Abstract
The invention provides modified silicon rubber polymer weather-resistant leather and a preparation method thereof. The leather has special properties (weather resistance, high air permeability, chemical reagent resistance, high bending resistance, high surface hardness, high and low temperature resistance, heat-resistant adhesion, hydrophobicity, corrosion resistance and radiation resistance), and the application range of the organic silicon leather in special environments is expanded. Meanwhile, the manufacturing method is simple, continuous production can be realized, the efficiency is high, and no harmful substance or pollutant exists in the whole production process and the using process.

Background
At present, Polyurethane (PU) and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) are mainly used in the synthetic leather industry at home and abroad, the synthetic leather contains a large amount of harmful substances such as dimethylformamide, butanone, toluene and the like in the manufacturing and using processes, and decomposition products harmful to the environment and organisms such as hydrogen chloride, dioxin, hydrogen cyanide and the like are generated in the process of recycling and treating wastes of the synthetic leather. When used in daily life, PU and PVC synthetic leather have the defects of poor ageing resistance, poor temperature resistance, easy hydrolysis, easy contamination, poor air permeability, poor bending resistance, poor hot water resistance, excessive production procedures, resource waste and the like. The existing organic silicon leather needs to overcome the defects and obtain novel organic leather with high production efficiency and excellent lasting weather resistance.

10-50 parts of vinyl polysiloxane, 1-10 parts of alkyd modified silicon resin, 1-10 parts of polyester modified silicon resin, 1-10 parts of acrylic modified silicon resin, 1-10 parts of epoxy modified silicon resin, 1-10 parts of phenolic modified silicon resin, 1-10 parts of polyimide modified silicon resin, 0.01-2 parts of single-component platinum catalyst and 10-100 parts of filler. The liquid silicone rubber polymer adhesive layer 2 and the modified silicone rubber polymer layer 1 have the same components, but some components may have slight differences, and the components with the same or similar components can have the same or similar molecular chain structures, so that the modified silicone rubber polymer layer 1 and the liquid silicone rubber polymer adhesive layer 2 are easier to combine, the bonding force between the two layers is increased, and the obtained synthetic leather is not easy to delaminate.
Preferably, the single-component platinum catalyst consists of hydrogen-containing polysiloxane, a molecular-coated platinum catalyst and a time delay agent.
Preferably, the hydrogenpolysiloxane is polysiloxane with at least 3 hydrogen atoms directly connected with Si, the hydrogen atoms are positioned at chain end side chains or both chain ends simultaneously contain hydrogen atoms directly connected with Si, the content of the hydrogen atoms is 0.1-1.6%, and the hydrogenpolysiloxane is straight-chain, dendritic, cyclic or a mixture thereof.
Preferably, the hydrogen content of the hydrogenpolysiloxane in the single-component platinum catalyst in the modified silicone rubber polymer layer 1 is 0.6-1.6%, and the viscosity of the hydrogenpolysiloxane is at least 50 centistokes; when the hydrogen-containing polysiloxane in the single-component platinum catalyst in the liquid silicone rubber polymer adhesive layer 2 is used by matching more than two hydrogen-containing silicone oils, the dosage of one of the hydrogen-containing silicone oils is not less than 5%, preferably not less than 10%.
Preferably, the molecular-coated platinum catalyst is a chloroplatinic acid isopropanol solution, a chloroplatinic acid tetrahydrofuran solution, a chloroplatinic acid-divinyl tetramethyl disiloxane complex or a chloroplatinic acid-1, 3, 5, 7-tetravinyl-1, 3, 5, 7-tetramethyl-cyclotetrasiloxane complex, and the content of Pt atoms in the platinum catalyst is 100-500000 ppm.
Preferably, the retarder is methylbutynol, ethynylcyclohexanol, alkynyl-containing maleic acid or a derivative thereof, alkynyl-containing fumaric acid or a derivative thereof, polyvinyl polysiloxane, pyridine, an unsaturated amide, an organic phosphine, or a phosphite.
Preferably, the filler comprises at least one of fumed silica and precipitated silica, silicone resin, silica micropowder, at least one of calcium carbonate, aluminosilicate, diatomite, alumina, aluminum hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide, titanium dioxide or a mixture thereof; the color paste is a pigment taking polysiloxane as a dispersion medium; the base material is woven fabric or non-woven fabric or superfine fiber; the thickness of the modified silicone rubber polymer layer 1 is 0.1-0.6 mm.
Referring to fig. 2, a method for preparing the silicone rubber polymer weather-resistant leather includes the steps of:
s1, preparing a coating, wherein on one hand, the coating for forming the modified silicon rubber polymer layer 1 is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20Kg of vinyl polysiloxane, 0.5Kg of each of 6 modified silicon resins, 3Kg of hydrophobic fumed silica as a filler, 0.5Kg of color paste, and 0.2Kg of single-component platinum catalyst with the Pt concentration of 3000ppm as a molecular-coated platinum group catalyst, and the preparation method comprises the steps of firstly mixing the 20Kg of vinyl polysiloxane, 0.5Kg of each of six modified silicon resins and 3Kg of hydrophobic fumed silica (the specific surface area is 200), then adding 0.2Kg of single-component platinum catalyst, and uniformly mixing the color paste with 0.5Kg to obtain the required coating. On the other hand, the coating for forming the liquid silicone rubber polymer adhesive layer 2 is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: vinyl silicone adopts 20Kg of vinyl silicone oil with viscosity of 20000 centistokes end, 0.5Kg of each of six modified silicone rubber resins, 5Kg of hydrophobic fumed silica as filler, 0.5Kg of color paste, and 0.2Kg of single-component platinum catalyst with Pt concentration of 3000ppm as molecular-coated platinum catalyst, and the coating of the liquid silicone rubber polymer adhesive layer 2 can be obtained by uniformly mixing.
S2, coating preparation, namely coating the coating forming the modified silicone rubber polymer layer 1 in the S1 on the textured release paper A1 by using a coating head A2 of a coating device, wherein the coating thickness is 0.1-0.6mm, and coating the coating forming the liquid silicone rubber polymer adhesive in the S1 on a substrate.
And S3, vulcanizing, namely laminating the two layers of coatings coated in the S2 to form a composite layered object by using a composite roller A3, sequentially coating release paper, a modified silicone rubber polymer coating layer, a liquid silicone rubber polymer adhesive coating layer and a base material layer, and baking in a baking channel of an oven B1 at the temperature of 60-160 ℃ for 3-10 minutes to complete the vulcanization.
S4, post-processing, vulcanizing, removing the release paper, performing other post-processing procedures, and rolling by using a rolling device C1 to obtain the silicone rubber polymer weather-resistant leather with the total thickness of 0.6-1.5mm, wherein the test performance of the silicone rubber polymer weather-resistant leather is shown in Table 1.

