Abstract
本发明公开了一种便于存储白酒的酒瓶,包括酒瓶和瓶盖,所述酒瓶的侧壁上设有一个矩形凹槽,矩形凹槽内嵌入一个防伪板,所述防伪板上设有防伪二维码,在防伪板外侧的矩形凹槽内设有一层透明保护层,所述透明保护层与酒瓶侧壁固定连接,所述防伪二维码为一次性二维码,在透明保护层外侧粘贴有一层用于遮盖防伪二维码的遮光层。其能够有效起到防伪作用,防伪效果强,有效减小消费者损失。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及白酒包装领域,具体涉及一种便于存储白酒的酒瓶。
背景技术
随着酒类产品的畅销,越来越多的不法分子开始针对酒产品进行造假制假,特别是高档酒产品更是如此。而假酒一般是通过兑水或者以次充好等手段来进行,更有甚者利用工业酒精造假,这些行为严重损害了消费者的利益和健康。针对这种情况,各个酒产品生产厂家也采用了种种措施来预防消费者购买到假冒伪劣产品,通常采用给酒的包装盒或酒瓶上设置防伪标签,然而假酒制造者通常会仿制出相同的防伪标签进行假酒生产,或者直接将假酒注入到正品酒的酒瓶内,让消费者难以辨识。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明公开一种便于存储白酒的酒瓶,其能够有效起到防伪作用,防伪效果强,有效减小消费者损失。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现:
一种便于存储白酒的酒瓶,包括酒瓶和瓶盖,所述酒瓶的侧壁上设有一个矩形凹槽,矩形凹槽内嵌入一个防伪板,所述防伪板上设有防伪二维码,在防伪板外侧的矩形凹槽内设有一层透明保护层,所述透明保护层与酒瓶侧壁固定连接,所述防伪二维码为一次性二维码,在透明保护层外侧粘贴有一层用于遮盖防伪二维码的遮光层。
本发明中,防伪板内置于酒瓶侧壁,并通过透明保护层密封,使不法制造商难以将防伪板取出进行二次利用或仿造,防伪板上设有一次性二维码,当白酒被购买拆封后,消费者一次性扫码后读取出该瓶白酒的信息,验证其真伪,当第二次扫描二维码时,读取出空白信息,因此不良厂商无法重复利用酒瓶灌装劣质酒,使高品质酒的质量得以保障,遮光层用于保护一次性二维码,避免在白酒生产、灌装、包装、运输和售卖过程中,一次性二维码被无意中扫读或恶意扫读,保证防伪二维码被购买者第一次读取,提高白酒防伪的可靠性。
所述遮光层一端固定有连接片,所述连接片另一端与瓶盖相连。所述遮光层上印制有防伪二维码读取方法及注意事项。
当开启白酒瓶时,瓶盖旋转,带动连接片旋转,对遮光层造成拉扯,以此提醒开启者注意到遮光层及其下方的防伪板,消费者因此而开始对白酒进行真伪验证。不仅帮助了消费者验证白酒真伪,同时确保开启过的白酒的防伪二维码被消费者读取,避免消费者未注意到防伪信息而未扫取防伪二维码,杜绝不法制造商回收利用空酒瓶进行劣质酒的灌装,以次充好。
所述防伪二维码通过激光蚀刻于防伪板上。
所述酒瓶材质为陶瓷,所述透明保护层材质为有机玻璃。
所述遮光层和连接片的材质为合成纸。合成纸具有一定强度,避免在包装和运输过程中被损坏,暴露防伪二维码,进一步提高白酒防伪的可靠性。
所述防伪二维码长度和宽度均为1.5cm。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下的优点和有益效果:
本发明一种便于存储白酒的酒瓶,防伪板内置于酒瓶侧壁,并通过透明保护层密封,使不法制造商难以将防伪板取出进行二次利用或仿造,防伪板上设有一次性二维码,当白酒被购买拆封后,消费者一次性扫码后读取出该瓶白酒的信息,验证其真伪,当第二次扫描二维码时,读取出空白信息,因此不良厂商无法重复利用酒瓶灌装劣质酒,使高品质酒的质量得以保障,遮光层用于保护一次性二维码,避免在白酒生产、灌装、包装、运输和售卖过程中,一次性二维码被无意中扫读或恶意扫读,保证防伪二维码被购买者第一次读取,提高白酒防伪的可靠性。

如图1-4所示,本发明一种便于存储白酒的酒瓶,包括酒瓶1和瓶盖2,所述酒瓶1的侧壁上设有一个矩形凹槽3,矩形凹槽3内嵌入一个防伪板4,所述防伪板4上设有防伪二维码,在防伪板4外侧的矩形凹槽3内设有一层透明保护层5,所述透明保护层5与酒瓶1侧壁固定连接,所述防伪二维码为一次性二维码,在透明保护层5外侧粘贴有一层用于遮盖防伪二维码的遮光层6。
所述遮光层6一端固定有连接片61,所述连接片61另一端与瓶盖2相连。
所述防伪二维码通过激光蚀刻于防伪板4上。
所述酒瓶1材质为陶瓷,所述透明保护层5材质为有机玻璃。
所述遮光层6和连接片61的材质为合成纸。
所述防伪二维码长度和宽度均为1.5cm。

1.一种便于存储白酒的酒瓶,包括酒瓶和瓶盖,其特征在于,所述酒瓶的侧壁上设有一个矩形凹槽,矩形凹槽内嵌入一个防伪板,所述防伪板上设有防伪二维码,在防伪板外侧的矩形凹槽内设有一层透明保护层,所述透明保护层与酒瓶侧壁固定连接,所述防伪二维码为一次性二维码,在透明保护层外侧粘贴有一层用于遮盖防伪二维码的遮光层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于存储白酒的酒瓶,其特征在于,所述遮光层一端固定有连接片,所述连接片另一端与瓶盖相连。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于存储白酒的酒瓶,其特征在于,所述防伪二维码通过激光蚀刻于防伪板上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于存储白酒的酒瓶,其特征在于,所述酒瓶材质为陶瓷,所述透明保护层材质为有机玻璃。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种便于存储白酒的酒瓶,其特征在于,所述遮光层和连接片的材质为合成纸。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于存储白酒的酒瓶,其特征在于,所述防伪二维码长度和宽度均为1.5cm。
