本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：提供一种保健湿巾，所述湿巾液包括精制水、月桂基甜菜碱、芦荟提取物、广玉兰提取物、消毒剂、卵磷脂、葡萄籽油，湿巾液各组分的质量份数为：精制水10-20、月桂基甜菜碱11-14、芦荟提取物5-7、广玉兰提取物3-6、消毒剂2-5、卵磷脂1-3、葡萄籽油5-11。