The leather has special properties (weather resistance, high air permeability, chemical reagent resistance, high bending resistance, high surface hardness, high and low temperature resistance, heat-resistant adhesion, hydrophobicity, corrosion resistance and radiation resistance), and the application range of the organic silicon leather in special environments is expanded. Meanwhile, the manufacturing method is simple, continuous production can be realized, the efficiency is high, and no harmful substance or pollutant exists in the whole production process and the using process.
The above description is only an embodiment of the present invention, and not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and all modifications of equivalent structures and equivalent processes performed by the present specification and drawings, or directly or indirectly applied to other related technical fields, are included in the scope of the present invention.
Claims (8)
1. A silicone rubber polymer weatherable leather characterized by: the modified silicone rubber adhesive sequentially comprises a modified silicone rubber polymer layer, a liquid silicone rubber polymer adhesive layer and a base material layer, wherein the modified silicone rubber polymer layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
10-50 parts of vinyl polysiloxane, 1-20 parts of alkyd modified silicon resin, 1-20 parts of polyester modified silicon resin, 1-20 parts of acrylic modified silicon resin, 1-20 parts of epoxy modified silicon resin, 1-20 parts of phenolic modified silicon resin, 1-20 parts of polyimide modified silicon resin, 0.01-2 parts of single-component platinum catalyst, 10-100 parts of filler and 0-10 parts of color paste;
the liquid silicone rubber polymer adhesive layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
10-50 parts of vinyl polysiloxane, 1-10 parts of alkyd modified silicon resin, 1-10 parts of polyester modified silicon resin, 1-10 parts of acrylic modified silicon resin, 1-10 parts of epoxy modified silicon resin, 1-10 parts of phenolic modified silicon resin, 1-10 parts of polyimide modified silicon resin, 0.01-2 parts of single-component platinum catalyst and 10-100 parts of filler;
wherein the single-component platinum catalyst consists of hydrogen-containing polysiloxane, a molecular-coated platinum catalyst and a time delay agent.
2. The silicone rubber polymer weatherable leather of claim 1, wherein: the hydrogenpolysiloxane is polysiloxane with at least 3 hydrogen atoms directly connected with Si, the hydrogen atoms are positioned on a chain end side chain, or both chain ends simultaneously contain the hydrogen atoms directly connected with Si, the hydrogen atom content is 0.1-1.6%, and the hydrogenpolysiloxane is straight-chain, dendritic, cyclic or a mixture thereof.
3. The silicone rubber polymer weatherable leather of claim 2, wherein: the hydrogen content of the hydrogenpolysiloxane in the single-component platinum catalyst in the modified silicon rubber polymer layer is 0.6-1.6%, and the viscosity of the hydrogenpolysiloxane is at least 50 centistokes; when the hydrogen-containing polysiloxane in the single-component platinum catalyst in the liquid silicone rubber polymer adhesive layer is used by matching more than two hydrogen-containing silicone oils, the dosage of one hydrogen-containing silicone oil is not less than 5%.

