技术领域
本发明属于人工标记技术领域,具体涉及一种深海鱼类金属磁性线标。
背景技术
深海鱼(deep-sea fish),分属十多个科,特征是口大、眼大,身体某一或某几部分有发光器。见于大洋深处的硬骨鱼纲(Osteichthyes)鱼类,通常在600~2,700公尺(2,000~9,000呎)以下,发光器既用于诱捕猎物,也用于引诱配偶,深海鱼在进化过程中为适应压力极大,极寒冷和黑暗的生存环境而形成了这些特殊习性,深海鱼的栖息地是世界上最特殊的,由于深海中的竞争不如岸边或浅海中那麼激烈,使许多原始类群得以存活至今,需要设计一种深海鱼标记,可对深海鱼的分布、生长资源进行生态评估。
现有技术对深海鱼类的分布、生长和资源状况还不是很清楚,可通过给鱼标记进行研究,常用的技术如PIT标记,PIT标记通过无线频率标识系统对动物进行标识,标签均为玻璃制品,无毒无害。可以通过注射植入动物体内,让每一只动物均有一个唯一的身份证,但现有技术中的PIT标记的频射芯片由玻璃封装,但玻璃在鱼体内会随着鱼的游动发生位移,当位移到鱼的骨头边上,鱼游动时骨头可能会对玻璃造成挤压导致玻璃破裂或产生裂纹,玻璃内会渗入液体,频射芯片无法正常工作,当标记注射到鱼体内后可能会被鱼体内的液体腐蚀,破坏标记的密封性,现有技术中的PIT标记虽然体积小,但是在植入鱼体内后会对鱼的活动产生一些微小的影响,例如可能会影响鱼类的游动速度,在水中的平衡性等。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种深海鱼类金属磁性线标,采用双层壳体设计保护频射芯片,跟踪装置信号稳定可靠,壳体不易被腐蚀损坏,在壳体之间填充稀释的导热硅脂,提高线标的抗压性能,本线标可实现对深海鱼的定位追踪和存储生物信息,还有利于提升深海鱼的游动速度,利于提高标记鱼类的生存能力。
本发明为实现上述目的所采取的方案为:一种深海鱼金属磁性线标,包括内壳,和内壳内安置的频射芯片,内壳通过支撑杆、连接套连接有外壳,内壳与外壳之间填充有稀释的导热硅脂,连接套内连接有螺纹塞,螺纹塞外侧填充有密封胶,内壳中部表面与外壳之间设有支撑环,支撑环内设有球形孔,球形孔内安置有平衡杆。本发明的线标在深海中通过注射器插入需标记的深海鱼体内通过注射将本线标留在鱼体内,设计双层壳体可有效避免内壳被深海鱼体内的组织或骨头或深海强压挤压破裂导致鱼体内的部分液体进入本线标内使其无法正常工作,通过在外壳和内壳之间填充稀释的导热硅,可显著提高本线标的深海抗压能力,导热硅脂与水的稀释比例为1:10~20,设有的平衡杆有利于深海鱼在水中的平衡性,通过平衡杆两端上下晃动还有利于鱼的游动速度,通过螺纹塞和密封胶可很好的保证本线标的密封性,避免其内部电器件与液体接触。
作为优选,内壳一端通过支撑杆与外壳连接,另一端通过连接套与外壳连接,连接套的长度为支撑杆的1.5~3倍,设有的连接套和支撑杆有利于保持内壳在外壳中的平稳性,避免内壳与外壳发生碰撞,连接套表面设有凹孔,凹孔内设有定位器,通过定位器可实现对深海鱼类的定位研究,凹孔表面设有密封隔膜,设有的密封隔膜可避免稀释的导热硅脂与定位器接触,使其无法工作,而且密封隔膜还可以微调外壳与内壳之间腔体的容积,连接套的内孔设有螺纹与螺纹塞对应的螺纹,连接套的内孔设有与螺纹塞配合的螺纹,相比于现有技术中采用的密封胶封口采用螺纹连接可增强本线标的密封性,在装入频射芯片后通过螺纹塞的自锁性和密封胶进一步提升线标的密封效果,
作为优选,支撑环内安置的平衡杆中端设有与支撑环球形孔间隙配合的球体,间隙配合的球体可在球形孔之间发生转动,可在球体表面涂覆润滑油,可显著提高平衡杆的摆动效率,支撑环与外壳厚度比为0.85~1:1,有利于提升本线标的抗压强度,避免外壳产生裂纹或碎裂对标记的深海鱼类产生伤害。
