一种紫砂火圈烧制方法,通过对普通紫砂泥进行预处理,然后与普通紫砂你进行混合烧制,其方法原料取材简单,制作成本低,耐高温防爆,并且不含有任何化学原料,自然环保,大大减少烧水时间和提高效能,可直接放置于光波炉上使用,使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明涉及紫砂器皿制作领域,尤其涉及紫砂火圈。
背景技术
现有市面上的火圈均采用金属材质,无法在光波炉上使用,在高温环境下烫手,存在安全隐患,现有市面上还未见有紫砂火圈的报道。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提高了一种耐高温,防爆,可在光波炉上使用,大大提高烧水效率,减少烧水时间的紫砂火圈烧制方法。
为实现本发明目的,提供了以下技术方案:一种紫砂火圈烧制方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:(1)对紫砂泥进行预处理:将紫砂泥放入高温炉窑进行烧制,将温度提高知1750~1800℃,使紫砂泥变成紫砂溶液,并将其快速倒入10~20℃的水中,使其迅速冷却,再将其取出在常温下静置1h后,球磨成目数大于1000的粉料备用;
(2)将预处理后的紫砂泥粉料混入未经预处理的紫砂泥料中,并加入以质量百分比计:5~8%的锂辉石,10~15%的麦饭石,10~15%的高岭土混合,未经预处理的紫砂泥料的占比20~35%,预处理后的紫砂泥粉料占比27~35%;
(3)将混合后的泥料加水搅拌初练,陈腐30天;
(4)将混合原料真空练泥1~2次;
(5)将练制好的原料混合物制成火圈泥坯,进行修整;
(6)将修好的火圈泥坯送入烘房干燥,温度为80~90℃,持续56小时;
(7)待火圈泥坯烘干后,在表面上浆,并自然晾干;
(8) 将火圈泥坯进行烧成,烧成为将泥料由自然温到第一次升温到90℃,做到排湿后再升温到550℃,排湿彻底后连续正常升温烧成,温度升至1185℃~1210℃,后保温1小时;
(9)自然冷却得到成品。
作为优选,真空练泥的方法为在原料内加入2%~5%水进行精练,精练时搅拌的次数为二次,练泥时投的量要均匀,控制泥的湿度,含水率为25%。
本发明有益效果:本发明原料取材简单,制作成本低,耐高温防爆,并且不含有任何化学原料,自然环保,大大减少烧水时间和提高效能,可直接放置于光波炉上使用,使用寿命长。
具体实施方式
实施例1:一种紫砂火圈烧制方法,包括以下步骤:(1)对紫砂泥进行预处理:将紫砂泥放入高温炉窑进行烧制,将温度提高知1750℃,使紫砂泥变成紫砂溶液,并将其快速倒入10~20℃的水中,使其迅速冷却,再将其取出在常温下静置1h后,球磨成目数大于1000的粉料备用;
(2)将预处理后的紫砂泥粉料混入未经预处理的紫砂泥料中,并加入以质量百分比计:8%的锂辉石,15%的麦饭石,15%的高岭土混合,未经预处理的紫砂泥料的占比35%,预处理后的紫砂泥粉料占比27%;
(3)将混合后的泥料加水搅拌初练,陈腐30天;
(4)将混合原料真空练泥2次;
(5)将练制好的原料混合物制成火圈泥坯,进行修整;
(6)将修好的火圈泥坯送入烘房干燥,温度为90℃,持续5~6小时;
(7)待火圈泥坯烘干后,在表面上浆,并自然晾干;
(8) 将火圈泥坯进行烧成,烧成为将泥料由自然温到第一次升温到90℃,做到排湿后再升温到550℃,排湿彻底后连续正常升温烧成,温度升至1185℃℃,后保温1小时;
(9)自然冷却得到成品。
所述真空练泥的方法为在原料内加入5%水进行精练,精练时搅拌的次数为二次,练泥时投的量要均匀,控制泥的湿度,含水率为25%。
选取紫砂泥的化学成分为Al2O3 25~28%、Fe2O3 15~17%、SiO2 40~72%、CaO 0.5~0.7%和微量元素7.1~7.8%、TiO2 0.5~1.5%、 MgO 0.1~1%。

Claims (2)

1.一种紫砂火圈烧制方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:(1)对紫砂泥进行预处理:将紫砂泥放入高温炉窑进行烧制,将温度提高知1750~1800℃,使紫砂泥变成紫砂溶液,并将其快速倒入10~20℃的水中,使其迅速冷却,再将其取出在常温下静置1h后,球磨成目数大于1000的粉料备用;
(2)将预处理后的紫砂泥粉料混入未经预处理的紫砂泥料中,并加入以质量百分比计:5~8%的锂辉石,10~15%的麦饭石,10~15%的高岭土混合,未经预处理的紫砂泥料的占比20~35%,预处理后的紫砂泥粉料占比27~35%;
(3)将混合后的泥料加水搅拌初练,陈腐30天;
(4)将混合原料真空练泥1~2次;
(5)将练制好的原料混合物制成火圈泥坯,进行修整;
(6)将修好的火圈泥坯送入烘房干燥,温度为80~90℃,持续56小时;
(7)待火圈泥坯烘干后,在表面上浆,并自然晾干;
(8) 将火圈泥坯进行烧成,烧成为将泥料由自然温到第一次升温到90℃,做到排湿后再升温到550℃,排湿彻底后连续正常升温烧成,温度升至1185℃~1210℃,后保温1小时;
(9)自然冷却得到成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种紫砂火圈烧制方法,其特征在于真空练泥的方法为在原料内加入2%~5%水进行精练,精练时搅拌的次数为二次,练泥时投的量要均匀,控制泥的湿度,含水率为25%。