The silicone rubber polymer weatherable leather of claim 1, wherein: the molecular-coated platinum catalyst is a chloroplatinic acid isopropanol solution, a chloroplatinic acid tetrahydrofuran solution, a chloroplatinic acid-divinyl tetramethyl disiloxane complex or a chloroplatinic acid-1, 3, 5, 7-tetravinyl-1, 3, 5, 7-tetramethyl-cyclotetrasiloxane complex, and the content of Pt atoms in the platinum catalyst is 100-500000 ppm.

The silicone rubber polymer weatherable leather of claim 1, wherein: the time delay agent is methyl butynol, ethynyl cyclohexanol, maleic acid containing alkynyl or derivatives thereof, fumaric acid containing alkynyl or derivatives thereof, polyvinyl polysiloxane, pyridine, unsaturated amides or organic phosphine.
6. The silicone rubber polymer weatherable leather of claim 1, wherein: the filler comprises at least one of fumed silica and precipitated silica, silicone resin, silica micropowder, at least one of calcium carbonate, aluminosilicate, diatomite, alumina, aluminum hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide, and titanium dioxide.
7. The silicone rubber polymer weatherable leather of claim 1, wherein: the color paste is a pigment taking polysiloxane as a dispersion medium; the base material is woven fabric or non-woven fabric or superfine fiber; the thickness of the modified silicone rubber polymer layer is 0.1-0.6 mm.
8. The method for preparing the silicone rubber polymer weather-resistant leather as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising the steps of:
s1, preparing a coating for forming a modified silicon rubber polymer layer and a coating for forming a liquid silicon rubber polymer adhesive layer according to the raw material composition of claim 1;
s2, coating preparation, namely coating the paint forming the modified silicon rubber polymer layer in the S1 on the release paper with texture, wherein the coating thickness is 0.1-0.6mm, and coating the paint forming the liquid silicon rubber polymer adhesive in the S1 on the base material;
s3, vulcanizing, namely, attaching the two layers of coatings coated in the S2 to form a composite layered object, sequentially arranging release paper, a modified silicon rubber polymer coating layer, a liquid silicon rubber polymer adhesive coating layer and a substrate layer, and baking in a drying tunnel at 60-160 ℃ for 3-10 minutes to complete vulcanization;
and S4, post-treating, vulcanizing, removing the release paper, and performing other post-treatment procedures to obtain the silicone rubber polymer weather-resistant leather.
