The invention provides a contact finger assembling tool which comprises a body and is characterized in that the body is provided with a horizontal section at one end and a U-shaped clamping groove section protruding from the horizontal section, the U-shaped clamping groove of a contact finger seat is horizontally butted and smoothly transited with the U-shaped clamping groove section, and the contact finger seat is fixedly connected with the horizontal section through a connecting and fixing structure. The contact finger assembling tool provided by the invention can be used for easily pressing the contact finger and the spring into the clamping groove of the contact finger seat, so that the assembling quality is ensured, and the assembling efficiency is improved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a contact finger assembling tool which is used for press-fitting a contact finger and a spring into a clamping groove of a contact finger seat.
Background
At present, the contact connection of the circuit breaker is mostly a contact finger crimping structure, and the contact finger are reliably crimped by spring pressure to communicate a loop. However, the contact finger and the spring are difficult to press fit into the clamping groove of the contact finger seat, the contact finger is easy to collide with by bare-handed installation, the pressing force of the spring is lost due to overlarge pressure on the spring and the elastic deformation range of the spring is exceeded, and finally, an accident caused by unreliable connection of a contact of the circuit breaker occurs.

After the contact finger seat 2 is installed on the contact finger assembling tool 5, the U-shaped clamping groove of the contact finger seat 2 is horizontally butted with the U-shaped clamping groove section of the contact finger assembling tool 5, and the smooth transition is realized.
The stop plate 1 is pressed with the contact finger assembly tool 5 of the contact finger seat 2 through a bolt 7, and the stop plate 1 is an assembly stop position of the contact finger 3.
When the contact finger 3 and the spring 4 are at the position f0, the assembly starting position is formed, no external pressure is applied, the spring 4 is in a free state, and the two ends of the contact finger 3 enter the U-shaped clamping grooves of the contact finger assembly tool 5.
From the starting position f0, downward pressure f is slowly applied to the contact finger 3 and the spring 4, the spring 4 is compressed along with continuous pressure, the contact finger 3 and the spring 4 slowly move upwards along with the α -degree slope of the contact finger assembling tool 5, and in the moving process, two ends of the contact finger 3 slide in the U-shaped clamping groove section of the contact finger assembling tool 5.
According to the method, the contact finger 3 and the spring 4 are slowly pressed through the position f1 to reach the position f2, the position f2 is located at the horizontal section at the upper end of the 5 α -degree slope of the contact finger assembling tool 5, the horizontal section is connected with the contact finger seat 2, the pressure applied to the contact finger 3 and the spring 4 is the working pressure of the spring 4, the contact finger 3 and the spring 4 are continuously slid leftwards to the directions of 2A-2C and smoothly pass through the butt joint of the contact finger seat 2 and the contact finger assembling tool 5, and therefore the contact finger 3 and the spring 4 can smoothly enter the contact finger seat 2 through the contact finger assembling tool 5.
By adopting the method, the contact finger 3 and the spring 4 are arranged in the contact finger seat 2, and the assembly position is limited by the stop plate 1, so that the assembly of the contact finger 3 is efficiently completed by the contact finger assembly tool 5.
