Background
The sockets are generally classified from interface types: two-pin sockets and three-pin sockets, and combinations thereof. With the increasing use of electronic devices such as mobile phones or digital cameras that are charged with USB interfaces, a person skilled in the art designs a frontal socket with a USB interface on the basis of a common two-pin socket or three-pin socket.
As in chinese patent document CN101106239, a multifunctional socket is disclosed, and the following features are disclosed: the socket comprises a socket panel, wherein the socket panel is provided with a conventional power socket which is used for being connected with alternating current commercial power, a USB interface is further arranged in the socket panel, an alternating current-direct current conversion module is arranged in the socket panel, the input end of the alternating current-direct current conversion module is connected with the alternating current commercial power, and the output end of the alternating current-direct current conversion module outputs direct current and is connected with the USB interface. The socket provides only one USB interface, which is generally difficult to satisfy daily use. In order to solve the above technical problems, the applicant has devised a socket having two USB interfaces, as disclosed in chinese patent CN204732591U, two USB interfaces and a two pin interface are respectively designed in the length direction of the socket. Under the condition that the volume of the socket is unchanged, the number of USB interfaces still has room for improvement.
In addition, people commonly and directly insert the interface of the USB data line into the USB socket to charge the electronic products, and the USB data line is frequently plugged into the USB socket, so that the situation that the whole USB socket is scrapped due to loosening or damage of the USB interface in the USB socket after the USB socket is used for a period of time can occur. In the existing socket, the USB interface is directly arranged on a PWB board in the socket, and when the USB interface is damaged, the socket cannot be replaced, so that the socket becomes a common socket.

A power supply assembly is fixedly arranged in the mounting groove and is used for connecting an external power supply and supplying power to the USB assembly and a common two-pin/three-pin interface in a contact manner, the power supply assembly comprises a power supply circuit board 2 and two power supply terminals 21, the USB assembly comprises a power receiving terminal 33 which can be in contact with the power supply terminals 21 and is conductive, and the USB interface 32 and the power receiving terminal 33 are respectively arranged on the power receiving circuit board 31. In order to solve the technical defect that the available space in the installation groove is small, the number of the settable USB interfaces is limited, in this embodiment, a notch for accommodating the extending end of the grounding screw 4 is provided at the position of the power supply circuit board 2, since the electronic component to be set on the power supply circuit board 2 only includes two power supply terminals 21, the power supply circuit board 2 and the grounding screw 4 are set on the same side, it can still be ensured that enough space is provided for setting the power supply terminals 21, the further USB interface 33 can be set on the other side, and since the other side of the installation groove is not occupied by the grounding screw, enough USB interfaces 33 can be accommodated. It can be seen from this that the USB socket of the present embodiment effectively uses the space of the mounting slot, and can make the number of USB interfaces 33 more. The USB socket of the present embodiment further includes a cover assembly capable of closing the mounting groove, and the cover assembly includes an opening capable of exposing the USB interface 33.
In the above embodiment, the preferred embodiment of the present embodiment has been described by taking the split type design of the power supply circuit board 2 and the power receiving circuit board 31 as an example, and as a modification of the preferred embodiment, the power supply circuit board 2 and the power receiving circuit board 31 may be provided as an integral structure, and the arrangement of the USB interface 33, the power supply terminal 21, and the power receiving terminal 22 may not be changed, and the effect of effectively using the installation space may be achieved.
Designing the power supply circuit board 2 and the power receiving circuit board 31 as a split structure can also bring the following advantages: the USB interface 33 is easy to be damaged due to the reciprocal plugging, so when the USB interface 33 is damaged, the circuit board with the split structure can be used for independently replacing the USB assembly, that is, the power receiving circuit board 31, the power receiving terminal 32 and the USB interface 33, so long as the cover assembly is opened and then the USB assembly is disassembled, and then a new USB assembly is installed without replacing the whole socket.
In some use cases, the USB socket of the present embodiment needs to be embedded into a wall, so that the color of the sliding cover assembly needs to be selected or replaced periodically according to the preference of the user in order to make the USB socket have a certain aesthetic degree and a design aesthetic feeling. A preferred embodiment of the present implementation is therefore: the cover assembly comprises a bottom cover 51 and a surface cover 52 which are detachably connected, wherein the bottom cover 51 is installed on the base 1; the bottom cover 51 has an opening to allow the USB assembly to be removed from the mounting slot. When the user needs to select the color of the cover 52 according to the color of the wall surface, or select the cover 52 of different types according to the current output value, the cover 52 can be detached from the bottom cover 51 for replacement. For example, the face cover 52 may be designed with multiple colors for use by a user in combination; or designing corresponding openings according to the current output values of 10A, 15A and 20A.
As a preferred embodiment, the bottom cover 51 and the top cover 52 are connected by an elastic fastening structure, which may include a recess provided on the bottom cover 51, and a mating portion provided on the top cover 52 corresponding to the recess, and the mating portion is formed with a fastener or a hook capable of extending into the recess, and the fastener or the hook is elastic and can be deformed inward when the mating portion is inserted into the recess, so that the insertion of the mating portion into the recess is not hindered. After the matching part is completely inserted into the notch, the clamping hook or the clamping buckle recovers deformation, thereby playing a role of locking. When the bottom cover 51 and the top cover 52 need to be separated, the hook or the hook is pressed to deform, and then the top cover 52 and the bottom cover 51 are separated.
In addition, referring to fig. 1, the USB socket of the present embodiment may be fixed by a screw connection, and as a preferred embodiment, the USB socket further includes a bracket 6 fixedly disposed with respect to the base 1, the bracket 6 has ears 61 located at two sides of the base 1, and a plurality of mounting holes are disposed on the ears 61. The bracket 6 further includes a fixing portion 62 pressed between one side of the base 1 and the cover assembly, and both ends of the fixing portion 62 form the ear portion 61. The fixing portion 62 is disposed on the side of the grounding screw 4. As shown in fig. 3, the bottom cover 51 is provided with a notch for accommodating the fixing portion 62, the length of the corresponding notch corresponds to the fixing portion 62, the width of the notch corresponds to the width of the side of the fixing portion 62 and the width of the side of the base 1, and in the installation process, after the bottom cover 51 and the base 1 are connected by a connecting piece such as a screw, the bracket is 6 times fixed between the bottom cover 51 and the base 1, in addition, the shape of the bottom cover 51 corresponding to two sides of the bracket 6 can be shaped into a bent shape, and the USB socket of the present embodiment can be installed and fixed by the ears 61 on two sides of the bracket 6.
