Background
At present, the current time of the process, for a modern female human being, breast disease is a common disease that afflicts it in daily life, next to gynecological disease. The invention of minimally invasive biopsy of breast tumor provides a new solution for the treatment and diagnosis of partial breast diseases. Minimally invasive biopsy procedures can be used for excision of smaller breast tumors below 3cm and pathological biopsy of breast tumors. The medical device has the characteristics of small surgical wound and minimally invasive and attractive appearance, can reduce the hospitalization time and accelerate the disease diagnosis and treatment process. But the postoperative hemostasis problem of minimally invasive biopsy has remained to be solved. Most hospitals in China now adopt a compression hemostasis mode of gauze packing and elastic bandage fixation. The method has low cost, firm fixation and good adhesion with the shape of the chest, and is always used from the minimally invasive biopsy of the breast tumor. However, during the period from 48 hours to 72 hours after the operation, especially the first day after the operation, patients often suffer from chest distress and chest pain with different degrees due to chest constraint, and serious patients suffer from symptoms such as elevated blood pressure, night sleep incapacity, dysphoria and the like. The method can not effectively press the bleeding cavity area so as to solve the problems of postoperative bleeding, occurrence of invasive cavity hematoma and the like, and invasive operations such as invasive hemostasis and hematoma removal are needed to be performed by readmission. The hidden trouble is brought to the patients after operation, the disease treatment process is prolonged, the psychological and mental injuries of the patients are increased, and the social medical resources are consumed.
In addition, as the incidence rate of breast diseases requiring operations such as breast cancer is increased year by year, no special fixing and pressurizing tool for the breast diseases after the operations is available at present, and a method of gauze packing and elastic bandage fixing is adopted. The disadvantages of this method are mentioned above.

The inner side surfaces of the two sides of the lining cloth are respectively provided with a sticking buckle hair surface, one end of the reinforcing belt is fixed on the outer sides of the two groups of annular air bags, and the other end of the reinforcing belt is provided with a sticking buckle hook surface.
And a double-breast distance adjusting belt is connected between the outermost annular air bags of the two groups of annular air bags.
The annular air bag compression hemostatic bra with the structure adopts the annular air bag to inflate so as to achieve the aim of pressurization. The design of the bra is based on the shape of female breast, so that the hemostatic bra can be more fit with the shape of female breast, and the hemostatic effect can be better achieved by adding auxiliary pressurization of the fixing belt. When gauze is used in combination with filling or other appliances, the annular air bag is pressurized more pertinently, so that the pressurization of the whole chest is avoided, the compression hemostasis efficiency is improved, and discomfort such as chest distress and breath holding caused by binding pressurization after operation of patients is relieved. The hemostatic bra has reasonable structural design, is safe and applicable, can realize more effective hemostasis by compression for the local wound cavity after the minimally invasive biopsy of the breast tumor, and reduces the incidence rate of postoperative bleeding complications.

As shown in the drawing, the annular air bag compression hemostatic bra comprises two groups of annular air bags 1, wherein adjacent annular air bags are lapped together through an upper baffle plate 10 and a lower baffle plate 11 on two sides of the annular air bags, the lower baffle plate on the outer side of the annular air bag on the outer side is lapped with the inner side of a fixed ring 5, an inflation valve 2 is arranged on the front side of an air bag body of each annular air bag, an air bag inflation cavity 7 is arranged in the air bag body, a cushion pad 9 is arranged on the rear side of the air bag body, an air bag telescopic wall 8 is arranged between the cushion pad and the air bag inflation cavity 7, the upper baffle plate on the inner side of the annular air bag on the inner side is lapped with the outer side of a circular air bag 22, a plurality of clamping posts 23 are arranged in the fixed ring 5, a fixed ring belt 12 on a lining cloth 21 is sleeved on a clamping post 23 in the fixed ring 5, a fixed ring pressing plate 6 is sleeved on the inner wall of the fixed ring 5, a hook 16 and a hanging nose 17 are respectively arranged on two sides of the lining cloth, a main shoulder buckle 19 and a pair of shoulder buckle 18 are arranged on the upper edge of the lining cloth, and shoulder straps 20 are connected.
The inner side surfaces of the two sides of the lining cloth 20 are respectively provided with a sticking buckle rough surface 14, one end of the reinforcing belt 13 is fixed on the outer sides of the two groups of annular air bags, and the other end is provided with a sticking buckle hook surface 15.
At the outermost side of the two sets of annular airbags 1 the annular air bags are connected with a double-breast spacing adjusting belt 4.
The inflation valve is an inflation valve arranged on an inflation tube port on an trachea cannula commonly used in the current medical treatment, and the specific structure and the use principle are the same as those of the inflation valve and are not described in detail.
Before use, the transparent adhesive tape 3 can be adhered to the front of the two groups of annular air bags so as to prevent the annular air bags from being loosened and avoid the problem that the annular air bags 1 fall off and are misplaced when being worn.
After the breast tumor biopsy procedure is completed, the area of the wound cavity is pressed and secured with a gauze bolus or other instrument. The inner lining is put on firstly, and then the annular air bag is put on to compress the hemostatic bra. The two side brassieres of the annular air sac bra are firstly placed on the breasts by taking the nipple at the two sides as a locating point, and the transparent adhesive tape 3 is torn off. At this time, the bilateral breasts will push each annular balloon forward, bringing it into the state shown in fig. 3. And, the size of the space formed by each annular air bag 1 to accommodate the breast can be automatically adjusted according to the size of the breast itself. After that, the double-breast distance adjusting belt 4 can be used for adjusting the double-breast distance, so that the problem of different breast distances among different people is solved. Then the hooks 16 are hung on the proper hanging nose 17 according to the chest circumference of the user, so as to realize the fixation of the strap. Finally, the two ends of the shoulder strap are connected with the main shoulder strap buckle 19 and the auxiliary shoulder strap buckle 18, and the length of the shoulder strap is adjusted to ensure that the shoulder strap is suitable in tightness. And then the joint part of the existing injector, which is originally connected with the needle head, is inserted into the inflation valve 2 on the annular air bag 1 to inflate one or more annular air bags 1 corresponding to the area where the wound cavity is located, and the cushion pad extends backwards to achieve the effect of local compression hemostasis. Thereafter, the fastening tape can be fixed by fixing the fastening tape fastening hook surface 15 at a proper position of the fastening burr surface 14 according to the chest circumference of the user. The reinforcing belt plays an auxiliary fixing role to improve the fixing and pressurizing effect, and in addition, when the annular air bag cannot fully contact the skin of the area where the wound cavity is located after being inflated, the reinforcing belt 13 presses the annular air bag, so that the annular air bag presses the skin of the area where the wound cavity is located, and the pressurizing and hemostatic effect is further improved.
The surface of the annular air bag, which is contacted with the lining, is a buffer cushion 9, so that damage to the breast skin, which is possibly caused when the annular air bag 1 is not inflated, can be prevented.
The shape of the lining is similar to that of the vest, so that the lining can play a role in fixing gauze blocks or other appliances, the damage of the annular air bag to local skin caused by pressurization can be reduced, and the comfort level of a user is increased.