作为优选,外壳表面涂覆有防腐蚀涂层,防腐蚀涂层由以下成分及重量份组成:环氧丙烯酸树脂36~48份、苯胺甲基三甲氧基硅烷0.2-0.25份、稳定剂0.2-0.3份、二甲基丙烯酸镁0.3-0.38份、苯甲酸二丁脂3-6份、氰基丙烯酸乙酯0.1-0.3份、丙烯酸羟乙酯2-11份、二甲基丙烯酸锌0.2-0.35份、聚四氟乙烯2-3份、聚乙烯醇12.4-14份、对甲氧基苯酚2-3份,环氧丙烯酸树脂与苯甲酸二丁脂的重量比为6~12:1。通过控制环氧丙烯酸树脂与苯甲酸二丁脂的重量比可有效增强防腐蚀涂层与外壳表面的干燥速度和粘接效果,防腐蚀涂层在涂覆外壳表面后经烘干处理,防腐蚀涂层具有优异的耐腐蚀效果,可防止深海鱼肉中分泌的酸性物质对外壳表面造成腐蚀降低其表面强度和硬度,有利于保护外壳的抗压能力,通过添加的二甲基丙烯酸镁、二甲基丙烯酸镁、氰基丙烯酸乙酯与防腐涂层中各配方成分结合后在防腐涂层表面生成一层防护膜可显著增强防腐蚀涂层防腐效果,增强其耐盐雾的能力,同时本防腐涂层还具有优异的耐热、耐寒、耐油、耐高压,变形率低的效果,在将本线标注射进深海鱼类体内之前可在防腐蚀涂层表面涂覆一层微量的麻药粉,可尽量减轻注射时的痛苦。
作为优选,防腐蚀涂层配方中的稳定剂为功能活性多肽,功能活性多肽的氨基酸序列为:MVYKILTVCLVASLLETCLADYHTKYGKPSYGGYGGKGGRGGGGAVAHAHAHAHASAGAHGRARAHARAMAHAHAGGGAAHGHPGFPAGSASAARAARGAVGGFGGGFGSASAAAAARAAAAAGGLGGGFGSAAANAAARAAAGGFG,该稳定剂可显著增强涂层在制备过程中各成分的化学反应稳定效果,有利于提升防腐蚀涂层的耐盐雾效果,同时在涂层涂覆到外壳表面后在涂层最表面形成一层疏离层,可避免深海鱼鱼肉组织与线标发生粘结或鱼内的液体与外壳表面接触,有利于增强防腐涂层的防腐效果和防腐有效时间。
作为优选,平衡杆中间为球体,两端通过连杆连接有平衡球,平衡球与平衡杆中间的球体直径比为1~1.2:1,设计的球体与支撑环间隙配合可使球体随着深海鱼类游动上下晃动,改变球体两端的平衡性,有利于提升本线标在鱼体内的平衡性进而提升深海鱼类的平衡性能,在装配平衡杆时,可在球体表面涂覆润滑油,提高平衡杆的摆动效率。
作为优选,外壳和内壳为球柱体,外壳与内壳的厚度比为1~1.4:1,采用双层壳体结构可避免壳体被鱼体内的骨头或深海强压挤压破裂导致标记无法正常工作,设计的外壳与内壳的厚度比可明显增强外壳的强度和耐冲击性,有利于保护内壳的安全密封,避免外壳或内壳表面产生裂纹或破裂,保证本线标密封性和安全性。
作为优选,内壳靠近设有连接套一端内壁上连接有限位板,限位板与内壁的夹角为30°~52°,限位板内侧安置有电子芯片,限位板可在内壳中设有一个存放空间,可放置各类微小的检测器或芯片,限制其移动距离避免发生撞击损坏,有利于保护存放的检测器或芯片,限位板内侧安置有电子芯片,设有的电子芯片可存储标记深海鱼类的生物信息,当再次捕获标记的深海鱼类时取出电子芯片可将其中的数据进行对比,当然电子芯片中不仅限于存储生物信息还可以是捕获地点、时间等其他信息。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:本发明的线标在深海中通过注射器插入需标记的深海鱼类体内通过注射将本线标留在鱼体内,采用双层壳体结构可避免壳体被深海鱼类体内的骨头或组织或深海强压挤压破裂导致标记无法正常工作,通过在外壳和内壳之间填充稀释的导热硅脂可显著提高本线标的深海抗压能力,设计的外壳与内壳的厚度比可明显增强外壳的强度、抗压性能和耐冲击性,在连接套上设置定位器可保持对标记深海鱼类实时定位跟踪,连接套内设有螺纹可与螺纹塞配合连接,避免频射芯片掉落,平衡杆中部的球体与支撑环间隙配合可使球体随着鱼类的游动上下晃动,改变球体两端的平衡性,有助于提升深海鱼类的平衡性和游动速度,有利于提高标记深海鱼类的生存能力,而且本线标置结构简单,易制造,标记方便,成本低,适合个体数量大的研究,芯片有效期长,可对标记物生命进行周期的研究。
