本发明公开了一种抗拉力电缆线,包括电缆线束和电缆线,所述电缆线嵌在电缆线束的中心处,且电缆线共设置有五组,且五组电缆线均匀的镶嵌在填充胶的中心处,所述填充胶设置在电缆线束的中心处,且填充胶的外表壁缠绕有紧固层,所述紧固层的外表壁固定套接有绝缘胶层,所述绝缘胶层的中心处镶嵌有铝丝,所述铝丝共设置有十六根,且十六根铝丝呈圆形形状等距离的分布在绝缘胶层的内部,此抗拉力电缆线,在设备上将电缆线设置在不同的电缆线束内,且在电缆线束的外表壁设置有铝丝,该铝丝在电缆绳线拉伸和弯曲的情况下,能够有效的保证内部设备的完整度,在使用的过程中不仅能保证电缆线不受外界电磁是干扰,还增强了电缆线的抗拉能力。

本发明涉及电缆设备技术领域,具体为一种抗拉力电缆线。
背景技术
随着社会不断的发展,科学技术的不断更新,电缆以广泛应用于经济体系运转中所使用的设施、装备器材中,特别是庞大的电力传输系统和信息传递系统,并服务于一切社会活动中并深入到每一个家庭和个人的日常生活中,因此电缆产品已达到了无处不在的状态,而且随着社会经济的活动内容从深度到广度进行台阶式跳跃式发展,加上人们对生活水平和生活质量的要求不点提高,仍持续的推动着电缆产品品种的发展和生产量的增加,且电缆产品时按照系统大小、高低分级分布着并延长度不断延伸的构件,因此电缆产品一般是不能维修的,只能更换,因此电缆产品的长期安全可靠运行显得格外重要,但是目前电缆在使用的过程中存在着一些不足之处。
1、电缆线的长度过长,在没有进行固定的情况下,电缆线受到的拉力较大,抗拉力性能不好,加快了电缆线的受用寿命。
2、电缆线在信息传递的过程中,会由于电缆线间距较近而产生相互干扰的情况,同时对外界的屏蔽性能差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种抗拉力电缆线,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种抗拉力电缆线,包括电缆线束和电缆线,所述电缆线嵌在电缆线束的中心处,且电缆线共设置有五组,且五组电缆线均匀的镶嵌在填充胶的中心处,所述填充胶设置在电缆线束的中心处,且填充胶的外表壁缠绕有紧固层,所述紧固层的外表壁固定套接有绝缘胶层,所述绝缘胶层的中心处镶嵌有铝丝,所述铝丝共设置有十六根,且十六根铝丝呈圆形形状等距离的分布在绝缘胶层的内部,所述电缆线束共设置有五组,且五组电缆线束镶嵌在线束分隔胶的中心处,所述线束分隔胶的外表壁镀有塑料缠绕带,所述塑料缠绕带的外表壁套接有铜箔层,所述铜箔层的外表壁套接有防水层,所述防水层的外表壁固定连接有尼龙编织层,所述尼龙编织层的外表壁套接有防火层,所述防火层的外表壁固定连接有绝缘漆包层。
优选的,所述尼龙编织层的内部镶嵌有尼龙网,所述尼龙网采用六边形双绞合工艺编织而成。
优选的,所述绝缘漆包层的中心处镶嵌有铁丝网。
优选的,所述塑料缠绕带的厚度尺寸与铜箔层的厚度尺寸相等。
优选的,所述尼龙编织层的直径尺寸为电缆线束直径尺寸的四倍。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明在设备上将电缆线设置在不同的电缆线束内,且在电缆线束的外表壁设置有铝丝,该铝丝在电缆绳线拉伸和弯曲的情况下,能够有效的保证内部设备的完整度,在使用的过程中不仅能保证电缆线不受外界电磁是干扰,还增强了电缆线的抗拉能力。
2、本发明在电缆绳线的外表壁内部设置有尼龙网和铁丝网,保证了电缆线在强拉力和弯曲状态下能够保持内部完整不被破坏,实用性较强。

请参阅图1-3,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种抗拉力电缆线,包括电缆线束1和电缆线3,所述电缆线3嵌在电缆线束1的中心处,且电缆线3共设置有五组,且五组电缆线3均匀的镶嵌在填充胶6的中心处,所述填充胶6设置在电缆线束1的中心处,且填充胶6的外表壁缠绕有紧固层4,所述紧固层4的外表壁固定套接有绝缘胶层5,所述绝缘胶层5的中心处镶嵌有铝丝2,所述铝丝2共设置有十六根,且十六根铝丝2呈圆形形状等距离的分布在绝缘胶层5的内部,所述电缆线束1共设置有五组,且五组电缆线束1镶嵌在线束分隔胶7的中心处,所述线束分隔胶7的外表壁镀有塑料缠绕带8,所述塑料缠绕带8的外表壁套接有铜箔层9,所述铜箔层9的外表壁套接有防水层10,所述防水层10的外表壁固定连接有尼龙编织层11,所述尼龙编织层11的外表壁套接有防火层12,所述防火层12的外表壁固定连接有绝缘漆包层13。
所述尼龙编织层11的内部镶嵌有尼龙网14,所述尼龙网14采用六边形双绞合工艺编织而成,在电缆绳线拉扯的过程中可以防止内部电缆线3受到较大的拉力,从而造成损坏,所述绝缘漆包层13的中心处镶嵌有铁丝网15,在电缆线3弯曲的时候,可以保证电缆绳线内部设备的完整度,所述塑料缠绕带8的厚度尺寸与铜箔层9的厚度尺寸相等,所述尼龙编织层11的直径尺寸为电缆线束1直径尺寸的四倍。
工作原理:当使用该抗拉力电缆线时,电缆线3被包裹在电缆线束1中,且在电缆线束1的外表壁镶嵌有铝丝2,铝丝2在电缆绳线弯曲或者拉直的情况下,保护内部的电缆线3不因为外界的变化而产生损坏,且电缆线3设置有五组,分别由不同的电缆线束1进行包裹,增加了电缆应用中的稳定性,同时也防止了在进行信息传递的过程中受到外界电磁干扰的情况,且尼龙网14和铁丝网15的设置,提高了电缆线3在使用过程中的抗拉力。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种抗拉力电缆线,包括电缆线束(1)和电缆线(3),其特征在于:所述电缆线(3)嵌在电缆线束(1)的中心处,且电缆线(3)共设置有五组,且五组电缆线(3)均匀的镶嵌在填充胶(6)的中心处,所述填充胶(6)设置在电缆线束(1)的中心处,且填充胶(6)的外表壁缠绕有紧固层(4),所述紧固层(4)的外表壁固定套接有绝缘胶层(5),所述绝缘胶层(5)的中心处镶嵌有铝丝(2),所述铝丝(2)共设置有十六根,且十六根铝丝(2)呈圆形形状等距离的分布在绝缘胶层(5)的内部,所述电缆线束(1)共设置有五组,且五组电缆线束(1)镶嵌在线束分隔胶(7)的中心处,所述线束分隔胶(7)的外表壁镀有塑料缠绕带(8),所述塑料缠绕带(8)的外表壁套接有铜箔层(9),所述铜箔层(9)的外表壁套接有防水层(10),所述防水层(10)的外表壁固定连接有尼龙编织层(11),所述尼龙编织层(11)的外表壁套接有防火层(12),所述防火层(12)的外表壁固定连接有绝缘漆包层(13);所述尼龙编织层(11)的内部镶嵌有尼龙网(14),所述尼龙网(14)采用六边形双绞合工艺编织而成;所述绝缘漆包层(13)的中心处镶嵌有铁丝网(15)。
