[ detailed description ] embodiments
For better understanding of the technical solutions of the present invention, the following detailed descriptions of the embodiments of the present invention are provided with reference to the accompanying drawings.
It should be understood that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
First embodiment
The image processing apparatus 10 provided in this embodiment may be a printer, a copier, a scanner, a facsimile machine, or a multi-function printer integrating a plurality of functions of printing, scanning, copying, and facsimile. And the image processing apparatus provided by the present embodiment can perform modification processing on characters in document data received from the outside to generate confidential document data.
As shown in fig. 1, the image processing apparatus 10 of the present embodiment includes a receiving unit 102, an identifying unit 103, and an embedding unit 104, in addition to an image processing unit for performing at least one of printing, scanning, copying, and faxing.
A receiving unit 102, configured to receive original document data from outside, where the receiving unit 102 may receive the original document data sent from outside through a USB (Universal Serial Bus), a wired network, a wireless network, or the like, and the receiving unit 102 may receive document data sent by a driver on a computer in communication with the image processing apparatus 10, or receive document data from a removable storage medium inserted into the image processing apparatus 10, or receive document data from a removable terminal (e.g., a mobile phone or a tablet computer) in communication with the image processing apparatus 10.
A recognition unit 103 for recognizing characters in the original document data;
an embedding unit 104 for modifying attribute information of the recognized characters according to a predetermined rule, thereby generating security document data; that is, the embedding unit 104 modifies the recognized character according to a predetermined rule to modify the attribute information, and at least a part of the modified differences of the attribute information can directly represent the security information of the document.
Preferably, the predetermined rule is that the embedding unit directly adds watermark information to the original document data according to predetermined watermark information, or the embedding unit generates watermark information by modifying attribute information of a part of characters selected from a predetermined number of characters in the original document data.
It should be noted that the watermark information provided by this embodiment may be set by the user through a web page of the image processing apparatus, set by an operation panel on the image processing apparatus, or sent by a computer connected to the image processing apparatus, and the content includes at least one of copyright information, attribution, generation time, sending object, and other authenticity identifying information; and the embedding unit generates the information in a manner recognizable by the scanning device according to the predetermined rule. In addition, the watermark information provided by the present embodiment may also be watermark information that is automatically generated by the image processing apparatus according to the above-mentioned predetermined rule, so that the image processing apparatus is set as a dedicated secure document generating apparatus.
The manner in which the embedding unit 104 generates the security document data may be: the security information of the document is represented by part or all of the modified characteristics in the characters of the modified attribute information in the original document data; specifically, the image processing apparatus 10 is provided with a first type word stock, a second type word stock, and the second type word stock modifies some or all characters in the first type word stock into characters different from the original character attributes according to a predefined modification mode (for example, change between font types, modification of character shapes, and modification between character intervals); after the identifying unit 103 identifies the characters in the original document, the character types capable of being matched are found in the first type of word stock, and then the characters which can be modified in the second type of word stock according to a preset modification mode are found in the first type of word stock; the embedding unit 104 replaces the characters based on the characters found in the second type word stock; the embedding unit 104 then secures the encryption information of the document based on the combination relationship between these replaced characters; when the encrypted information is scanned, copied and printed again, the encrypted information is recognized by the image processing apparatus, for example, the document data a, whether sensitive words exist, b, spaces between replaced characters, c, modified characteristics of each replaced character, and combination characteristics between d, a, b and c are recognized to obtain the encrypted information.
The attribute information of the character comprises character codes, font names, font sizes, font intervals, font shapes, font colors, line intervals, rotation angles and the like, and the attribute information can be modified by various processing methods, such as modifying the font sizes, the font intervals, the font colors, the line intervals, the rotation angles or replacing a font library. The processing method for replacing the word stock comprises the modification of font styles, for example, the original font name of the character is the Song body, the font name of the character is replaced from the Song body to the imitation Song, namely, the character of the corresponding standard word stock in the original document data is replaced by the corresponding character in other standard word stocks, and the character belonging to the standard word stock can be replaced by the character in a user-defined new word stock; or the rotation angle of the font, for example, the characters corresponding to the conventional font are replaced by the italic characters in the custom new font library.
