本发明公开一种电池壳,包括壳体本体,所述壳体本体的一端设置有开口,且壳体本体内部设置有用于容纳电池芯的空腔,所述空腔的半径由开口的一端至另一端依次递减。所述一种电池壳的空腔的半径由开口一端至另一端依次递减,进而方便电池芯的放入,避免装配过程中电池芯损坏,结构简单、易于实现。

本发明涉及电池领域,尤其涉及一种电池壳。
背景技术
目前,在生产电池过程中,通常采用将电池芯装入电池壳的方式生产。然后,现有电池壳多为圆柱形结构,且电池芯的外径与电池壳的内径相差不大,在装配过程中,极易损坏,由此,急需解决。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对上述问题,提供一种电池壳,以解决现有电池在装配过程中,电池芯易损坏的问题。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种电池壳,包括壳体本体,所述壳体本体的一端设置有开口,且壳体本体内部设置有用于容纳电池芯的空腔,所述空腔的半径由开口的一端至另一端依次递减。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述壳体本体为圆台形结构。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述壳体本体由钢材料制成。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述壳体本体的外表面设置有防锈层。
本发明的有益效果为,所述一种电池壳的空腔的半径由开口一端至另一端依次递减,进而方便电池芯的放入,避免装配过程中电池芯损坏,结构简单、易于实现。

于本实施例中,一种电池壳,包括圆台形结构的壳体本体1,所述壳体本体1由钢材料制成,且壳体本体1的外表面设置有防锈层,所述壳体本体1的顶端设置有开口2,且壳体本体1内部设置有用于容纳电池芯的空腔3,所述空腔3的半径由顶端至底端依次递减。
上述一种电池壳的空腔3的半径由顶端至底端依次递减,进而方便电池芯的放入,避免装配过程中电池芯损坏,结构简单、易于实现。
