触电;弹簧的外侧表面还设置有硅胶套,有利于防止接触触点与弹簧接触,产生电路。

本发明属于电车充电器技术领域,尤其涉及电动车用充电器。
背景技术
在如今高科技发展的社会,电动车已经成为新的代步工具,为了能够确保电动车的正常使用,电动车使用过程中需要反复对蓄电池进行充电,以提供动力。老产品在电动车充电过程中,电动车可以启动运行。造成人为疏忽或者小孩子可以操作电动车启动,形成安全隐患。
但是现有的电动车用充电器还存在着安全性低和容易造成触电危害的问题。
因此,发明电动车用充电器显得非常必要。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供电动车用充电器,以解决现有的电动车用充电器安全性低和容易造成触电危害的问题。电动车用充电器,包括插座,复位块,弹簧,接触触点,端子固定座和接线端子,所述的接线端子插接在端子固定座上;所述的弹簧一端贯穿接触触点插接在复位块的中间位置,另一端与端子固定座的中间位置接触;所述的复位块,弹簧,接触触点,端子固定座和接线端子分别插接在插座的内部。
优选的,所述的插座的左侧还设置有二次注塑加强壳。
优选的,所述的二次注塑加强壳的上下两侧的高度分别增加3mm至5mm。
优选的,所述的复位块的左侧上下两端还设置有卡接凸起。
优选的,所述的接触触点的右侧上下两端还设置有内弯卡钩。
优选的,所述的接触触点通过内弯卡钩卡接在复位块上的卡接凸起中。
优选的,所述的接触触点采用铜制触点。
优选的,所述的弹簧的外侧表面还设置有硅胶套。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
1.本发明中,所述的二次注塑加强壳的设置,有利于提高对复位块,弹簧,接触触点,端子固定座和接线端子的防护效果。
2.本发明中,所述的弹簧一端贯穿接触触点插接在复位块的中间位置,另一端与端子固定座的中间位置接触的设置,有利于在插入充电插头时能够连通电源,且在将插头拔下时,插座电源中断,可防止小孩子触碰插座造成触电。
3.本发明中,所述的弹簧的外侧表面还设置有硅胶套,有利于防止接触触点与弹簧接触,产生电路。

本发明提供电动车用充电器,包括插座1,复位块2,弹簧3,接触触点4,端子固定座5和接线端子6,所述的接线端子6插接在端子固定座5上;所述的弹簧3一端贯穿接触触点4插接在复位块2的中间位置,另一端与端子固定座5的中间位置接触;所述的复位块2,弹簧3,接触触点4,端子固定座5和接线端子6分别插接在插座1的内部。

工作原理
本发明在工作过程中,复位块2被充电插头向插座1内挤入时,复位块2带动接触触点4与向内移动,当接触触点4与接线端子6接触后,控制电路连通,控制整车处于断电状态,当充电完毕后,拔出充电插头,则在弹簧3的作用下将复位块2复位,接触触点4与接线端子6断开,控制电路接通整车电源。
利用本发明所述的技术方案,或本领域的技术人员在本发明技术方案的启发下,设计出类似的技术方案,而达到上述技术效果的,均是落入本发明的保护范围。

1.电动车用充电器,其特征在于,该电动车用充电器,包括插座(1),复位块(2),弹簧(3),接触触点(4),端子固定座(5)和接线端子(6),所述的接线端子(6)插接在端子固定座(5)上;所述的弹簧(3)一端贯穿接触触点(4)插接在复位块(2)的中间位置,另一端与端子固定座(5)的中间位置接触;所述的复位块(2),弹簧(3),接触触点(4),端子固定座(5)和接线端子6分别插接在插座(1)的内部。
2.如权利要求1所述的电动车用充电器,其特征在于,所述的插座(1)的左侧还设置有二次注塑加强壳(11)。
3.如权利要求1所述的电动车用充电器,其特征在于,所述的二次注塑加强壳(11)的上下两侧的高度分别增加3mm至5mm。
4.如权利要求1所述的电动车用充电器,其特征在于,所述的复位块(2)的左侧上下两端还设置有卡接凸起(21)。
5.如权利要求1所述的电动车用充电器,其特征在于,所述的接触触点(4)的右侧上下两端还设置有内弯卡钩(41)。
6.如权利要求4或5所述的电动车用充电器,其特征在于,所述的接触触点(4)通过内弯卡钩(41)卡接在复位块(2)上的卡接凸起(21)中。
7.如权利要求1所述的电动车用充电器,其特征在于,所述的接触触点(4)采用铜制触点。
8.如权利要求1所述的电动车用充电器,其特征在于,所述的弹簧(3)的外侧表面还设置有硅胶套。