Document data received from the outside by the receiving unit 102 has different types or formats. Generally, the document data received from the removable storage medium or the removable terminal includes document data (such as Word, Text, Excel, PPT, etc.), PDF files, and pictures (such as files with suffixes in BMP, JPEG, JPG, TIFF, etc.) conforming to XML (extensible markup language, chinese) protocol. Document data delivered from a driver of a computer communicating with the image processing apparatus 10 include a PCL (Printer Control Language) file, a POSTSCRIPT file, a PDF file, a picture file, and the like, and for these different types of document data, descriptions of characters in the corresponding documents are different, and therefore, the recognition unit 103 needs to determine the type of the original document data before recognizing the characters in the original document data; the identifying unit 103 identifies characters in the original document data according to the type of the original document data and the page description features related to the type; and the embedding unit identifying unit 103 acquires the characters in the original document data in accordance with the character drawing command corresponding to the current page description language kind
The following exemplifies the type of the original document data as a PostScript file:
when the type of the original document data is a PostScript file, the recognition unit 103 recognizes a show operator (a corresponding character drawing command in a PostScript page language) in the PostScript file to acquire a character in the original document data.
For PostScript files, a show operator is used to output a character or a character string, the character string is used as an operand of the show, each element in the string is regarded as a character code, and when the character is operated through the show, the following three operations are completed. The recognition unit 103 recognizes characters in the original document data according to a show operator, and the embedding unit 104 embeds watermark information by modifying attribute information of the characters by modifying operators such as moveto, Wmode, stringwidth, scalefont, selectfont, setfont, yshow, xshow, ashow, kshow, or operands of keywords to generate secret document data. Preferably, the character operator is combined for filtering, the search range is narrowed, and then the characters in the original document data are identified according to the show operator.
For the PCL file, the character attribute modification mode is similar to that of the PostScript file, the description of the characters in the PCL file is described by the combination of attributes and operators, and when the attributes of the characters in the PCL file need to be modified, the embedding unit 104 modifies the attribute information of the characters according to the relevant operators of the characters in the PCL file, such as SetFont, setcarangle, and setcarascale.
The embedding unit 104 generates target document data, when the character in the original document data does not need to be modified by the attribute information, the character is directly copied to the target document data, when the character in the original document needs to be modified by the attribute information, the modified character is put into the target document data after the attribute information of the character is modified, and thus the target document data forms confidential document data; wherein the target document data includes characters which modify the attribute information and characters which do not modify the attribute information.
Preferably, the security document data generated by the embedding unit 104 includes watermark information, and the watermark information is embedded by modifying attribute information of a part of characters selected from a predetermined number of characters in the original document data. The watermark information is binary coded data, and represents a certain meaning, for example, representing the generation time of document data, user authority, and the like.
Taking the modification of the font size to embed the watermark information as an example, when the watermark information is "1", that is, when one or more characters in the predetermined number of characters replace and modify the font size; when the watermark information is '0', namely, one or more characters in the preset number of characters are not modified with the attribute information; or,
when the watermark information is '0', namely, one or more characters in the preset number of characters are modified by the font size; when the watermark information is "1", it means that one or more characters of the predetermined number of characters have not modified their attribute information.
For example, the embedding unit 104 recognizes 7 characters "i love life and nature" in the original document data, and reduces or enlarges the "i" and "live" characters by a predetermined amount, indicating that watermark information "1" is embedded; if other characters are kept unchanged, the watermark information is embedded to be "0", and after 7 characters of "i love life and nature" are modified in font size in the original document data, the watermark information with the encoding information of "1001000" is embedded, as shown in table 1.
TABLE 1
The embedding process for the watermark information may also be as shown in table 2.

TABLE 2
In table 2, watermark information "1001" is embedded by modifying the size of a character every other character in a character string, watermark information may also be embedded by modifying the size of a character every other multiple characters in a character string, or watermark information may also be embedded by directly making different modifications between adjacent characters, as shown in table 3.

Modification process | Shrinking | Amplification of | Amplification of | Shrinking | Amplification of | Amplification of | Shrinking |
Watermark information | 1 | 0 | 0 | 1 | 0 | 0 | 1 |
TABLE 3
In table 3, watermark information "1001001" is embedded by making different modifications between adjacent characters in the character string.
The line spacing is modified by, in each page of the document, alternately modifying the line spacing every other line, and slightly moving up or down the line to be embedded with the watermark information, for example, if the line is moved up to indicate that the embedded watermark information is "1", and if the line is moved down to indicate that the embedded watermark information is "0". Generally, the distance between lines in the document format is uniform, the human eye cannot accurately identify the line distance due to slight changes of the line distance, and in order to facilitate subsequent extraction of watermark information, the first line and the last line of a page are not taken as lines in which watermark information is embedded.