本发明采用了上述技术方案提供一种深海鱼类金属磁性线标,弥补了现有技术的不足,设计合理,操作方便。

如图1~4所示,一种深海鱼金属磁性线标,包括内壳2,和内壳2内安置的频射芯片4,内壳2一端通过支撑杆3与外壳1连接,另一端通过连接套13与外壳1连接,外壳1和内壳2为球柱体,外壳1与内壳2的厚度比为1.2:1,连接套13的长度为支撑杆3的2倍,连接套13表面设有凹孔,凹孔内设有定位器9,凹孔表面设有密封隔膜,内壳2与外壳1之间填充有稀释的导热硅脂14,连接套13内连接有螺纹塞10,连接套13的内孔设有螺纹与螺纹塞10对应的螺纹,螺纹塞10外侧填充有密封胶11,内壳2靠近设有连接套13一端内壁上连接有限位板7,限位板7与内壁的夹角为39°,限位板7内侧安置有电子芯片8,内壳2中部表面与外壳1之间设有支撑环6,支撑环6与外壳1厚度比为0.92:1,支撑环6内安置的平衡杆5中端设有与支撑环6球形孔间隙配合的球体,平衡杆5中间的球体两端通过连杆连接有平衡球,平衡球与平衡杆5中间的球体直径比为1.05:1。
外壳1表面涂覆有防腐蚀涂层,防腐蚀涂层由以下成分及重量份组成:环氧丙烯酸树脂36份、苯胺甲基三甲氧基硅烷0.21份、稳定剂0.24份、二甲基丙烯酸镁0.34份、苯甲酸二丁脂6份、氰基丙烯酸乙酯0.15份、丙烯酸羟乙酯8份、二甲基丙烯酸锌0.28份、聚四氟乙烯2份、聚乙烯醇13份、对甲氧基苯酚2份,环氧丙烯酸树脂与苯甲酸二丁脂的重量比为6:1,稳定剂为功能活性多肽,功能活性多肽的氨基酸序列为:MVYKILTVCLVASLLETCLADYHTKYGKPSYGGYGGKGGRGGGGAVAHAHAHAHASAGAHGRARAHARAMAHAHAGGGAAHGHPGFPAGSASAARAARGAVGGFGGGFGSASAAAAARAAAAAGGLGGGFGSAAANAAARAAAGGFG,该稳定剂可显著增强涂层在制备过程中各成分的化学反应稳定效果,有利于提升防腐蚀涂层的耐盐雾效果,同时在涂层涂覆到外壳1表面后在涂层最表面形成一层疏离层,可避免深海鱼鱼肉组织与线标发生粘结或鱼内的液体与外壳1表面接触,有利于增强防腐涂层的防腐效果和防腐有效时间,通过控制环氧丙烯酸树脂与苯甲酸二丁脂的重量比可有效增强防腐蚀涂层与外壳1表面的干燥速度和粘接效果,防腐蚀涂层在涂覆外壳表面后经烘干处理,防腐蚀涂层具有优异的耐腐蚀效果,可防止深海鱼肉中分泌的酸性物质对外壳1表面造成腐蚀降低其表面强度和硬度,有利于保护外壳1的抗压能力,通过添加的二甲基丙烯酸镁、二甲基丙烯酸镁、氰基丙烯酸乙酯与防腐涂层中各配方成分结合后在防腐涂层表面生成一层防护膜可显著增强防腐蚀涂层防腐效果,增强其耐盐雾的能力,同时本防腐涂层还具有优异的耐热、耐寒、耐油、耐高压,变形率低的效果,在将本线标注射进深海鱼类体内之前可在防腐蚀涂层表面涂覆一层微量的麻药粉,可尽量减轻注射时的痛苦。

实施例3:
本线标在实际工作时,通过潜水器或潜水员潜入深海对需标记的鱼体进行抓捕,在捕获需标记的本发明的深海鱼类后进行生物样本采集并将数据存储到电子芯片8中后放入限位板7内侧,限位板7可在内壳2中设有一个存放空间,可放置各类微小的检测器或芯片,限制其移动距离避免发生撞击损坏,再放入频射芯片4,完成频射芯片4的固定后将螺纹塞璇入连接套13内,并在螺纹塞10外侧填充密封胶11,完成对线标的密封,线标在制造过程中在外壳1和内壳2之间填充稀释的导热硅14,可显著提高本线标的深海抗压能力,导热硅脂14与水的稀释比例为1:15,本金属磁性线标的长度、直径为米粒大小或者略大,具体大小根据需标记的深海鱼类定制,金属磁性线标通过装入注射器13后,注射器13的针管插入需标记的深海鱼类体内后,通过注射将本线标留在鱼体内,外壳1表面喷涂有防腐蚀涂层,并且对其烘干后才可使用本线标,防腐蚀涂层具有优异的耐腐蚀效果,可防止鱼肉中分泌的酸性物质对外壳1表面造成腐蚀降低其表面强度和硬度,在将本线标注射进深海鱼类的鱼体前可在防腐蚀涂层表面涂覆一层微量的麻药粉,可尽量减轻注射