技术领域
本发明涉及一种后浇构件钢筋预埋螺纹套管连接法,尤其是不需要在模板上开孔的后浇构件钢筋预埋方法。
背景技术
目前,后浇构件钢筋的连接方法主要有预埋和植筋。预埋钢筋虽然安全可靠,但是需要在模板上开孔穿筋,施工麻烦,并且易被施工人员折断;植筋虽然施工简便,但是位置不易控制,且结构胶耐久性能差。
发明内容
为了克服后浇构件钢筋预埋和植筋方法的不足,本发明提供一种后浇构件钢筋的连接方法,该方法不需要在模板上开孔,定位准确,锚固可靠,施工简便。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:将螺纹套管的一端与带弯钩的锚固钢筋连接,另一端进行封堵,预埋在结构相应位置。后浇构件钢筋安装时,拧入加工好螺纹的钢筋。
本发明的有益效果是,施工简便、定位准确、耐久性好。

具体实施方式
在图1中,带弯钩的锚固钢筋(2)拧紧在螺纹套管(1)的一端,预埋在结构相应位置,后浇构件施工时,后浇构件钢筋(3)拧紧在螺纹套管(1)的另一端进行锚固。

1.一种后浇构件钢筋预埋螺纹套管连接法,将带锚固钢筋的螺纹套管预埋在结构相应位置,后浇构件钢筋拧入螺纹套管,其特征是:锚固钢筋拧入螺纹套管预埋在结构相应位置,后浇构件钢筋拧入螺纹套管锚固。
