the judging module is used for judging N parameters in the N key process control parameter curves based on a preset judging rule in the hot rolling online quality judging system and giving a specific judging grade, wherein the preset judging rule is a rule verified by using historical data; when the N key process control parameter curves include defect information of the hot-rolled surface quality inspection system, the preset determination rule is: setting the distance between the head and the tail which do not participate in the judgment to be 2-10 m, and judging according to the size, the area, the density and the distance between the head and the tail and the edge of the defect;
when the N key process control parameter curves include width and thickness,
the preset judgment rule is as follows:
setting the head and the tail not to participate in the judgment for the distance A m;
setting upper and lower control limits;
setting the allowable point of the head part B m exceeding the upper limit C mm not to exceed D% and the allowable point of the middle part exceeding the upper limit not to exceed E% according to a sectional judgment method;
