The distance from the center of the upper mounting part 2 to the dismounting part 22 is smaller than the distance from the center of the upper mounting part 2 to the fixing part 21, and the end part 311 of the fixing part 31 is radially positioned between the fixing part 21 and the dismounting part 22, so that the fixing part 31 can smoothly enter or move out of the dismounting part 22, and simultaneously, the overlapping part of the fixing part 31 and the fixing part 21 ensures that the upper mounting part 2 and the lower mounting part 3 are firmly mounted.
In order to allow the fixing member 31 to smoothly rotate from the detachable portion 22 to the fixing portion 21, guide angles are provided on both sides of the fixing portion 21.
