随着人类生活水平的提高,各种电器、电动工具和移动式电器设备充满了我们的生活,而各种电器设备的安全性也受到人们越来越多的重视。电器设备的安全性除使用过程中的安全注意事项外,电器设备本身的电缆的安全也不容忽视。特别是在机械设备加工厂,各种移动式电器设备随着不同工作人员的使用而到处移动,而机械设备加工厂大多环境恶劣,因此电气设备电缆很容易磨损,从而工作人员的人生安全将得不到保障,严重的还会造成工伤事故。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构合理,强度高,耐磨性强,有效地提高了电缆的使用寿命和安全性能的耐磨电缆。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种耐磨电缆,包括缆芯、屏蔽层、防水层、铠装层和耐磨层,所述缆芯外侧设有屏蔽层、所述屏蔽层外设有铠装层,所述铠装层外设有防水层,所述防水层外设有耐磨层,所述耐磨层通过云母带编织而成,所述耐磨层开设有一空腔,所述空腔内设有陶瓷纤维颗粒填充层。
进一步地,所述缆芯由至少设有三根导体,所述导体之间填充有绝缘颗粒。
进一步地,所述耐磨层的厚度为0.25~0.35mm,所述陶瓷颗粒填充层的厚度为0.1~0.15mm。
进一步地,所述绝缘颗粒为玻璃纤维颗粒。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的提出的电缆结构合理,具有优异的耐磨性能,有效地提高了电缆的使用寿命,防止电缆磨损而导致的漏电情况,同时,具有优异的机械强度,耐高温,耐候性能。

如图1所示,一种耐磨电缆,包括缆芯6、屏蔽层4、防水层2、铠装层3和耐磨层1,缆芯6外侧设有屏蔽层4、屏蔽层4外设有铠装层3,铠装层3外设有防水层2,防水层2外设有耐磨层1,耐磨层1通过云母带编织而成,耐磨层1开设有一空腔,空腔内设有陶瓷纤维颗粒填充层5。
在本技术方案中,缆芯6由至少设有三根导体7,导体7之间填充有绝缘颗粒。
在本技术方案中,耐磨层1的厚度为0.25~0.35mm,陶瓷颗粒填充层5的厚度为0.1~0.15mm。
在本技术方案中,绝缘颗粒为玻璃纤维颗粒。

2.根据权利要求1所述一种耐磨电缆,其特征在于:所述缆芯由至少设有三根导体,所述导体之间填充有绝缘颗粒。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种耐磨电缆,其特征在于:所述耐磨层的厚度为0.25~0.35mm,所述陶瓷颗粒填充层的厚度为0.1~0.15mm。
4.根据权利要求2所述一种耐磨电缆,其特征在于:所述绝缘颗粒为玻璃纤维颗粒。