For the reasons that the space and color of the modified fonts are similar to the size of the modified fonts, the method for embedding the watermark information by modifying the attribute information of the characters can modify the attributes of the characters such as thickness and the like, and the method for embedding the watermark information by modifying the attribute information of the fonts belongs to the protection scope of the invention.
In addition, the embedding unit 104 of the present embodiment may further embed the watermark information by selecting a part of the modified font style of the characters from the predetermined number of characters in the original document data to replace the modified font style with another standard font library or a part of the unmodified font style of the characters without replacing the modified font style with another standard font library. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps: when the watermark information is 1, the watermark information represents that one or more characters in the preset number of characters are replaced by corresponding characters of other standard word libraries; when the watermark information is 0, the watermark information indicates that one or more characters in the preset number of characters are not replaced by corresponding characters of other standard word stocks; or,
when the watermark information is 0, the watermark information represents that one or more characters in the preset number of characters are replaced by corresponding characters of other standard word libraries; when the watermark information is 1, it means that one or more characters in the predetermined number of characters are not replaced with corresponding characters in other standard word stocks.
The embedding unit 104 of this embodiment may further embed the watermark information by selecting, for a predetermined number of characters in the original document data, a character in which a part of characters is replaced with a custom new font library, or a character in which a part of characters is not replaced with a custom new font library. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps: when the watermark information is 1, one or more characters in the preset number of characters are replaced by corresponding characters of a user-defined new word stock; when the watermark information is 0, the watermark information indicates that one or more characters in the preset number of characters are not replaced by corresponding characters of the self-defined new word stock; or,
when the watermark information is 0, the watermark information represents that one or more characters in the preset number of characters are replaced by corresponding characters of a user-defined new word stock; and when the watermark information is 1, the watermark information indicates that one or more characters in the preset number of characters are not replaced by corresponding characters of the customized new word stock.
The watermark information in the secure document data is not easily found visually, and a specific device, for example, an OCR scanning device, is required to scan the secure document output by the image processing device 10 to identify the modified characters in the secure document, and obtain the watermark information represented in binary, so that the source of the original document data is known according to the watermark information and the encoding rule of the watermark information preset by the image processing device 10.
If, the encoding rule is set as: when the watermark information is "01010101", the generation time of the original document data is indicated, and when the receiving unit 102 receives the original document data, the identifying unit 103 obtains 8 continuous character strings in the original document data, such as "i is chinese love china", and the embedding unit 104 replaces a part of the 8 character selected by the character selecting unit with a character of another standard character library or a custom new character library, as shown in table 4 below, so as to embed the watermark information of "01010101" into the original document data.

TABLE 4
And among the 8 characters, replacing the original character with the corresponding watermark information of 1 with the character in other standard character libraries or user-defined new character libraries, or replacing the original character with the watermark information of 0 in the 8 characters with the character in other standard character libraries or user-defined new character libraries, wherein the replaced character has different font styles from the original character, or the replaced character has different structural characteristic points than the original character.
The image processing apparatus 10 further includes a storage unit configured to store word stock files, such as a TrueType word stock, a PostScript word stock, and an Opentype word stock, where the word stock files include common standard word stocks, such as a song style word stock and a regular style word stock, and differences between the common standard word stocks include differences in font styles. Meanwhile, the word stock file can also comprise a user-defined new word stock, and the characters in the standard word stock are subjected to predefined modification to form the characters in the new word stock. The characters in the new word stock can be formed by predefining and modifying all characters on the basis of all characters in the standard word stock, or the characters in the new word stock can be formed by predefining and modifying the commonly used characters on the basis of the commonly used characters in the standard word stock, wherein the commonly used characters can be counted according to the use frequency, for example, the first 2000 characters which are most commonly used in Chinese characters are predefining and modified to form the characters in the new word stock.
The predefined modification here includes adding or removing feature points to or from the character, modifying the number of all connected branches connected at the feature points, etc.
The feature point is a structure formed by connecting two discontinuous strokes in the process of forming a glyph in a character structure, wherein one stroke is connected with the other stroke at a non-end point, for example, a point marked with white in fig. 4 is a feature point of a font, if the point is sent out, three or more connected branches exist, the length of each connected branch is greater than a preset threshold value N, and the value of N is about 1/20 of the height of a single font image in consideration of the error influence in the printing and scanning process.
