the electric system 15 comprises a voltage regulating and stabilizing module 16, a PWM speed regulating module 17, a temperature monitoring and controlling module 18, a temperature sensor 1801, a system heat dissipation exhaust fan 29 and a high temperature heat dissipation exhaust fan 30; the voltage regulating and stabilizing module 16 and the PWM speed regulating module 17 are respectively installed in an electric room 1401 of the trolley outer shell 1 through a bracket, a power input interface of the voltage regulating and stabilizing module 16 is connected with a power switch 9, an output interface is connected with the PWM speed regulating module 17 and corresponding input interfaces of other power utilization systems of the gas cutting machine, an output power interface of the PWM speed regulating module 17 is connected with a forward and backward switch, and the forward and backward switch is connected with an input interface of a motor 2001 of the driving system 19; the temperature monitoring control module 18 is fixedly arranged in the electric chamber 1401 of the trolley outer shell 1 through a bracket, a power input interface of the temperature monitoring control module 18 is connected to a power corresponding output interface of the voltage regulating and stabilizing module 16, and a controllable relay output of the temperature monitoring control module 18 is connected to the high-temperature heat dissipation exhaust fan 30; a temperature sensor 1801 is mounted to the vent wall of the electrical compartment 1401 within the cart housing 1, monitors temperature and transmits a temperature signal to the central processor of the temperature monitoring control module 18; the high-temperature heat dissipation exhaust fan 30 is arranged on the outer surface of the right side of the trolley outer shell 1 through screws, is communicated with an exhaust fan chamber and is used for pumping out air in the exhaust fan chamber, a power line of the high-temperature heat dissipation exhaust fan 30 is connected to a controllable relay electric output interface of the temperature monitoring control module 18, and is controlled to be opened and closed by the temperature monitoring control module 18 according to a preset temperature value; the system heat dissipation exhaust fan 29 is installed on the outer surface of the right side of the trolley outer shell 1 through an installation plate, is communicated with the electric chamber 1401 and is used for pumping out air in the electric chamber 1401, and a power line of the system heat dissipation exhaust fan 29 is connected to a corresponding output power interface of the voltage regulation and stabilization module 16. When the gas cutting machine is started or closed, the system heat dissipation exhaust fan 29 is started or closed along with the starting and closing of the gas cutting machine; when the gas cutting machine works, the temperature monitoring control module 18 automatically starts the high-temperature heat dissipation exhaust fan 30 when monitoring that the temperature in the trolley is higher than a preset value, and automatically closes the high-temperature heat dissipation exhaust fan 30 when monitoring that the temperature is reduced to be within a normal value range;
the guide rail 31 is a straight steel plate with the length of 1800mm, the width of 170mm and the thickness of 4mm, two symmetrical straight grooves with the width of 5mm, the depth of 2.5mm and chamfer angles of 1.5x45 degrees are machined on the surface of the straight steel plate, the distance between the two straight grooves is 140mm, the trolley wheels are placed in the grooves of the guide rail 31 to conduct linear guiding movement, and a convex character interface and a concave character interface are machined at the two ends of the guide rail 31 in a punching and shearing mode respectively and used for quick continuous connection of the guide rail 31.
As a preferred embodiment, the voltage output of the wide voltage lithium battery pack 3 is DC48V; the voltage input of the voltage regulating and stabilizing module 16 is DC48V, and the output voltage is a plurality of groups of adjustable DC10-110V. The voltage input of the PWM speed regulating module 17 is DC10-110V, the output range is 0-100%, and the control frequency is 15KHZ.
As a preferred embodiment, the battery charge-discharge protection board is designed with a maximum charge current limiting circuit, a maximum charge voltage limiting circuit, a discharge overcurrent protection circuit, a short-circuit protection circuit and a discharge undervoltage protection circuit.
As a preferred embodiment, the operation panel 701 is further provided with a cover glass of the electric power voltage display 10, a speed digital display 12, a cover glass and a temperature digital display 13, and the cover glass is adhered to the mounting frame of the corresponding display by RTV silicone rubber.
In the embodiment, other mechanical part structures which are not described in detail are all of the prior art, and specific structures can be referred to a trolley type gas cutting machine and a mechanical manual in the mechanical industry standard JB-T7436-1994.
Embodiment two: high temperature resistant cordless power trolley type gas cutting machine
Compared with the high-temperature-resistant cordless power trolley type gas cutting machine in the first embodiment, the high-temperature-resistant cordless power trolley type gas cutting machine in the first embodiment is different in input and output power voltages of various components, and is as follows in detail: the voltage output of the wide-voltage lithium battery pack 3 is DC12V, the voltage input of the voltage regulating and stabilizing module is DC12V, and the output voltage is multi-component adjustable DC 10-36V; the voltage input of the PWM speed regulating module 17 is DC10-35V, the output range is 0-100%, and the control frequency is 15KHZ.
Embodiment III: high temperature resistant cordless power trolley type gas cutting machine (III)
Compared with the high temperature resistant cordless power trolley type gas cutting machine in the first and second embodiments, the high temperature resistant cordless power trolley type gas cutting machine in the present embodiment is different in that input and output power voltages of respective components thereof are different, and is described in detail as follows: the voltage output of the wide-voltage lithium battery pack 3 is DC24V; the voltage input of the voltage regulating and stabilizing module 16 is DC24V, and the output voltage is a plurality of groups of adjustable DC10-36V. The voltage input of the PWM speed regulating module 17 is DC10-36V, the output range is 0-100%, and the control frequency is 15KHZ.

the arm mechanism device comprises an arm column, an arm sleeve assembly, a rack shaft, a YZ moving device and a universal torch clamp device; wherein the arm column is vertically and fixedly arranged at the central plane position above the battery heat insulation seat to support the whole set of mechanical arm mechanism device; the arm mechanism device is arranged on the arm column in a mode of 360-degree rotation movement by taking the arm column as an axial core, and can be fixed at any angle position by locking a ball handle screw of an arm sleeve assembly arranged on the arm mechanism device; the rack shaft is arranged on the arm sleeve assembly in a mode of horizontally and transversely moving, the movement adjustment is carried out through a hand wheel on the arm sleeve assembly, and the YZ moving device is arranged on the rack shaft through the moving seat assembly; the universal torch clamp device is arranged on the YZ moving device and can vertically and transversely move through a moving hand wheel of the YZ moving device; the torch clamp on the universal torch clamp device clamps the cutting torch tool on the gas circuit system, and the cutting torch tool swings and locks at a front-back left-right angle by loosening or locking the screw on the universal torch clamp;
the power supply system comprises a battery protection cover, a wide-voltage lithium battery pack, a lithium battery charging and discharging protection plate, a charging plug, a discharging plug and a lithium battery charger; the battery protection cover is arranged in the battery heat insulation seat, is wrapped by the battery heat insulation seat, and the wide-voltage lithium battery pack is embedded into the battery protection cover; the lithium battery charging and discharging protection plate is embedded into the wide-voltage lithium battery pack and is integrated, the wide-voltage lithium battery pack is connected to the discharging plug through a power line led out of the lithium battery charging and discharging protection plate, and the discharging plug is connected to the operating system power socket to provide power for the electric system to work; one end of the lithium battery charger is input to be connected with commercial power through a wire and a plug, and the other end of the lithium battery charger is output to be connected with a charging plug on the wide-voltage lithium battery pack through the wire and the lithium battery charger plug for battery charging;
