Abstract

一种折叠无尘木工台锯，它包括工作台和切割机，工作台通过折叠合页连接的两个台板构成，工作台四角设有通过液压杆连接的支撑腿；其中一块台板设有锯片孔，切割机设于锯片孔下方，切割机的锯片从锯片孔穿出；切割机侧面设有风机吸尘器，风机吸尘器与集尘袋联通。本发明结构简单、便于搬运；通过对风机吸尘器对木屑进行吸附归集，减少室内空气对施工人员的危害。

本发明涉及机械设备，尤其涉及一种折叠无尘木工台锯。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平不断提高，住房条件已大大改善，装修新房成为了人们热议的话题，木工在新房的装修占很大一部分工作。在做木工时最常用的就是台锯，目前使用的台锯通过长桌改造而来，由于空间限制，搬运十分困难；在台锯工作时，由于切割木料，产生了非常多的木屑飞沫，在封闭的空间内对施工人员身体造成危害。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中存在的问题，提供了一种结构简单的折叠木工台锯。
本发明的一种折叠无尘木工台锯，它包括工作台和切割机，所述工作台通过折叠合页连接的两个台板构成，工作台四角设有通过液压杆连接的支撑腿；其中一块所述台板设有锯片孔，所述切割机设于锯片孔下方，切割机的锯片从锯片孔穿出；所述切割机侧面设有风机吸尘器，所述风机吸尘器与集尘袋联通。
所述工作台设有手提带。
所述支撑腿可伸缩。
所述工作台设有台锯标尺。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点：
1、本发明结构简单、便于搬运，使用方便。
2、本发明通过对风机吸尘器对木屑进行吸附归集，减少室内空气对施工人员的危害。

具体实施方式
如图1的一种折叠无尘木工台锯，它包括工作台1和切割机2，工作台1通过折叠合页3连接的两个台板4构成，工作台1四角设有通过液压杆5连接的支撑腿6；其中一块台板4设有锯片孔7，切割机2设于锯片孔7下方，切割机2的锯片8从锯片孔7穿出；切割机2侧面设有风机吸尘器9，风机吸尘器9与集尘袋联通；工作台1设有手提带10，在工作台1折叠后便于搬运；支撑腿6可伸缩，用于调整工作台1高低位置。工作台1设有台锯标尺11，可根据需要的板材，用标尺靠山定尺寸大小，直接进行切割。

1.一种折叠无尘木工台锯，它包括工作台（1）和切割机（2），其特征在于：所述工作台（1）通过折叠合页（3）连接的两个台板（4）构成，工作台（1）四角设有通过液压杆（5）连接的支撑腿（6）；其中一块所述台板（4）设有锯片孔（7），所述切割机（2）设于锯片孔（7）下方，切割机（2）的锯片（8）从锯片孔（7）穿出；所述切割机（2）侧面设有风机吸尘器（9），所述风机吸尘器（9）与集尘袋联通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种折叠无尘木工台锯，其特征在于：所述工作台（1）设有手提带（10）。