Fig. 5a-5b show a schematic diagram of a modification to delete a feature point. Fig. 5a is an unmodified original font, and fig. 5b is a modified font, in which the leading portion is appropriately shortened so that the originally existing intersection feature point becomes an inflection point, and the modified branch length is smaller than the threshold N. The two fonts before and after modification are the Chinese character 'word' and the slight change does not affect the knowledge of people on the font, but the structure of the font is changed. In embedding the watermark information, different font structures may represent different hidden information, for example, the font of fig. 5a may represent watermark information "0", and the font of fig. 5b may represent watermark information "1".
Fig. 6a-6b show modified diagrams for adding feature points. And constructing a new characteristic point by modifying the stroke direction, the length and the like at the place where the characteristic point does not exist originally. For example, if there is no feature point in the area identified by the box in fig. 6a, a new feature point is generated by extending a stroke to intersect another stroke, as shown in fig. 6 b.
Fig. 7a-7b are schematic diagrams illustrating the number of all connected branches connected at a modified feature point. The original feature point may be formed by a plurality of connected branches, and a new feature point may be constructed by modifying the number of all connected branches in the connection direction at the feature point. An important premise when letting the number of branches at the feature point connection be increased or decreased is that the modified connection point still has the feature point attribute, for example, the feature point in the area shown in fig. 7a contains 6 connected branches, and the feature point in the area shown in fig. 7b contains 5 connected branches, and therefore is still a feature point.
Of course, there are other ways to modify the feature points, and it is within the scope of the present invention to modify the feature points based on the original font structure.
The attribute information is modified to embed the watermark information into the characters, and the method of replacing the word stock in various modification modes is more convenient for extracting the watermark information from the document output by the image processing device. For example, for a paper document printed and output by an image processing apparatus, when a captured image obtained after capturing the paper document is enlarged or reduced, a character in the captured image is changed, which is not beneficial to extracting watermark information from the captured image.
The image processing apparatus 10 of the present embodiment performs type determination on received original document data, identifies character objects in the original document data, selectively modifies characters to embed watermark information, thereby generating a secure document, performs security processing in the manner described above on the output or input original document data without performing any processing on the driver side or the outside that transmits the original document data, and performs embedding processing of watermark information only on the original document data that is output or input by the image processing apparatus, thereby effectively tracking the original document data.
Second embodiment
A second embodiment of the present invention is an image processing method applied to the image processing apparatus described above, and as shown in fig. 2, the image processing method includes:
step 202, receiving original document data from the outside, specifically, the image processing apparatus may receive the original document data sent from the outside through various communication interfaces (such as USB, infrared, bluetooth, NFC, wireless network card, etc.);
step 203, identifying characters in the original document data;
in step 204, the identified characters are modified in their attribute information according to a predetermined rule, thereby generating security document data.
The processing method for replacing the word stock comprises the replacement of the font styles, for example, the original font name of the character is the Song style, the font name of the character is replaced from the Song style to the imitation Song style, namely, the character of the corresponding standard word stock in the original document data is replaced by the corresponding character in other standard word stocks, and the character belonging to the standard word stock can be replaced by a user-defined new word stock.
Document data received from the outside have different types or formats, such as document data (word, Text, excel, etc.) conforming to an XML protocol, a PDF file, a picture format (e.g., BMP, JPEG) file, a PCL file, a PostScript file, etc., and for the document data of these different types or formats, the image processing apparatus needs to recognize characters in the original document data according to the type of the original document data.
Therefore, in the image processing method shown in fig. 3, steps 202 and 204 are the same as steps 202 and 204 in fig. 2, and steps 301 and 302 are also included;
step 301, judging the type of the original document data;
the image processing device judges the format or type of the original document data received from the outside;
step 302, according to the type of the original document data, identifying characters in the original document data according to the page description features related to the type.
The image processing apparatus recognizes characters in the original document data according to a type of the original document and a specific feature associated with the type.
The following exemplifies the type of the original document data as a PostScript file:
when the type of the original document data is a PostScript file, the recognition unit 103 recognizes a show operator in the PostScript file to acquire characters in the original document data.
For PostScript files, a show operator is used to output a character or a character string, the character string is used as an operand of show, each element in the string is regarded as a character code, when an image processing device encounters a show operation character, the following three operations are completed, wherein the corresponding code of the character in the string is used as an index number of a corresponding array of a keyword Encoding in a current font library to obtain a character name, the corresponding character description process is called through the character name to add a character shape subpath in the current path, and the current color is used to perform filling operation on each character shape subpath.
