本发明涉及一种格栅,具体是涉及一种不粘高强度发动机格栅。
背景技术
汽车格栅,用于发动机通风散热,主要功能是散热和进气,如果发动机散热器水温过高单靠自然进风不能充分散热时,风扇会自动启动辅助散热。传统的格栅不够牢固,强度小,很容易损坏,经常使用一段时间之后就需要修理,前格栅上都有车标,车标连接不牢固容易碰到可能会掉下来,传统的前格栅都是金属制品,长时间之后表面会积灰,容易脏,不便于打理,也不美观。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种不容易积灰、连接牢固、增加强度的不粘高强度发动机格栅。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种不粘高强度发动机格栅,它包括格栅外框和格栅内框,所述格栅外框内设置有两个格栅组件,所述两个格栅组件分别位于格栅内框的两侧,所述每个格栅组件均与格栅外框和格栅内框相连接,所述每个格栅组件均包括横连接杆,所述横连接杆上设置有多个凸起,所述格栅内框上设有凹槽,所述格栅外框和横连接杆的表面均设有不粘层。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明一种不粘高强度发动机格栅不仅增强了前格栅的强度,延长了使用寿命,也更加美观,前格栅使车标更很的固定住,更为牢固,设置不粘层后,前格栅表面不容易积灰,便于打理。
