本发明公开了一种太阳能松土机,包括机架、电动机、变速箱和滚轮,所述电动机和变速箱均安装在机架上,电动机与变速箱连接,滚轮设于机架下方与机架连接;所述滚轮上设有刀片;机架后端设有扶手和坐垫,扶手上设有用于控制电动机工作的开关;机架上方还设有光伏组件,所述光伏组件包括太阳能板和蓄电池,太阳能板设于机架上盖上,蓄电池设于机架凹槽内,太阳能板与蓄电池之间电连接。本发明可通过滚轮上的弯折状刀片达到松土的目的,且太阳能板将太阳能转换为电能后,可将电能存储于蓄电池内,充分利用了能源,达到了节能环保的目的。

背景技术
农作物对人类的生产生活提供了物质基础,而农作物的种植离不开人工或机械的松土。目前的松土机大多采用燃油驱动,消耗的是不可再生能源石油。太阳能松土机可利用清洁能源太阳能转换成的电能代替燃油,具有节能减排的作用。目前市场中也具有采用蓄电池作为动力源的松土机,但蓄电池内存储的电能有限, 易出现电能不足、无法完全完成松土任务的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种太阳能松土机,可进行松土的同时,又具有既节能环保的特点。
实现本发明目的的技术方案为:
一种太阳能松土机,包括机架、 电动机、变速器和滚轮,所述电动机和变速箱均安装在机架上并通过上盖盖住,电动机与变速箱连接,滚轮设于机架下方与机架连接;所述滚轮上设有刀片;机架后端设有扶手和坐垫,扶手上设有用于控制电动机工作的开关;机架上方还设有光伏组件,所述光伏组件包括太阳能板和蓄电池,太阳能板设于机架上盖上,蓄电池设于机架凹槽内与电动机、变速箱连接,太阳能板与蓄电池之间电连接。
进一步地,所述扶手与机架通过轴承连接,坐垫与机架通过连杆连接。
进一步地,所述滚轮为4个。
本发明的优点为:本发明可通过滚轮上的弯折状刀片达到松土的目的,且太阳能板将太阳能转换为电能后,可将电能存储于蓄电池内,充分利用了能源,达到了节能环保的目的,且蓄电池为可充电的锂电池,当太阳能转化的电能不足时,可对蓄电池进行充电。

如图1,一种太阳能松土机,包括机架1、 电动机2、变速箱3和四个滚轮4,所述电动机2和变速箱3均固定安装在机架1上并通过上盖5盖住,电动机2与变速箱3连接,滚轮4设于机架1下方与机1架连接;所述滚轮4上设有弯折状刀片6,通过设置成弯折状,利于将泥土勾出,达到松土的目的;机架后端设有用于手握并扭转方向的扶手7和坐垫8,扶手7上设有用于控制电动机工作的开关9;机架1上还设有光伏组件,所述光伏组件包括太阳能板10和蓄电池11,太阳能板10倾斜放置与上盖5上,太阳能板10的上端与上盖5通过支架连接。蓄电池11位于机架体的凹槽内,所述上盖5上还设有通孔,太阳能板10与蓄电池11之间通过上盖5的通孔电连接。蓄电池11还与电动机2、变速箱3连接。

1.一种太阳能松土机,包括机架、 电动机、变速箱和滚轮,其特征在于,所述电动机和变速箱均安装在机架上,电动机与变速箱连接,滚轮设于机架下方与机架连接;所述滚轮上设有刀片;机架后端设有扶手和坐垫,扶手上设有用于控制电动机工作的开关;机架上方还设有光伏组件,所述光伏组件包括太阳能板和蓄电池,太阳能板设于机架上,蓄电池设于机架内与电动机、变速箱连接,太阳能板与蓄电池之间电连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能松土机,其特征在于,扶手与机架通过轴承连接,坐垫与机架通过连杆连接。