The image processing device will produce the target document data, when the character in the original document data does not need to modify the attribute information, copy the character directly to the target document data, when the character in the original document needs to modify the attribute information, after modifying the attribute information of the character, put the modified character into the target document data, thus the target document data forms the confidential document data; wherein the target document data includes characters which modify the attribute information and characters which do not modify the attribute information.
The image processing device also stores word stock files such as a TrueType word stock, a PostScript word stock and an Opentype word stock, wherein the word stock files comprise common standard word stocks such as a Song style word stock and a regular style word stock, and the difference between the common standard word stocks comprises the difference of the style of the fonts.
The predefined modification here includes adding or removing feature points to the character, modifying the number of all connected branches connected at the feature points.
Modifications of the feature points have been described in the above-described embodiments, and will not be described here again.
The security document data generated in step 204 includes watermark information embedded by modifying attribute information of a part of characters selected from a predetermined number of characters in the original document data.
The modification of the attribute information includes modifying the font size, the font spacing, the font color, the line spacing, or replacing the font library of the character, and the modification is described in the first embodiment and will not be described in detail herein.
The watermark information in the security document data is not easy to be found visually, and a specific device, such as an OCR scanning device, is required to scan the security document output by the image processing device to identify the modified characters in the security document, and extract the watermark information represented by binary, so that the source of the original document data is known according to the watermark information and the encoding rule of the watermark information preset by the image processing device.
With the above-described image processing method, it is possible to cause the image processing apparatus to perform security processing on received original document data without requiring a virtual printer of the related art to perform embedding of watermark information into document data, thereby generating security document data by selectively modifying attribute information for characters in the recognized original document data to embed the watermark information.
Third embodiment
On the basis of the second embodiment of the present invention, this embodiment specifically describes an image processing method when modifying attribute information of a character into a replacement word stock, and the image processing method of this embodiment includes:
receiving original document data from the outside and receiving a lookup table, wherein the lookup table comprises coding information of all characters in the original document data;
identifying characters in the original document data;
modifying attribute information of the recognized characters according to a predetermined rule, thereby generating security document data; wherein, the attribute information is modified into a replacement word stock;
further, modifying the attribute information of the recognized character according to a predetermined rule specifically includes:
selecting one or more target characters from the recognized characters, searching the font data of the new font library according to the coding information of the target characters in the lookup table, and updating the lookup table to enable the coding information of the target characters in the lookup table to correspond to the font data of the new font library.
The present embodiment generates confidential document data by performing character recognition on original document data received from a computer and selectively replacing a word stock with the recognized characters.
When the image processing device receives original document data from a computer, a driving program of the computer converts the original document data into a file which can be identified by the image processing device, and generates a lookup table according to characters in the original document data, wherein the lookup table stores a Unicode code and a printing index value of each character in the original document data; the font data of the characters in the word stock can be obtained through the Unicode codes of the characters, and the lookup table is a relational lookup table of the characters and the word stock. The Unicode code is one type of coded information.
The driver program transmits the original document data after the conversion processing and the look-up table to the image processing apparatus, and the flow of the encryption processing performed by the image processing apparatus on the received original document data is shown in fig. 8.
Step 801, converting the original document data selected by the user to be printed into a file recognizable by the image processing device, such as a PCL (personal computer) file or a PS (PostScript) file;
step 802, generating a lookup table according to characters in the original document data and an original character library corresponding to the characters, and sending the lookup table and the converted original document data to the image processing device;
step 803, judging whether a watermark needs to be set, preferably, step 803 judges whether the watermark needs to be set according to whether the user sets the watermark adding operation on the panel of the image processing device, if the user sets the watermark adding operation on the panel of the image processing device, step 804 is entered, and if the user does not need to set the watermark, step 810 is directly entered; step 803 is also to determine whether encryption processing is required for the received original document data.
