Abstract

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of tail gas emission equipment in the fields of oil fields, chemical industry, metallurgy and medicine, and particularly relates to a liquid return prevention chimney.
Background
When high-temperature gas is condensed and recovered, an induced draft fan is often used for exhausting tail gas outside the tail part of the flow in order to improve the condensation efficiency. When the tail part of the conventional chimney connected with the induced draft fan is used for working, liquid condensed on the wall of the chimney flows downwards along the wall of the chimney, so that the induced draft fan cannot work normally, if the air quantity of the induced draft fan is increased, the liquid condensed on the wall of the chimney can be prevented from flowing back, but the liquid can be blown out from the chimney, and an operation site is polluted.

The invention aims to solve the problem of reflux of condensed liquid on the chimney wall of a chimney in the prior art.
The invention provides a liquid return prevention chimney, which comprises a chimney fixing part, a chimney detachable part and a fastener, wherein the chimney detachable part is fixed on the upper part of the chimney fixing part through the fastener.
The chimney fixed part include flange, honeycomb duct, bottom plate, leakage fluid dram, liquid envelope, shell and water conservancy diversion mouth, honeycomb duct top and bottom connect water conservancy diversion mouth and flange respectively, the bottom plate cup joints in the middle part outside of honeycomb duct, liquid envelope and shell are in proper order outside vertical cover in the outside of honeycomb duct and bottom are connected in the upper portion of bottom plate from inside to outside, the leakage fluid dram communicates in the lower part of bottom plate and is located between liquid envelope and the shell, open on shell upper portion has the unthreaded hole.
The detachable part of the chimney comprises a centralizing plate, a liquid separating cylinder, a locating plate and a chimney body, wherein the chimney body, the locating plate, the liquid separating cylinder and the centralizing plate are sequentially connected from top to bottom, the centralizing plate is connected to the inner side of the bottom of the liquid separating cylinder, the locating plate is sleeved on the outer side of an interface between the top of the liquid separating cylinder and the bottom of the chimney body, a threaded hole is formed in the side wall of the locating plate, and a fastener penetrates through the unthreaded hole and is connected with the chimney fixing part and the detachable part of the chimney.
The centering plate is provided with a central round hole, the inner wall of the centering plate is provided with a plurality of grooves, and the grooves are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the inner wall of the centering plate.
The liquid separation cylinder is vertically sleeved between the liquid sealing shell and the guide pipe, a space formed by the liquid separation cylinder and the guide pipe is communicated with a space formed by the liquid separation cylinder and the liquid sealing shell, and the guide nozzle is positioned in the bottom of the chimney body and forms an annular channel with the edge of the bottom of the chimney body.

The working principle of the invention is as follows:
when the liquid return prevention chimney works for the first time, the flange 1.1 of the chimney fixing part 1 is connected with a fan, clean water is filled in the space formed by the flow guide pipe 1.2, the liquid sealing shell 1.5 and the bottom plate 1.3, the chimney detachable part 2 is arranged on the chimney fixing part 1, when the gas which is sufficiently cooled at the front end of the induced draft fan enters the chimney, condensed liquid on the chimney wall flows down along the inner wall of the chimney body 2.4 and is collected into the space formed by the flow guide pipe 1.2 and the liquid separating barrel 2.2, clean water filled in the space formed by the flow guide pipe 1.2, the liquid sealing shell 1.5 and the bottom plate 1.3 is extruded from the liquid sealing shell 1.5, and the extruded water flows into the space formed by the liquid sealing shell 1.5, the shell 1.6 and the bottom plate 1.3 through the liquid outlet 1.4 and flows into the liquid collector.
When the liquid return prevention chimney is not used again for a long time after working, firstly, the chimney detachable part 2 is detached, the liquid amount in the space formed by the flow guide pipe 1.2, the liquid enclosure 1.5 and the bottom plate 1.3 is checked, if the liquid amount is insufficient, clear water is added, then the chimney detachable part 2 is arranged on the chimney fixing part 1, when the air which is insufficiently cooled at the front end of the induced draft fan enters the chimney, the condensed liquid on the chimney wall flows down along the inner wall of the chimney body 2.4 and is collected into the space formed by the flow guide pipe 1.2 and the liquid separation cylinder 2.2, clear water added into the space formed by the flow guide pipe 1.2, the liquid enclosure 1.5 and the bottom plate 1.3 is extruded from the liquid enclosure 1.5, and the extruded water flows into the space formed by the liquid enclosure 1.5, the shell 1.6 and the bottom plate 1.3 through the liquid outlet 1.4.
When the liquid return prevention chimney stops working in a short time, the liquid return prevention chimney can be directly used.
When the equipment needs to be moved, the chimney detachable part 2 is directly detached, and the fastener 3 is installed on the chimney fixing part 1.