时的痛苦,麻药分的具体用量应根据标记的鱼的长度、重量经计算得出其承受能力使用,在线标注射进鱼体内后可根据定位器9对标记的鱼体进行追踪研究,内壳2中部表面与外壳1之间设有支撑环6,支撑环6内安置的平衡杆5中端设有与支撑环6球形孔间隙配合的球体,可在球体表面涂覆润滑油,提高平衡杆5的摆动效率,设计的球体与支撑环6间隙配合可使球体随着深海鱼类的游动上下晃动,改变球体两端的平衡性,有利于提升本线标在鱼体内的平衡性进而提升深海鱼类的平衡性能和游动速度,提高标记的深海鱼类生存率,当然在定位追踪标记的鱼体时,可以通过读码器靠近鱼体后直接读取其中的数据,不需要将线标取,本发明的线标不仅可以用于深海鱼类还可以用于浅海鱼类或淡水鱼的标记。
连接套13的长度不仅限于支撑杆3的1.5~3倍,还可以是1.5倍或1.51倍或1.52倍或1.53倍或1.54倍……或2.99倍或3倍;支撑环6与外壳1厚度比不仅限于0.85~1:1,还可以是0.85:1或0.86:1或0.87:1或0.88:1……或0.99或1:1;平衡杆5两端的平衡球与平衡杆5中间的球体直径比不仅限于1~1.2:1,还可以是1:1或1.01:1或1.02:1或1.03:1……或1.19:1或1.2:1;外壳1与内壳2的厚度比不仅限于1~1.4:1,还可以是1:1或1.01:1或1.02:1或1.03:1或1.04:1……或1.4:1;限位板7与内壳2的内壁的夹角不仅限于30°~52°,还应包括30°或30.1°或30.2°或30.3°……或51.9°或52°。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种深海鱼金属磁性线标,其特征在于:所述内壳(2)一端通过支撑杆(3)与外壳(1)连接,另一端通过连接套(13)与外壳(1)连接,所述连接套(13)的长度为支撑杆(3)的1.5~3倍,所述连接套(13)表面设有凹孔,所述凹孔内设有定位器(9),所述凹孔表面设有密封隔膜,所述连接套(13)的内孔设有螺纹与螺纹塞(10)对应的螺纹。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种深海鱼金属磁性线标,其特征在于:所述支撑环(6)内安置的平衡杆(5)中端设有与支撑环(6)球形孔间隙配合的球体,所述支撑环(6)与外壳(1)厚度比为0.85~1:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种深海鱼金属磁性线标,其特征在于:所述外壳(1)表面涂覆有防腐蚀涂层,所述防腐蚀涂层由以下成分及重量份组成:环氧丙烯酸树脂36~48份、苯胺甲基三甲氧基硅烷0.2-0.25份、稳定剂0.2-0.3份、二甲基丙烯酸镁0.3-0.38份、苯甲酸二丁脂3-6份、氰基丙烯酸乙酯0.1-0.3份、丙烯酸羟乙酯2-11份、二甲基丙烯酸锌0.2-0.35份、聚四氟乙烯2-3份、聚乙烯醇12.4-14份、对甲氧基苯酚2-3份,环氧丙烯酸树脂与苯甲酸二丁脂的重量比为6~12:1。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种深海鱼金属磁性线标,其特征在于:所述平衡杆(5)中间为球体,两端通过连杆连接有平衡球,所述平衡球与平衡杆(5)中间的球体直径比为1~1.2:1。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种深海鱼金属磁性线标,其特征在于:所述外壳(1)和内壳(2)为球柱体,所述外壳(1)与内壳(2)的厚度比为1~1.4:1。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种深海鱼金属磁性线标,其特征在于:所述内壳(2)靠近设有连接套(13)一端内壁上连接有限位板(7),限位板(7)与内壁的夹角为30°~52°,所述限位板(7)内侧安置有电子芯片(8)。