Step 804, identifying characters in the original document data;
step 805, judging whether the character is a target character; step 805 is used for judging whether the characters in the original document data are target characters which need to be replaced by the word stock; if yes, go to step 806, otherwise, go to step 807;
step 806, judging whether a new font library is installed; step 806 determines whether the image forming apparatus has installed a new font library, and if not, proceeds to step 807; if the new word stock is already installed, indicating that the target character can be replaced by the word stock, entering step 808;
step 807, using font data of the original font library; for the characters which are not the target characters, namely the characters of the character library do not need to be replaced or the target characters are not provided with a new character library, the font data of the original character library is used for printing and outputting, and specifically, the font data of the original character library is obtained according to the Unicode codes in the lookup table;
step 808, for the target character of the character library to be replaced, searching the font data of the new character library according to the Unicode code in the lookup table, and updating the lookup table to enable the Unicode code of the target character in the lookup table to correspond to the font data of the new character library;
step 809, judging whether all characters are processed; if the judgment result in the step 809 is negative, entering the step 804, continuing to search characters in the original document data, and performing an operation of selectively replacing the font library, and if the judgment result in the step 809 is positive, indicating that font data have been acquired for all characters, entering the step 811;
step 810, for the original document data which does not need to be provided with the watermark, identifying the characters of the original document data, searching the font data of the original font library according to the Unicode code in the lookup table, and printing the characters by using the font data of the original font library;
step 811, printing and outputting the received original document data, wherein the image processing apparatus represents a character by the print index value, obtains the Unicode of the character according to the print index value of the lookup table for the printing and outputting of the character, obtains the font data of the character in the new font library or the original font library according to the Unicode, and prints and processes according to the font data. The font data represents a description or rendering process of the character.
In the above steps, step 801-.
The coding information of the same character belonging to different character libraries can be converted into the same Unicode code, and the font data corresponding to the character can be obtained from different character libraries as long as the Unicode of the character is known. If the coding information of the original font library is not the Unicode code (such as the national standard code) and the coding information of the new font library is the Unicode code, when the font library is replaced, the coding information of the target character in the original font library is converted into the Unicode code, then font data in the new font library is searched, and the coding information of the target character in the lookup table is updated into the Unicode code of the new font library. If the coding information of the original font library and the new font library is not the Unicode code, when the font library is replaced, the coding information of the target character in the original font library is converted into the Unicode code, then the Unicode code obtained by conversion is converted into the coding information of the new font library, then the font data in the new font library is searched, and the coding information of the target character in the lookup table is updated into the coding information of the new font library. Similarly, if the encoding information of the original font library is the Unicode code, and the encoding information of the new font library is not the Unicode code, when the font library is replaced, the Unicode code of the target character in the original font library is converted into the encoding information of the new font library, then the font data in the new font library is searched, and the Unicode code of the target character in the lookup table is updated into the encoding information of the new font library.
Taking the example of the original document data including the character "i am a chinese" as an example, the Unicode codes of the original word library of the five characters "i am a chinese" on the computer are 0x6211, 0x662f, 0x4e2d, 0x56fd, and 0x4eba, respectively, and the lookup table 1 generated by the driver according to the character "i am a chinese" is as follows:
unicode code | Print index value |
0x6211 | 0000 |
0x662f | 0001 |
0x4e2d | 0010 |
0x56fd | 0011 |
0x4eba | 0100 |
Look-up table 1
When an image forming device needs to set watermarks on original document data, a word stock is selectively replaced by five characters of ' I ' is Chinese people ' to embed watermark information, wherein the characters ' I ', ' middle ' and ' people ' are target characters, the image processing device searches font data of a new word stock according to Unicode codes of the ' I ', ' middle ' and ' people ' characters in a lookup table 1, enables the Unicode codes corresponding to the printing index values of the ' I ', ' middle ' and ' people ' characters in the lookup table 1 to correspond to font data of the new word stock so as to realize updating of the lookup table 1, and after updating, enables the Unicode codes corresponding to the printing index values of the ' I ', ' middle ' and ' people ' characters in the lookup table 1 to correspond to font data of the new word stock and enables the Unicode codes corresponding to the printing index values of the ' two ' characters in the ' China ' to correspond to font data of the original word stock, and represents the ' 1 ' information according to the replacement word stock, and (3) without replacing the word stock to represent the watermark information ' 0 ', selecting three characters of ' I ', ' middle ' and ' person ' from five characters of ' I ' who is Chinese ' to replace the word stock to embed the watermark information ' 10101 ' through the process of replacing the word stock. In this example, the encoding information of the original font library and the new font library are both Unicode codes. By the image processing method of the embodiment, the image processing device can select one or more preset target characters from the original document data received from the driver to replace the font library, a virtual printer is not required to be installed on a computer to embed watermark information into the document data in the prior art, the protection capability of the image processing device on a confidential document is improved, and a user can further effectively track the document data output by the image processing device.
